The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of competence, level of commitment and the level of creativity of high school Economics teachers in the context of the implementation of Curriculum 2013. The method used was a survey method. The study population was a teacher of economic subjects high school in Bandung, Bandung Regency, West Bandung and Cimahi with a totalÂ sample of 78 teachers. Data analysis was conducted by using a percentage (%), to describe the data and information to be achieved. The results showed that the level of competence of teachers Economics High School in Bandung Raya is still below the ideal score and only a small proportion are in the category of a high level of competence. The level of commitment from high school economics teacher in Bandung Raya is still below the ideal score and only a small percentage in the high category. Creativity level high school economics teacher in Bandung Raya is still below the ideal score and only a small proportion are in the category of highlevel creativity

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi dan Bisnis menjadi alasan penelitian ini, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menidentifikasi faktor determinasi hasil belajar. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Pemasaran Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMKN) 1 Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tentang minat belajar Ekonomi dan Bisnis, serta dokumentasi terkait data pengetahuan awal dan data hasil belajar Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Metode penelitian adalah survey dengan alat pengumpul data angket model rating scale dan analisi data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar menjadi determinan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi dan Bisnis, sedangkan pengetahuan awal tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar artinya pengetahuan awal siswa bukan merupakan determinasi hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi dan Bisnis

Abstract : This study aims to: 1) Generating a description of the graduates competence to prepare economics teacher at the International School (SBI) 2) Generating the substance of the study which relevant with the graduates competence. 3) Producing design curriculum appropriate to the needs of the economy to prepare prospective teachers in SBI. The study was designed for 2 years in the Research and Development, is based on a curriculum development manual competency-based curriculum development of higher education issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education (2008). Results of the study, among others, found that the description of the competence of Education study program consists of a) two core competences b) nine supporting competency and c) four other competencies. Core competencies consist of a) control of the structure, concepts, generalizations, theories, and scientific mindset within the scope of the global economy that consists of 18 sub-competences b) mastery of concepts, theories, and pedagogical principles consisting of 6 sub-competences. Supporting competence consists of 11 subcompetences and other competencies consist of 9 sub-competences. Main competence substance consists of 24 studies, supporting competency consists of 11 studies and other competencies substance consists of 9 substance of the study, so the total credits of students who have taken a number of 152 credits or 61 courses. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Menghasilkan deskripsi kompetensi lulusan untuk menyiapkan guru ekonomi di Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (SBI) 2) Menghasilkan substansi kajian yang relevan dengan kompetensi lulusan. 3) Menghasilkan desain kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menyiapkan calon guru ekonomi di SBI. Penelitian dirancang untuk 2 tahun dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development, Pengembangan kurikulum ini dilakukan berdasarkan buku panduan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi pendidikan tinggi yang diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Jendral Pendidikan Tinggi (2008). Hasil penelitian antara lain ditemukan bahwa deskripsi kompetensi Prodi Pendidikan terdiri dari a) dua kompetensi utama b) sembilan kompetensi pendukung dan c) empat kompetensi lainnya. Kompetensi utama terdiri dari a) penguasaan struktur, konsep, generalisasi, teori, dan pola pikir keilmuan ekonomi dalam lingkup global yang terdiri dari 18 subkompetensi b) penguasaan konsep, teori, dan prinsip pedagogik yang terdiri atas 6 subkompetensi. Kompetensi pendukung terdiri dari 11 subkompetensi dan kompetensi lainnya terdiri dari 9 subkompetensi. Kompetensi Utama terdiri dari 24 substansi kajian, kompetensi pendukung terdiri atas 11 substansi kajian dan kompetensi lainnya terdiri dari 9 substansi kajian, sehingga total SKS yang harus ditempuh mahasiswa sejumlah 152 SKS atau 61 mata kuliah.

In addition to a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural, Indonesian peopleâ€™s life is also multi-religion/beliefs. This plural living conditions is prone to conflict. Most conflict happened is often ridden by religious issues and sentiments. Such circumstances should not be avoided to maintain the national integration. Plural life should be maintained in order to realize the the harmony of life in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-religious society.Therefore, the government issued UU Kerukunan Hidup Beragama (the Law on Religious Life Harmony) to achieve harmony in the societyâ€™s life. In addition, one alternative to consider is to develop a civil society that is the embodiment of the nation as the realization of developing a nation that is advanced in every sector of development. The establishment of civil society must be understood as an aspiration to realize the democratic and infependent modern nation among the hustle and bustle of the differences. An ideal civilization will be able to build a nation with significant progress. The perspective of civil society in Indonesia is simple, to build a fair, open, and democratic society upon the foundation of the Almighty God. Therefore, to be developed in this kind of life is the constructive pluralism, which can be developed through multicultural education.

The aim to develop models of education and training that are effective in improving teacher competencies. The research method uses non-experimental explanatory and R D method. The research sample is a high school economic teacher in the Greater Bandung area. Data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the education and training model that was once followed by economic teachers, the results of the research showed that teachers of professional education and training are very helpful in improving teacher professionalism, the form of online learning is very difficult for teachers, especially those in remote areas. Therefore teachers strongly agree to use face-to-face patterns and materialÂ support in improving teacher professionalism. Besides that the teacher strongly agrees that the Teacher Professional Education and Training and the teacher learning program with online mentoring can improve literacy and teachers who support professionalism.Â Teachers state patterns of teacher certification through Professional Education and Training TeachersÂ should focus on professional competence. This study can determine the alternative development of the Teacher's Professional Education and Training model in positions and models, namely Teacher Professional Education and Training using blended learning and Teacher Education and Training Model Based on needs.

This research was inspired by the rapid development of information and communication technology. It obligates teachers to apply technology and information in learning for enriching their professionalism. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect on teacher experience, training, and self-efficacy on TPACK, as well as determining the significance of teacher experience and training on self-efficacy. The used method in this research was descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to economics teachers. Path analysis technique is used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that teacher experience, training, and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on TPACK. Teacher experience and training have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Yet, self-efficacy is not able to mediate the effect of teacher experience on TPACK, and the effect of training on TPACK.

The aim of this study was to describe the Technological Pendagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) economics teacher of high schools in Lampung Province. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to economics teachers. The questionnaire consisted of 31 items and 7 subdomains. The seven subdomains are Technological Knowledge (TK), Pendagogical Knowledge (PK), Content Knowledge (CK), Technological Pendagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Pendagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) and Technological Pendagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) . The subjects of this study were 33 teachers chosen at random. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results showed that kindergarten teachers of economics at Public High Schools in Lampung Province included in the moderate category (M = 5.37), moderate PK (M = 5.62), moderate CK (M = 5.43), moderate TPK (M = 5.65), moderate TCK (M = 5.66), moderate PCK (M = 5.69) and good TPCK (M = 5.42). The overall economic teacher TPCK is moderate (M = 5.54). The results show that economics teachers at SMA Negeri Sekolah in Lampung Province can apply their technological knowledge in economic learning.

This study investigates social studies learning is a scientific field that cannot be separated from its role in solving problems that occur in society. Students will participate as agents of change in society that have knowledge, insights, attitudes, and understandings that are upholding sustainability.Social studies need more authentic learning, which simulates a real-world environment by making it a source and a medium of learning, so that the context and allowance are used with similar situations, meaningful and connected to the real world by applying transdisciplinary learning. This paper contains a literature review on the application of learning in social studies learning to prepare students to live in harmony with the sustainable living. This literature study refers to the theoretical aspects of transdisciplinary learning, social studies within transdisciplinary learning, and learning outcomes related to sustainable living.
