INTERNAL (Information System Journal) is a scientific journal published by the Information Systems Study Program, Masoem University. This journal is a forum for publication of scientific papers in the form of writings by academics, researchers and practitioners on pure and applied research in the fields of information systems, informatics engineering and computer engineering. INTERNAL is published twice a year, namely in June and December. This journal has been accredited by SINTA 4. In 2021, INTERNAL (Information System Journal) will be merged and recorded in the Masoem University journal. In addition, DOI Prefix 10.32627 which was originally used by STKOM Al Masoem was later changed by the DOI is affiliation to become Masoem University. The journal at STKOM Al Masoem has changed its form to a journal at Masoem University.

Abstract

Jakarta is one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia. The increasing number of vehicles entering Jakarta has resulted in the difficult to find parking area. Moreover, the population density occurred in there also resulted in the difficulty of finding parking area. Each parking area have its own capacity, the driver must directly check the state of the parking area. According to a survey conducted by VIVA, it takes 21 minutes to find parking in Jakarta (Viva, 2017). Based on the background of the problem, it can be conclude, the focus of the research is how to implement RESTFul API on an android application , so it will be ease to find a parking area in Jakarta. The system development method uses Scrum, the implementation results in the form of an android-based application using the RESTFul API.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out typical interest among young people towards Islamic microfinance institutions (LKMS) based on mobile banking services. The research data was taken by purposive sampling method on high school students in Kabupaten Bandung as many as 120 people. The data obtained is then processed using K-means cluster analysis. The results of the study show that the majority of young people in rural areas are interested in becoming customers of Islamic microfinance institutions (LKMS). This is due to the strong attractiveness of LKMS products, satisfaction using LKMS mobile banking applications, knowledge of LKMS institutions, and knowledge of LKMS products. The majority of these youth are members of cluster 2. While cluster members 1 and cluster 3 are minority clusters. In the minority clusters, weak knowledge of LKMS institutions and products causes a weak interest in young people in the use of LKMS mobile banking applications. This is not the case in cluster 2. Thus, the strong interest of young people in the application of Mobile banking LKMS membership is closely related to their knowledge of LKMS institutions and products.

Abstract

Transportasi memegang peran kunci dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian. Informasi mengenai angkutan umum di Kota Cirebon sangatlah minim dan jauh dari sentuhan teknologi, penyebab utama permasalahan masyarakat Kota Cirebon yaitu tidak terlalu minat dengan angkutan umum, menyebabkan pendatang enggan bertanya dengan alasan kepercayaan atau malu dan mengalami kebingungan ketika akan menaik angkot, sehingga terjadi penumpukan kendaraan yang melatarbelakangi kemacetan di jalan pada jam-jam tertentu. Metode yang menjadi dasar dalam perancangan SIG ini adalah melalui pendekatan Google Map Api yang dapat menemukan jalur angkot tercepat di Kota Cirebon dengan menyertakan faktor kecepatan dan waktu tempuh ke tempat tujuan, sehingga sistem informasi geografis yang telah dibuat dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat.Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi pencarian tentang beberapa jalur transportasi angkutan umum, serta dapat menampilkan fasilitas umum seperti Mall, Rumah Sakit, Bank dan masih banyak yang lainnya yang dilewati berada berada di jalur transportasi angkutan umum. Sehingga sistem yang telah dibuat informasinya dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat ketika ingin bepergian.

Abstract

PT. Padjadjaran Hospital Jatinangor Division of Padjadjaran Clinic requires the handling of a work system process that is fast and accurate to meet the demands of improving the quality of its human resources that have an impact on service to patients. Because still using a manual system results in frequent data and information inaccuracies.The design of SIstem Informasi Penggajian uses design tools in the form of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The diagrams used include: Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, Flowmaps, and E-R Diagrams. This application uses Visual Studio 2010 with Vb.Net based on client server and Database uses MySQL with good security and data integration and supports transactional programs. After going through several stages of design, this application is expected to facilitate data collection and reporting and minimize data errors and provide a smooth payroll process.As for the advantages of this payroll application is to use the finger print machine so data validation will be guaranteed and employees will obey, discipline, and employees cannot manipulate attendance data.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located in the equator, which has beautiful natural. It has a mountainous constellation, beaches and wider oceans than land, so that Indonesia has extraordinary natural beauty assets compared to other countries. Behind the beauty of natural it turns out that it has many potential natural disasters in almost all provinces in Indonesia, in the form of landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, Mount Meletus and others. The problem is that the government must have accurate data to deal with disasters throughout the province, where disaster data can be in categories or groups of regions into very vulnerable, medium, and low disaster areas. It is often found when a disaster occurs, many found that the distribution of long-term assistance because the stock for disaster-prone areas is not well available. In the study, it will be proposed to group disaster-prone areas throughout the province in Indonesia using the k-means algorithm. The expected results can group all regions that are very prone to disasters. Thus, the results can be Province West java, central java very vulnerable categories, provinces Aceh, North Sumatera, West Sumatera, east Java and North Sulawesi in the medium category, provinces Bengkulu, Lampung, Riau Island, Babel, DIY, Bali, West Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, west Papua including of rare categories. With the results obtained in this study, the government can map disaster-prone areas as well as prepare emergency response assistance quickly. In order to reduce the death toll and it is important to improve the services of disaster victims. With accurate data can provide prompt and appropriate assistance for victims of natural disasters.
