Abstract

This study aims to test the prediction of insolvency in the BUMN’s formation company PT Indo Farma (Persero) Tbk. The Altman Z-Score modification method used to see the prediction of company bankcrupty in the 2015 to 2019 periods. The analysis technique used is the predictive model of Altman Z-Score modification. Wich it applies four variables X1 (Working Capital to Total Assets), X2 (Retained Earnings to Total Assets), X3 (Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets), X4 (Market Value of Equity to Total Liabilities). It has the formula Z” = 6,56X1 + 3,26X2 + 6,72X3 + 1,05X4. Within the Z-Score assessment criteria Z-Score < 1,1 is categorized bankrupt company. 1,1 < Z-Score < 2,6 is categorized in a “grey area”. And Z-Score > 2,6 is categorized as a very healthy company. During observations point start from 2014 to 2019 point out that PT Indo Farma (Persero) Tbk categorized was “grey area” because its Z-Score was not reached up 2,6. Although in the first year of observations this categorized company was “healthy”, but overall it was categorized position in “grey area” because value of Z-Score was below 2,6.

Abstract

Abstract (English) The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of MSMEs‟ stability toward Indonesia‟s economic growth. This research picks the number of MSME units, Number of MSME workers, and the export value of it as the independent variables. The method in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed the number of MSME units and MSME workers did not significantly affect economic growth in Indonesia, while the export value of MSMEs showed a significant effect toward Indonesia‟s economic growth.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency adalah sebuah teknologi mata uang virtual yang menggunakan sistem kriptografi untuk mengamankan transaksinya dan tidak dapat dipalsukan macam-macam cryptocurrency diantaranya bitcoin,ripple, ethereum,dogecoin,stellar dan lain-lain. Seiring berjalanya perkembangan zaman investasi melalui mata uang digital atau cryptocurrency sudah mulai marak di Indonesia sehingga dilirik pembisnis digital investasi bitcoin meskipun nilainya sangat fluktuatif. Dalam pandangan hukum Islam investasi pada cryptocurrency belum mendapatkan Fatwa yang resmi terkait hukum yang menjadi dasar investasi tersebut. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka di dapat rumusan masalahnya adalah: 1). Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi investor cryptocurrency menurut Undang-Undang No 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen 2). Bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam tentang investasi cryptocurrency. Penelitian ini merupakan library research atau penelitan kepustakaan, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu mengemukakan beberapa Pendapat Ulama perihal pandangan hukum Islam bitcoin sebagai alat investasi menurut hukum Islam. Dari kesimpulan ini pemerintah harus melindungi investor yang melakukan investasi cryptocurrency yakni dari segi aturannya pemerintah harus membuat regulasi secara khusus dalam menangani perlindungan hukum bagi investor. dan dalam pandangan hukum Islam Investasi cryptocurrency adalah haram karena mengandung unsur, spekluasi maysir dangharar.

Abstract

The paradigm in viewing education has begun to shift, from which education was originally viewed and studied as a social aspect, now people see education as a corporate. Therefore, many universities are competing with each other to attract prospective new students. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in increasing the number of students at STAI Darussalam Lampung. The method used in this research is Variance Based SEM or Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Researchers found that the reasons for students in making decisions to continue their education at STAI Darussalam Lampung that need to be considered are increasing promotional media from students, lecturers, employees and alumni and stakeholders; student activities that need to be disseminated to the wider community as one of the promotional media; promotion through online and offline media; and increasing the scholarship quota for poor scholarships, achievement scholarships, tahfidz scholarships, and so on.

