Abstract

Abstrak Revenue is an important factor in determining the profits and losses of a company. Profits and losses are obtained by comparing income with expenses or expenses incurred by income. One of the main economic indicators to measure the economic capacity of the community is the level of community income. The indicators discussed are only related to income and expenses. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the significance level of X1 was 0.041 (0.041 <0.05), and the t-count value was -1.129. The significance level of X2 is 0.002 (0.002 < 0.05) and the t value is 3.065. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effect of increasing the price of insecticide products on farmers' harvest significance. Farmers must pay attention to the production costs that must be incurred, and producers must prioritize a reasonable selling price in order to obtain a decent income for corn farmers. Keywords: Product prices, Farmers Sell and Harvest Abstrak Pendapatan merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keuntungan dan kerugian suatu perusahaan.Keuntungan dan kerugian diperoleh dengan membandingkan pendapatan dengan pengeluaran atau biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pendapatan. Salah satu indikator ekonomi utama untuk mengukur kemampuan ekonomi masyarakat adalah tingkat pendapatan masyarakat. Indikator yang dibahas hanya terkait dengan pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan tingkat signifikansi X1 sebesar 0,041 (0,041<0,05), dan nilai thitung sebesar -1,129. Tingkat signifikansi X2 sebesar 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05) dan nilai t sebesar 3,065. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kenaikan harga produk insektisida terhadap segnifikasi panen petani. Petani harus memperhatikan. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour and Travel Lampung) The focus of the problems studied in this study are: How is the concept of Excellent Service (Service Excellence) at PT. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour and Travel Lampung). This study aims to determine and describe how the concept of Excellent Service (Service Excellence) at PT. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour and Travel Lampung). Qualitative data obtained from documentation, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out when and after collecting data. By using descriptive, data analysis is done by reduction, display, conclusion drawing/verification. This study found that there is Excellent Service (Service Excellence) at PT. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour and Travel Lampung) is the existence of excellent service when pilgrims come and are greeted by greeting, providing hospitality in serving, and smiling. Barrier factors in the application or implementation of service excellence (service excellence) at PT. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour and Travel Lampung) are: HR officers at the time of handling are very limited, documentation is inadequate and maximal and there is a lack of APS equipment (audio during Thawaf and Sa'i). As the concept of Excellent Service which supports the overall service, starting from administrative registration, rituals, to the departure and return of pilgrims. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour dan Travel lampung). Data kualitatif diperoleh dari dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan ketika dan setelah mengumpulkan data. Dengan menggunakan deskriptif, analisis data dilakukan reduction, display, conclution drawing/verification. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat Pelayanan Prima (Service Excellence) di PT. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour dan Travel lampung) adalah adanya pelayanan prima pada saat jamaah datang disambut dengan mengucapkan salam, memberikan keramahan dalam melayani, dan murah senyum. Faktor-faktor hambatan dalam penerapan atau implementasi pelayanan prima (service excellence) di PT. Daanish Mikha Salsa (DMS Tour dan Travel lampung) adalah : petugas SDM pada saat handling sangat terbatas, dokumentasi kurang memadai dan maksimal dan minimnya alat APS (audio saat Thawaf dan Sa’i). Sebagaimana konsep Pelayanan Prima yang mendukung dalam pelayanan keseluruhan mulai dari pendaftaran administrasi, manasik, hingga keberangkatan dan kepulangan jamaah. Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service performance on customer satisfaction at the Pardasuka Branch Pharmacy, Limau District. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, using partial least squares (smartPLS 3.0) in data processing. This population is the customer of the Pardasuka Branch Pharmacy, Limau sub-district. The research sample is 50 customers. However, the questionnaire that can be used is only opened 46. Data analysis was carried out in two stages. The first analysis (test validity and test reliability) and the second test the hypothesis. The validity test was carried out by looking at the Average Varice Extracted (AVE) value of each construct and the Outher Loading of each item. The reliability test was carried out by looking at the Composite Reality and Cronbach Alpha values ​​for each construct. The results of the study show that the quality of employee service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Because the results of the reliability test on the variable the influence of service quality (X) have a positive and significant effect greater than 0.6, namely the value of Crombach's Alph 0.807 in the supporting direction (Y), namely the value on Crombach's Alph 0.717. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pelayanan karyawan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Apotek Cabang Pardasuka Kecamatan Limau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan partial least square (smartPLS 3.0) dalam pengolahan datanya. Populasi ini adalah pelanggan Apotek Cabang Pardasuka kecamatan limau. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 pelanggan. Namun kuioner yang dapat digunakan hanya berjumlah 46. Analisis data dilakukan dengn dua tahap. Pertama Analisis (uji validitas dan uji realibitas) dan yang kedua uji hipotesis. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan melihat nilai Average Varice Extracted (AVE) setiap konstruk dan Outher Loading setiap items. Uji realibitas dilakukan dengan melihat nilai Composite Realibity dan Cronbach Alpha setiap konstruk. Hasil penelitian menujukan kualitas pelayanan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Karena hasil dari pengujian Reliabilitas pada Variabel pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan lebih besar dari 0,6 yaitu nilai Crombach’s Alph 0,807 sedangkan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) yaitu nilai nya pada Crombach’s Alph 0,717. Abstrak "Promotion is a communication of information between sellers and buyers that aims to change the attitudes and behavior of buyers, who previously did not know to become familiar so that they become buyers and remember the product". One of them is Indomaret in the Kupang Raya area, Bandarlampung. often do promotions in the form of special discounts every Saturday and Sunday, doscounts for special days such as holidays, promotions for discounted prices for new products or the "buy two get one free" promotion that is usually done by Indomaret if there are new products offered. In addition, if consumers buy with a certain limit, they will be given the opportunity to redeem goods at very cheap prices. Abstract

