Abstract

This study aims to analyze the benefits of stock splits for issuers and investors in publicly listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2013. This research is an event study to examine the influence of stock splits on changes in stock value, proxied by profitability levels, buying and selling prices, and stock trading. The results of testing the three hypotheses show that there is no significant difference in profitability levels before and after the stock split, as the average profitability levels after the stock split decreased but not significantly statistically. The second hypothesis reveals a significant difference in buying and selling prices before and after the stock split. The data analysis shows that the average buying and selling prices increased significantly after the stock split. The testing of the third hypothesis shows a significant difference in stock trading before and after the stock split. This finding proves that stock splits significantly affect the liquidity (stock trading) of shares in companies listed on the BEI from 2010 to 2013.

Abstract

The hemodialysis process which takes 3-4 hours has a negative impact, this condition causes a decrease in the patient's quality of life. Family is an influential factor in treatment so as to improve the quality of life of patients. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family support and quality of life in hemodialysis patients at Lira Medika Karawang Hospital. Methods: This research is a quantitative research, descriptive correlation method, with a cross-sectional time approach, using a total sampling technique with a total of 35 instrument respondents using a family support questionnaire and WHOQOL-BREEF, data analysis with Chi Square. Results and analysis: the study shows that respondents who have large family support with a high quality of life are quite large (77.8%), while respondents who have small family support with a low quality of life are quite large (72.4%). Obtained p value: 0.001 <a: 0.5 Discussion: so there is a significant relationship between family support and quality of life in hemodialysis patients at Lira Medika Karawang Hospital. The greater the family support, the higher the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between fixed asset accounting and the financial performance of PT. Nadia Trimandiri Mulia during the period from 2011 to 2015. The research design used in this study is associative research. The data source used in this study is secondary data. The secondary data in this study consists of the financial statements of PT. Nadia Trimandiri Mulia for the period from 2011 to 2015. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis (descriptive statistics). The results of this study indicate the relationship between depreciation expenses and financial performance at PT. Nadia Trimandiri Mulia using the Straight-Line Method, Declining Balance Method, and Sum-of-the-Years'-Digits Method, which can be explained as follows: 1) The efficiency ratio (activity ratio) from 2011 to 2015 has decreased, and the efficiency ratio in 2012 only has a high turnover overall, indicating that management's ability to achieve sales revenue needs to be further improved, 2) A significant decrease in profitability ratios (profitability ratios) was observed in 2014. However, overall, management's ability to obtain profits is very good and balanced, 3) The leverage ratio (solvency ratio) is consistent from 2011 to 2012, while the leverage ratio (solvency ratio) from 2013 to 2015 has experienced a significant decline, indicating that the company's ability to meet short-term/long-term obligations is very good, as seen from the calculation of the leverage ratio (solvency ratio), and the risk of loss suffered by the company is also small.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and the implications for customer loyalty from franchise restaurant. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used was cluster sampling with a total of 111 respondents. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to visitors to the franchise restaurant. The results showed that service quality and product quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service quality has a greater influence on customer satisfaction than product quality. In addition, consumer satisfaction also has a significant influence on consumer loyalty. The implication of this research is the importance of restaurant managers in improving the quality of service and products served to achieve customer satisfaction and build strong customer loyalty. In the restaurant business, customer satisfaction is very important because satisfied customers will come back and recommend the restaurant to others. Therefore, restaurants must ensure that the quality of service and products served can meet consumer expectations.

