Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to think critically and solve students' problems in economics subjects, so this aims to find out how much improvement in students' critical thinking skills and problem-solving using the discussion method. This research is a type of qualitative research. The sample in this study consisted of 35 students in class X-12 in the odd semester for the 2021-2022 academic year. Data obtained from observations during the learning process and the results of critical evaluation and problem-solving. The results showed that: (1) there was an increase in the criticality of students from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (2) there was an increase in the problem-solving ability of students from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The results of this study recommend the use of the discussion method in improving critical thinking skills and solution to problem.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low critical thinking ability of students when learning online which causes student saturation in participating in learning. This study aims to describe students' critical thinking skills from student learning outcomes in economics learning both in conditions of online learning and offline learning in class XI IPA and XI IPS at SMA Negeri 25 Bandung, using the Discussion method. This research is a type of descriptive research. The form of the research is collaborative classroom action research. The sample in this study consisted of 36 students in class XI IPA 1 and 36 students in XI IPS 2. Based on the analysis of the data obtained on student learning outcomes in economics learning by applying the discussion method, students' critical thinking skills increased significantly from cycle I to cycle I. Cycle II at each meeting, the increase was much more significant when learning was carried out offline rather than online learning. This increase can be seen from the results of observations, student test results, field notes, and interviews. The critical thinking ability of students in offline learning when viewed from the test results has increased from 55.6% who achieved the KKM to 83.3% of students who achieved the KKM score, compared to the critical thinking ability of students in online learning which experienced an increase of only 32, 5% to 38.9%. This means that offline learning with the disc method is able to increase critical thinking skills by 27.7%, while online learning is only able to increase critical thinking skills by 6.4%.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the learning outcomes of students are quite low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes and to determine the differences between intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and learning outcomes between male and female students. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach, and uses an explanatory research design. The population of this research is class XI SMA Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya for the Academic Year 2020/2021 with 335 students. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling, so 182 samples were obtained. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and Independent Sample T Test. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test, the equation Y`= 36,068 + 0,519 X_1+0,268 X_2 means that intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a positive effect on learning outcomes, from simultaneous testing that intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence affect visible learning outcomes from the acquisition of F count 208,355 F table 3,046. Then the results of the Independent Sample T Test that there are no differences in intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and student learning outcomes between men and women as seen from the t-count value of each variable 0.200, 0.525, 1.893 t table 1.973.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan infrastruktur dasar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di 26 provinsi dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2015 - 2020. Model yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Panel data dengan Metode Analisis fixed Effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel listrik dan jalan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut di 26 provinsi di Indonesia. Pemerintah provinsi diharapkan untuk memprioritaskan alokasi dana untuk peningkatan akses infrastruktur dasar (jalan, listrik, telepon, dan air), terutama di daerah terpencil , sehingga dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di setiap provinsi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This writing is based on the background of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world. One of the impacts is on the UMKM sector in Indonesia. Many small communities were affected by the pandemic, based on data received by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, there were at least 300,000 umkm affected by Covid-19 as of August 11, 2020. This article was written to see the opportunities and challenges of UMKM in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing conducts a search for information and information needed from various media that are literature, this media as a support and support for writing. These media include: books, journals, proceedings, articles and online news. In addition to using literature taken also from observations in several UMKM in Bandung as a comparison of data. The results of the discussion show that there are opportunities that are used by umkm actors such as: Taking advantage of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, using the CRM concept and participating in the government's economic recovery (PEN) program. In addition to opportunities that can be exploited by UMKM players, there are challenges that UMKM players need to anticipate during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as: difficult supply of raw materials, decreased sales and falling demand.

Abstract

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that have not been optimal, as indicated by the average GPA of FPEB UPI students has not reached the target stated in the 2016-2020 UPI Strategic Plan. This study aims to see the effect of metacognitive awareness on learning outcomes. In addition, this study also examines the direct influence of the two domains contained in metacognitive awareness, namely metacognitive knowledge (knowledge of cognition) and metacognitive control (regulation of cognition) on learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of FPEB UPI class 2017, 2018, and 2019 with a sample of 329 students. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that metacognitive awareness had a positive effect on learning outcomes. In addition, it was also found that two domains in metacognitive awareness, namely metacognitive knowledge (knowledge of cognition) and metacognitive control (regulation of cognition) had a positive effect on improving learning outcomes.