Abstract Financing is the largest income of Islamic banks, but at the same time is the biggest source of business operation risk. Corona / Covid-19 virus related to financing in Islamic banks not only reduces the income of Islamic banks but the economic sector of a country. This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid -19 on financing in Islamic banks not only reduce the income of Islamic banks but the economic sector of a country. This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid -19 on financing in Islamic banks, not only reduce the level of income of Islamic banks, but also refers to the decline in the economic level of a country. This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on financing in Islamic banks. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods with case study design. The case study method is a learning design based on the unit level of education. This method takes the form of an explanation of a particular problem, event or situation, then students are tasked with finding alternative solutions, then this method can also be used to develop critical thinking and find new solutions from a topic being solved. The independent variable is co-19 impact. The dependent variable is Islamic bank financing. Abstrak Pembiyaan adalah pendapatan bank syariah yang terbesar, namun sekaligus merupakan sumber resiko operasi bisnis yang terbesar. Terkait virus Corona / Covid-19 terhadap pembiyaan di bank syariah bukan hanya menurunkan pendapatan bank syariah melainkan sector perekonomian suatu Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak Covid -19 terhadap pembiyaan di bank syariah, bukan hanya menurunkan tingkat pendapatan bank syariah, tetapi mengacu juga kepada turunnya tingkat perekonomian suatu Negara. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is determined the relationship of ratio profitability to the Islamic stock price of company’s listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) 2016-2018. This research method is a quantitative study using financial report summary data provided by the IDX. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the classical assumption test and hypothesis test: t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study is all company’s listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The samples of this study are : the companies is consistently registered at ISSI in 2016-2018, companies that have complete financial report summary data provided by the IDX in 2016-2018, and companies that never conducted a stock split in 2016-2018. The result of regression analysis showed that simultaneously the profitability ratios of ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS have significant effect on Islamic stock prices. While for partially only the profitability ratios of ROE, NPM, and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices. However the ROA ratio showed hasn’t significant effect on Islamic stock price. The research also shows that the stock price can be explained by a profitability ratio of 61% and the remaining 39% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Teluk Betung dalam memasarkan produk Tabungan Mabrur Junior. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan data sekunder, dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran Produk Tabungan Mabrur Junior yang dilakukan Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Teluk Betung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif karena data yang didapat berupa uraian atau keterangan-keterangan yang didapat dari kegiatan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Teluk Betung pada Produk Tabungan Mabrur Junior yaitu dengan menerapkan empat unsur yang terdapat pada bauran pemasaran atau marketing mix yakni Strategi Produk (Product), Strategi Harga (Price), Strategi Tempat (Place), Strategi Promosi (Promotion). Strategi pemasaran Produk Tabungan Mabrur Junior sejak tahun 2016 hingga 2018 mengalami peningkatan namun tidak signifikan. Sebaiknya Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Teluk Betung lebih meningkatkan pemasaran produknya dengan memberikan reward dan tambahan fasilitas agar dapat menarik minat menabung dan berjalan lebih efektif.

Abstract

The availability of resources in the village is an important factor in improving the economy of the village community. Thus, there is a need for wise management of these resources in order to create effectiveness and efficiency in their use. This can be achieved through community empowerment, particularly through the role of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). The purpose of this study was to determine the role of KWT Sekar Kantil in improving the economy of the community in Astomulyo Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. This type of research is a descriptive field research. In the technique of determining informants, the researcher uses a proposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, in collecting data using interview and documentation techniques, which were then analyzed qualitatively with an inductive framework of thinking. The results of this study indicate that the role of KWT Sekar Kantil in improving the economy of the community in Astomulyo Village includes providing new jobs for the community, increasing community income, creating convenience for the community in meeting their daily needs, creating a fair distribution of income, and creating changes in the economic structure. people from previously working as farmers or ranchers, are now starting to enter the business sector or home industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the accounting information system for outpatient cash receipts at the Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital is good. This research is important to provide advice and recommendations to the Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital about the system used. In addition, it also provides recommendations for complete and timely data collection. Recommendations will be considered in improving the hospital accounting information system process in the future. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers made a comparison between theory and practice carried out by the Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital. Based on the results of the study, the accounting information system for outpatient cash receipts at the Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital was quite good, but the information technology and software infrastrukture components were further improved in order to be able to achieve the objectives of the accounting information system at the hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on outpatient satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pangenan Public Health Center UPTD. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation techniques. To determine the number of samples, namely the data on the number of patients for 3 (three) months and using the Slovin formula, it was obtained that 98.94 were rounded up to 100 respondents to be used as samples. This study uses data analysis methods consisting of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test, Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis T Test. The results of the analysis using simple linear regression through the simple regression equation Y = 7.388 + 0.277 X can be seen that the linear regression equation shows a positive influence of service quality variables on patient satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the Service Quality Variable (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) is 48.6% while the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the T-test analysis showed tcount = 9.630 while ttable at freedom (dk) 100-2 = 98 and the significant level = 0.05 was 1.66055. In addition, it is also known that the p-value (sig.t) 0.000 < 0.005 means significant and the tcount 9.630 > t table 1.66055 means significant. Significant here means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
