Abstract

All religions have an explanation about nature creating with their version. Talking about these kinds, this paper was not present to be correct who is true or who is false, but a process of nature creating needed to be explained with science so that it can be accepted by mind and conviction. That can be known by becoming deep through making use of logical positivism semiotics analysis by Alfred Jules Ayer. With the use of library research, comparative study, and semiotics analysis by Alfred J. Ayer, this paper has some findings, namely: comparative about nature created from Al-Qur'an and Bible, just not a doctrine of religion. But, as a result of logical positivism analysis, Alfred J. Ayer explains that nature was created during six periods (time) in Islam, and Christianity, in theology, believed that it was a creation of God. Then, the process of nature's creation during six periods (time) is very long; the truth can be verified by the findings of scientists, namely a genesis of nature created by the Big Bang incident, and then because that is dissociated between earth and sky and engender earth and interplanetary rotation in their pivot after that earth experience evolution and all of the process is ended with creating of mountains, plants, humans, and others.

In the digital era, the most pronounced change in the field of hadith studies is the ease of finding hadith studies of the Prophet Muhammad. on social media. The spread of hadith studies on social media carried out by these ustaz helped make it easier for the common Muslim community to understand a hadith related to certain themes. One of the figures who plays an active role in studying hadith on social media is Ustaz Adi Hidayat. Therefore, this paper aims to see how the delivery and understanding of the hadith given by Ustaz Adi Hidayat on social media is a form of transformation of the delivery of hadith from classical to digital. This paper uses a qualitative research method based on the Youtube video kanal "Adi Hidayat Official" as primary data. While the secondary data is some literature in the form of books, journals, and research related to the same theme. The analysis of research data was carried out by condensation, display, and data conclusion/verification that took place simultaneously. As a result, Ustaz Adi Hidayat is a figure who can be said to be qualified in the field of hadith. On the Youtube kanal "Adi Hidayat Official", he examines hadith based on certain themes both textually, intertextually and contextually, and also presents several different views of scholars to provide a more comprehensive and complex understanding. Abstract

This article discusses Tafsir Maqashidi regarding "Islam Kaffah" and its impact on democracy in Indonesia. "Islam Kaffah," as a reformist movement within Islam emphasizing textual aspects, often sparks controversy within the Indonesian democracy context. This study employs Tafsir Maqashidi to analyze Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]: 208. Three analytical phases are employed: firstly, the interpretation of the verse to unravel its meaning; secondly, linguistic analysis to comprehend the content of the verse; thirdly, the interpretation of "wasilah" (cause) and "ghayah" (objective) in Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]: 208, resulting in an understanding of the "maqashid al-Qur'an." The findings reveal that "Islam Kaffah" refers to a comprehensive Islam. Micro Asbab an-Nuzul is linked to the declaration of faith by Abdullah bin Salam and his companions and the law of Moses. On a macro level, Asbab an-Nuzul is associated with the conflicts in Medina between the Aus and Khazraj tribes and the Qinuqa, bani Nadzir, and Quraidha tribes. The "Maqashid" of Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]: 208 calls on the community to implement "Islam Kaffah" with a primary focus on spreading peace, following the example of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Maqashidi interpretation reinforces the idea that "Islam Kaffah" should promote peace within society.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the meaning of the Day of Judgment in Surah Al-Haqqah and analyze the vocabulary within it through Peirce’s semiotic study. According to Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotics, signs based on their relationship with their objects are divided into three categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. Surah Al-Haqqah depicts a highly tense atmosphere and narrates the consequences for those who disobey in the world. It clearly illustrates human actions, both good and bad, as no creature can hide from His presence. This research employs a qualitative approach. The analysis reveals that out of the fifty-two verses in Surah Al-Haqqah, there are six quotations related to the Day of Judgment categorized as icons. Additionally, there are ten index quotations scattered throughout the surah. Finally, among the fifty-two verses, the most frequently found type of symbol is found in seventeen verses.

Abstract

The article discusses the hadith of the Prophet related to science, one of which is the hadith narrated by al-Bukhari where he mentions that the hadith of fever as a fragment of hellfire contained in the book of shahih al-Bukhari is not understood with its true meaning, but this hadith is understood with a new meaning that is majas and this hadith is included in the hadith isti'arah tamsiliyyah. This form of research is Library research Because this research is bibliographical, the data used is determined by two data sources: primary data and secondary data. Then to understand the hadith so that it can be understood clearly and more easily in the current context, the author uses the ma'anil hadith method offered by Yusuf al-Qardhawi in his book on the study of criticism as-sunnah. Distinguish the true expressions and majaz in understanding hadith, understanding hadith based on background, social conditions and goals, and understanding the meaning of word for word. The conclusion in the discussion of the hadith about fever as a fragment of hellfire is in accordance with the sound of his eyes that the Prophet gave a parable about the heat of fever just like the hellfire of God and the advice of the Prophet to relieve fever by using water. The wisdom of fever, when people have a fever, the levels of interferon substances in the body will multiply as this substance is clarified with white blood cells that can destroy viruses in the body and have more ability to form antibodies.

Abstract

Democracy is an issue that is still popular for debate, especially as it is described in Islamic studies where Islam and democracy were born from different cultures of politics. This article used library research with an authoritative hermeneutical analysis by Khaled Abou El-Fadl. The objective of this article is to explain that the concept of democracy in general did not contradict the values of the Islamic tradition in the Quran.  In this article, it is clear and shown that Rokhmat S. Labib’s interpretation was included or categorized as an ideological interpretation. Labib stressed that democracy was a system that had to be banned because it contains aspects of secularism. He added that someone who follows the ideology of secularism is included in the category of kufr.  Based on Khaled Abou El-Fadl's hermeneutics, Labib's interpretation is categorized as authoritarian interpretation because Labib is more concerned with his ideology. Apart from that, Labib’s interpretation is very limited on writing his tafsir. In his writing, Labib just relies on limited reference and using some verses that support his ideology rather than comprehensively explain the context of the verses he interprets.  In the end, all the arguments in Labib’s interpretation show us his desire to make Islamic sharia as the highest independence ideology which supports people's lives in various aspects.

While the connotation meaning is people who do damage to the environment physically or materially and the myth contained in it is people who do damage both physically and non-physically in the sense of someone who experiences moral and moral depravity because advice and warning do not want to be heard anymore.