Abstract

The production costs at PT Niramas Utama (Inaco) are focused on the production costs of pudding, which include raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. The increasing difference between the planned production costs and the actual costs indicates poor control over pudding production costs. To determine the magnitude of the difference and suitable methods for controlling production costs, this research is needed. The calculation of the Cost of Goods Manufactured for Pudding in 2017 is as follows: mango pudding: H2 - H1 = Rp. 5,000 - 2,512 = Rp. 2,488, passion fruit pudding: Rp. 5,000 - 2,422 = Rp. 2,578, and melon pudding: Rp. 4,800 - 2,849 = Rp. 1,951. The calculation of the Cost of Goods Manufactured for Pudding in 2019 is as follows: mango pudding: E H2 - H1 = Rp. 5,000 - 2,488 = Rp. 2,512, passion fruit pudding: Rp. 5,000 - 2,429 = Rp. 2,571. The company can achieve cost savings in the production of mango pudding amounting to Rp. 2,488, passion fruit pudding amounting to Rp. 2,578, and melon pudding amounting to Rp. 2,720. The results obtained from this research indicate that the variable costing method is capable of reducing costs for the cost of goods manufactured for pudding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the use of Instagram on interest in shopping online at Shopee and its impact on customer loyalty. The independent variable is service quality and the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with a Likert scale. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires as the instrument. For a sample of 117 respondents who were obtained from employees of the Jakarta Health Facility Security Center (BPFK) Office and Palembang Health Facility Service Functional Service Unit (UPF-PFK) who actively use the Shopee application for online shopping. The analysis used with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that all service quality variables have a significant effect on the interest in shopping online at Shopee on customer loyal. The results of this study indicate that the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the use of Instagram has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, interest in online shopping has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on quality services in the interest of online shopping Shopee.

Abstract

Kemudahan yang terdapat pada aplikasi dompet digital dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Peneliti menggunakan Teori Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM), Teori TAM adalah model analisis yang digunakan untuk menentukan perilaku pengguna untuk penerimaan teknologi baru. Kerangka teori dalampenelitian ini adalah manajemen, komunikasi, media baru, financial technology, penggunaan aplikasi, dompet digital, perilaku konsumen, perilaku konsumtif. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada para followers akun Instagram @dana.id yang berjumlah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,513 yang menunjukkan korelasi cukup baik. Uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 26,3%. Hasil uji hipoteis juga membuktikan bahwa t hitung lebih besar darit tabel yaitu 5,912 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 26,3% dengan mayoritas responden adalah mahasiswi dengan rentang usia 18-23 tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of religiosity and other factors such as subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control on purchase intentions through halal awareness as intervening variables on Safi cosmetics in Tangerang. The population in this study were visitors at Purimall Karawaci, Tangerang Regency, who used cosmetic products from Safi. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method of 140 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study using path analysis or path analysis. The results of the study show that religiosity and other factors such as subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control influence halal awareness. As for the religiosity factor, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and also halal awareness have a direct effect on purchase intentions. However, the direct effect of religiosity, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control has a greater effect than the indirect effect, so this shows that the halal awareness factor does not have a stronger effect as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to examine how service quality, facilities, and online marketing impact client satisfaction and, in turn, influence client loyalty at Nagasatwa Pet Shop and Vet Care Animal Clinic in Pangkalpinang. The study's target population comprises clients who have visited the Pangkalpinang Nagasatwa Pet Shop, and a sample of 375 respondents was selected using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers employed various data collection techniques, including interviews, direct observation, and the analysis of relevant documents. To analyze the data, regression analysis models, the coefficient of determination test (R2), path analysis (path analysis), the F test (simultaneous), and the t test (partial) were utilized.The research findings indicate that service quality, facilities, and online marketing significantly and positively impact client satisfaction and, consequently, lead to increased client loyalty. The calculated F value of 1056.000 exceeds the F table value of 2.396, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than the standard significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan budaya kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif melalui pengelolaan sumber daya strategis sebagai variabel perantara, penelitian ini melihat model kewirausahaan strategis. Sebanyak 40 pengusaha yang mewakili pelaku UMKM sektor kreatif di Kota Bandar Lampung menjadi sampel penelitian. Purposive random sampling digunakan selama proses pengambilan sampel. Persyaratan sampel mencakup pelaku UMKM inovatif yang telah menjalankan bisnis setidaknya selama satu tahun dan mempekerjakan setidaknya lima orang. Alat untuk analisis data adalah analysis path. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kewirausahaan, penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan manajemen sumber daya yang cerdas semuanya berkontribusi pada keunggulan kompetitif. Faktor perantara antara penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan budaya kewirausahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif adalah manajemen sumber daya strategis, karena dapat memediasi antar variable independent dan dependen.