Abstract

East Lampung has a lot of tourism including tourism on the Yellow Lake which is in Seda Srimenanti, Sribawono District. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy and efforts that must be made to increase visitors. The method used is the cumulative method by collecting data from the management and carrying out observations and documentation on Lake Kemuning. The results of this study are that the strategy carried out to increase visitors to the Kemuning Lake tourism shows that the marketing mix in the promotion aspect still relies on the role of consumers who promote by posting photos on social media accounts. As for what is being done to increase visitors by providing facilities and infrastructure so that old visitors will feel comfortable returning to visit and make it attractive to potential visitors who are looking for tourist sites. Efforts that must be made to increase visitors are by utilizing social media, greening and increasing human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of entrepreneurship carried out at the Sirojut Tholibin Islamic boarding school, the research method uses descriptive qualitative. The description of the research is the implementation of entrepreneurship carried out at the Sirojut Tholibin Islamic boarding school with a worship platform, where all economic activities carried out are intended to worship Allah SWT. The application of entrepreneurship is carried out, students are trained to manage economic institutions in the Sirojut Tholibin madrasah boarding school. On the other hand, the profit of the madrasah boarding school is not always an important priority, because what is instilled at the start of entrepreneurship at the boarding school is the intention to worship and simply hope for Allah's blessing, as a result the students not only have solid religious knowledge but also have an entrepreneurial spirit for their life.

Abstract

Abstract (English) The objectives of this study are to find out Muhammad Abul Mannan's thoughts on Production in Islam. This research is a library research. The type of research used is qualitative. Collecting data in this study is to do documentation. The results of the analysis show that M. Abdul Mannan's thoughts on economic welfare-based production are very much in accordance with the principles of production in Islamic teachings. The fundamental principle that must always be considered in the production process is economic prosperity, the concept of economic welfare in Islam consists of increased income resulting from increased production of useful goods through the maximum use of existing resources. Comparison of Muhammad Abdul Mannan's thoughts on production in Islam with production in modern times. Differences in natural / land factors if, according to Abdul Mannan, the use of empty land is used as land for farming. According to the modern economy, most of Indonesia is empty land that has changed its use with many industrial buildings being built. The difference in the labor factor, according to M. Abdul Mannan, is that labor as a production factor in Islam is never separated from moral and social life. According to the modern economy, skilled and professional labor is needed in the production process. The difference in the factor of capital, according to M. Abdul Mannan, is that labor is only a factor that comes from labor and land, but capital can be obtained from loans, which must be free of interest. According to modern economics, loans from banks and other financial institutions are the origin of capital that can be used for the production process. The difference in organizational factors, according to M. Abdul Mannan, is that an industrial relationship between entrepreneurs and organizations has a function to create partnerships, develop businesses, expand employment and provide welfare. Abstract

Abstract (English) This research was motivated by the emergence of problems developing the distribution of glass bottled water products by UPT. Muhammadiyah University of Mataram's business is not yet running fully effectively. This problem is reflected in several phenomena, including; the identification of existence is not yet optimal, there is still weak synergy between the Bureaucracy and Human Resources and there is not yet optimal support from internal and external factors in carrying out superior product development programs for Muhammadiyah business charities. This research aims to analyze the product distribution development strategy implemented by UPT. UMMAT Business and Water Distributor Business in their implementation, understand the obstacles and obstacles faced in product development planning and analyze the efforts made to overcome these obstacles and obstacles. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the planning for the glass and bottled mineral water product development program at Muhammadiyah has not been fully effective, so it requires the right strategy to optimize development in accordance with the plans that have been determined. The strategies that can be implemented include; strategies for strengthening regulatory synergy, strategies for identifying internal and external resources, strategies for winning market competition, strategies for strengthening business permits, and strategies for developing partnerships found in Muhammadiyah business charities. Abstract

Online shopping in e-commerce has become a habit of Indonesian people, this trend started with the Covid-19 pandemic. There are various factors that motivate Indonesian consumers to shop online. One of them is a cashback promotion. This research method uses library research. The results of this research are that cashback is often considered a marketing strategy that aims to attract customer attention. This cashback practice can be classified as khiyar ghabn in the context of Islamic law. The function of khiyar in buying and selling transactions is to provide the ability for the transacting parties to consider long-term consequences in order to avoid regrets in the future. Thus, it can be said that cashback is permitted because it is a form of deception aimed at persuading customers, as implemented in platforms such as bukalapak. Cashback is considered permissible because it does not involve elements of usury and is included in the khiyar ghabn category.
