Abstract

Ketidakpastian hukum dalam perjanjian merupakan tantangan yang dapat berdampak serius pada pelaku bisnis. Artikel ini menggambarkan strategi mitigasi risiko yang dapat diadopsi untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian tersebut. Pertama, pemahaman mendalam terhadap hukum yang berlaku adalah kunci utama. Pihak yang terlibat perlu secara cermat menganalisis regulasi dan kebijakan yang relevan untuk memastikan kepatuhan dan mengidentifikasi potensi ketidakpastian. Selanjutnya, penyusunan perjanjian dengan bahasa yang jelas dan tegas juga dapat menjadi langkah efektif dalam mengurangi risiko hukum. Hal ini melibatkan definisi yang jelas terkait hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak serta mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat diandalkan. Selain itu, pihak yang terlibat dalam perjanjian dapat mempertimbangkan penambahan klausa-klausa protektif yang merinci skenario ketidakpastian hukum dan langkah-langkah konkret yang akan diambil. Pendekatan ini dapat membantu melindungi kepentingan dan hak-hak pihak terkait dalam menghadapi perubahan aturan atau interpretasi hukum yang tidak pasti. Dengan menerapkan strategi mitigasi risiko ini, pelaku bisnis dapat lebih siap menghadapi ketidakpastian hukum dan menjaga kelangsungan perjanjian dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

In rural and urban communities, youth organizations or sinoman play a very important role in advancing physical and non-physical development because the young generation is the future leader. So that conflicts occur between youth organizations which result in delays in achieving the vision and mission of a community or village environment. Therefore, this research aims to explain the influence of attitudes between youth organizations in the community environment in KP. Ciptakarya by means of youth empowerment is a process of increasing the abilities and strengths of youth, so that by empowering youth they are able to realize their potential, are able to use this potential to fulfill their daily needs, and are able to participate in various social activities and development processes. Youth empowerment is a process utilize and develop the potential of young people to strengthen their abilities so that later they can achieve independence.

Abstract

Lease agreement is a form of contract involving two parties, namely the tenant and the landlord, who agree to exchange the right to use a property or item for a rent payment. The legal implications of a lease agreement have significant impacts on the rights and obligations of both parties. This article discusses various legal implications that may arise in the context of lease agreements, including the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords, compensation rights, and legal aspects related to termination of the agreement. The analysis also encompasses legal protections for both parties, such as the tenant's right to inhabit habitable premises and the landlord's responsibility to maintain the property. These legal implications establish a legal framework that provides certainty and protection for all parties involved in a lease agreement, as well as guidance for resolving potential disputes that may arise in the future.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the learning outcomes of teacher and student communication skills are very important in learning. Because communication skills are important for students to achieve learning. This type of research is quantitative and correlational in nature. The population in this study was class XI students consisting of 5 classes. The sampling technique is Cluster Random Sampling, namely with a sample size of 30 students, instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between teacher communication skills and student learning outcomes as evidenced by the known r count of 0.737 while the r table is 0.3610. and the significance test a= 0.05. Meanwhile the person correlations value obtained was 0.761, meaning it shows a positive relationship that the better the teacher's communication, the higher the student learning outcomes. The correlation coefficient is 0.761. It can be concluded that the correlation value is strong because it is in the range 0.60-0.79. So, it is concluded that there is a relationship between teacher communication skills and student learning outcomes in class XI PAI subjects at SMA N 1 IV Koto.

Abstract

One of the goals of education is to develop each person to reach their highest potential and provide opportunities to achieve everything in life according to their natural abilities. However, there are still many people who doubt that any education system can achieve these goals perfectly. Several cases in schools that occur include inequality in school welfare with imperfect coordination of learning progress. The introduction of sociology in schools is rarely well received by students. In fact, people must be able to apply it in their daily social life. The method used is the qualitative research method Library Research using information collection such as books, journals, documents, magazines, stories and history from the library. The aim of this article is to understand how the history of the sociology of education developed in line with the development of social science. The result is that the birth of Sociology of Education was influenced by three factors, firstly the very rapid development of society, secondly by teacher factors, thirdly by motivational factors in education. Sociology became a separate science in the 19th century. In 1916, New York and Columbia universities established departments of educational sociology. In 1917, the first Sociology textbook was published, compiled by Walter R. Smith. In 1923, the Sociology of Education Association was formed by the Congress of the American Sociological Association. In Indonesia, the Sociology of Education course only appeared in 1967 and was included in the curriculum of the Didactic and Curriculum Department at the Faculty of Education, IKIP Yogyakarta. Figures in Sociology of Education include (a) Lester Frank Word (b) John Dewey (c) Emile Durkheim (d) Karl Mannheim (e) Talcott Parson (f) E George Payne.
