Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has yet shown symptoms to cease. The impact of this global plague affects wide range aspects of human life and the order of many countries in the world. Various businesses and industries have to struggle hard to endure the negative effects of the pandemic. Restaurant is one of the industries that has been hit hard by the pandemic among the important industries supporting the economy. As one of well-known players in food and beverages, Pizza Hut Indonesia also suffer the same fate. In dealing with this situation, the company made a bold effort for the sake of the company's survival by launching roadside marketing strategy along with more affordable innovative products. This paper will discuss how the strategy taken by Pizza Hut can help reduce the negative impact of the pandemic to one of the most popular multi-national franchise restaurants in Indonesia.

Abstract

Home Bedding Industry is a business unit/company on a small scale which is engaged in certain home linen industry. Usually this business only uses one or two houses as production, administration and marketing centers at the same time. The role of the Home Bedding Industry is very meaningful in empowering the community to have economic independence. Home Industry Bedding which is used as a partner in community service is the home industry for the bedding industry, namely Roza Bed Sheet, Tiara Bed Sheet, Barokah Bed Sheet, Lala Bed Sheet, Putri Bed Sheet. The problem that is often faced in the Home Bedding Industry business is an obstacle in facing business development due to the difficulty of capital, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. To solve this problem, government support is needed by the community by offering skill institutions (LPK), including trained personnel, product quality, strategic business location, family system, high economic value production, and the use of information technology in marketing their products. The material presented in the mentoring activity is the Home Business Business Strategy for the Bedding Industry. The results of the mentoring show that qualitatively the owner gains additional knowledge, understanding, and insight as well as basic skills about the home bedding industry. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that assistance in the application of the home bedding industry can increase knowledge, understanding and insight for the Home Industry Bed linen business actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy of Joint Business Development of Babatan. The sampling technique in this study used a perposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Methods of data analysis using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis carried out included: Data reduction (data reduction), Data display (data presentation), Verification (conclusions) The results of the study found that the strategies used to develop the Salai business namely: Price strategy, namely the smoked fish entrepreneur adjusts prices with competitors and adjusts according to the quality of their products. Providing prices that can be reached by the community and at prices below the Promotion strategy (promotion) carried out by the Joint Venture namely by having good relations with customers, promoting through social media, conducting direct marketing to consumers, to collectors, SMEs, giving brochures to the public, branding allows quality product is more guaranteed and consistent, used as a differentiator from other products, as a promotional tool for sellers, attracting interest and convincing buyers and increasing selling value for entrepreneurs

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Program Ketahan Pangan Dana Desa Terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat .Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian campuran (mix method), yaitu suatu penelitian dengan menggabungkan dua bentuk penelitian yang telah ada sebelumnya yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Program Ketahan Pangan naik sebesar 1 satuan maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat sebesar 0,287 satuan. Hal ini tertu saja sejalan dengang dengan tujuan dari Program Ketahan Pangan yaitu Meningkatkan ketersediaan pangan baik dari hasil produksi masyarakat Desa maupun dari lumbung pangan Desa; Meningkatkan keterjangkauan pangan bagi warga masyarakat Desa; dan Meningkatkan konsumsi pangan yang beragam, bergizi seimbang, aman, higienis, bermutu, tidak bertentangan dengan agama, keyakinan, dan budaya masyarakat, serta berbasis pada potensi sumber daya lokal. diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung adalah sebesar 5,767 yakni lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,660 dan dengan nilai sig = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Artinya, program ketahan pangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove that compensation and work experience have an effect on the performance of ASN employees at Satpol PP and Firefighters. The researcher took the sample by accidental sampling and chose several people who were considered to represent the population, totaling 42 ASN employees. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination from R square is 0.570. This means that the value of compensation (X1) and the value of work experience (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 57.0% while the remaining 43.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially compensation and work experience have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Satpol PP and Damkar in South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the f test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that compensation and work experience have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Satpol PP and Damkar South Bengkulu Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of service with customer satisfaction at the drug store Andika Farma Bengkulu. The method used is the analyst Spearman rank correlation and testing the accuracy of data by t test.  Spearman rank test results of 0.831. This suggests that there is a very strong correlation between customer satisfaction in service with the purchase of medicines in drugstores Andika Farma Bengkulu. With the service is friendly, courteous and quick from the drug store employee Andie Farma Bengkulu, then consumers will feel very happy and satisfied with the service, so that consumers will come again to make purchases of drugs at the drug store Andika Farma Bengkulu. Results of hypothesis testing tcount greater than the value ttable (9.209> 1.686) means that the service has a positive and significant relationship with customer satisfaction at the drug store Andika Farma Bengkulu. It is explained that there is a close relationship between services with customer satisfaction, if the services provided by employees Andika Farma drugstore Bengkulu then the consumer will feel satisfied and happy shopping at drug stores Andika Farma Bengkulu
