Abstract

Bullying ialah suatu bentuk perilaku kekerasan yang dilakukan, berupa pemaksanan baik secara psikologis maupun fisik terhadap anak yang dinilai lebih lemah dari sekelompok orang yang kuat. Upaya mengurangi permasalahan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik yang ada dalam modifikasi perilaku salah satunya teknik Time Out. Teknik Time Out adalah strategi manajemen perilaku yang digunakan untuk mengurangi perilaku yang tidak diinginkan, seperti perilaku bullying. Teknik ini melibatkan mengeluarkan individu dari situasi dan menempatkannya di area yang ditentukan untuk jangka waktu yang singkat, selama periode tersebut individu tersebut tidak dapat menerima penguatan atau pengalaman positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis study kasus. Yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat tertentu yang alamiah. Objek penelitian yang akan diteliti adalah permasalahan anak yang memiliki perilaku bullying. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Studi kasus membantu untuk memperlihatkan hal-hal penting yang menjadi perhatian baik individu, kelompok, maupun komunitas. Studi kasus dapat menjelaskan bagaimana mengatasi masalah melalui investigasi.

Abstract

Children's ability to recognize letters still uses the method of bolding letters. The aim of this research is to introduce finding board media to improve the ability to recognize letters in early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects used in this research were group B2 RA UMDI TAQWA Parepare, totaling 12 children, 5 boys and 7 girls. Children's ability to recognize letters has increased by using finding board media.

Abstract

Early childhood is at the Golden Age stage, characterized by significant changes in aspects of development (such as language, art and physical motor skills). So that every child can pass this stage well, it is necessary to strive for appropriate education, including the development of children's musical intelligence and kinesthetic intelligence. One of the lessons that teachers can do is by learning movements and songs. This research aims to determine the influence of children's kinesthetic intelligence through movement and songs on group B children at RA UMDI TAQWA Parepare. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods for group B children at RA UMDI TAQWA Parepare.

Abstract

This paper was written with the intention of exploring information and communication technology-based learning management in the 21st century. The method used in this writing is the library research method. In the 21st century, there has been a very rapid development of technology. Almost every field of life requires technology to support its success, including learning. The success of learning is largely determined by the learning management prepared by the teacher. So, this research will discuss the development of technology-based learning management in the 21st century. The concept of 21st century learning is to make graduates competent in mastering complex thinking and communication skills and solving very important problems according to the needs of today's global dynamics.
