Abstract

The research used by researchers here is in the form of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Descriptive means research that attempts to observe problems systematically and accurately regarding certain facts and objects. Descriptive research aims to explain, describe and map facts based on a certain perspective or way of thinking. The way to collect data from this research is by using observation research, interviews and documentation. The research results show that cooperative learning is really needed. So based on observations, interviews and documentation, cooperative learning activities are held through existing learning activities at school. This is very influential for today's students, so that students learn through interaction with their group members, sharing ideas, solving problems together, and providing feedback to each other. Cooperative learning has several benefits. First, it increases students' understanding because they can explain concepts to each other and help each other understand the material.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the meaning of the denotation and connotation of forms of verbal abuse against children as well as the meaning of the myth of verbal abuse against children in the film Benalu by Sidiq Aryadi. The data analysis technique used is semiotic analysis, namely, Roland Barthes' Semiotic Analysis, to reveal the meaning of connotative, denotative signs, and myt. Verbal abuse is "violence against feelings". Belittling or mocking children can take the form of demeaning the child, insulting names, making adverse treatment between children, stating that the child is not good, worthless, ugly or something that is obtained from mistakes. Oftentimes, parents are not aware that they have committed acts of verbal abuse. The primary and most common causal factor for parents committing verbal abuse is education. Many parents educate their children firmly and harshly, and without realizing it, verbal abuse can have a negative impact on children, even more significant than the impact of physical violence.

Abstract

The Tiktok account @serveretherblade with 1,990 followers is one of those who stream online games through the Tik Tok application. A broadcast can produce an impact that is felt directly by the audience. Like the followers of the @serveretherblade tiktok account who watch streaming online games, of course, through the information conveyed, they also have entertainment to fill their free time by watching streaming shows on the account. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of the audience of the @serveretherblade tiktok account. Research using explanatory quantitative. The data collection method used was a Google Form questionnaire using a Likert Scale and literature review. This study uses non-probability sampling with the sample collection technique is convenience sampling. Data analysis using SPSS. Respondents in this study were 100 followers of the Tiktok @serveretherblade account. The validity test resulted in an r-table value of 0.196. The results of SPSS data processing show that r-count> r-table, so the 12 statement instruments are declared valid. The reliability test shows the Cronbach's alpha value of the variables tested is above 0.6. So it proves to be reliable. The conclusion of this study is the results of the hypothesis obtained, t count> t table. Thus it is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between "Streaming Online Games on Tiktok Accounts on the Level of Audience Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, lifestyle and word of mouth on the purchase decision of maybelline mascara (case study in the I Medan Denai environmental community). This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires, observations and literature studies. The respondents who were sampled in this study amounted to 91 respondents. From the regression equation Y = 16.272 + 0.218X1 + 0.186X2 + 0.114X3 + e. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable with a t-value calculated > t table (6.370 > 1.987) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision variables with t-values calculated > t tables (4.561 > 1.987) and significant values of 0.000 < 0.05. The word of mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable with a calculated t value > t table (3.313 > 1.987) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Brand image, lifestyle and word of mouth variables simultaneously affect purchasing decision variables with F values calculated > F tables (27.268 > 2.71) and significant values 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Students In an era filled with intense competition and competitiveness, students are crucial pillars in social and economic development. They are faced with complex challenges, not only in achieving academic excellence, but also in forming a strong and productive personal identity. Students today are under pressure to meet various targets and unwritten standards, creating an environment where these achievements are key to recognition both from themselves and from their surroundings. They try to form a productive self-image, but in the process often become workaholics. Students often show their productive side to build their self-image aimed at the front page, outside of that they tend to be often exhausted both physically and mentally. The goal of productivity formed as a self-image poses a risk where it will form a weak workforce due to physical and mental fatigue that occurs in the process of forming and maintaining a self-image.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Agile Governance in the E-Palapa System for Hotel Taxes in Bapenda Badung. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that tax services through the E-Palapa System can be described as fast governance, but they are not fully running optimally. The good enough governance indicator shows that the E-Palapa System still experiences system errors and is forced to close when used by hotel taxpayers to obtain services, so it requires improvements related to the E-Palapa System. The based on quick wins indicator shows that there are still hotel taxpayers who are not timely in reporting or paying their taxes so that the target set by the Badung Bapenda, which are the awareness and compliance of taxpayers in managing their taxes, is still not being implemented optimally. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Agile Governance dalam Sistem E-Palapa pada Pajak Hotel di Bapenda Badung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pajak melalui Sistem E-Palapa dapat dinyatakan sebagai tata kelola pemerintahan yang cepat, tetapi belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara optimal khususnya pada indikator good enough governance dan based on quick wins. Indikator good enough governance menunjukkan bahwa Sistem E-Palapa masih mengalami error system dan forced close pada saat digunakan wajib pajak hotel dalam memperoleh pelayanan sehingga memerlukan adanya pembenahan dan perbaikan terkait Sistem E-Palapa. Indikator based on quick wins menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya wajib pajak hotel yang tidak tepat waktu dalam melaporkan atau membayarkan pajaknya sehingga target yang ditetapkan pihak Bapenda Badung yakni adanya kesadaran dan kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam mengelola perpajakannya masih belum terlaksana secara optimal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Accountability of Parking Levy Management in the Uluwatu Temple Outer Area in Increasing the Village Budget of Pecatu Traditional Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency. The research conducted by this researcher, using descriptive qualitative research. The unit of analysis in this research is the Uluwatu Temple Outer Area tourist attraction. The technique of determining informants in this study is to use purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the Accountability of Parking Levy Management in the Uluwatu Temple Outer Area in Increasing the APBDes of Pecatu Customary Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency can be concluded that the Management of Parking Levy allocated to the Customary Village treasury can be said to be accountable. From this study it can be concluded that; indicators of legal accountability and honesty have been successfully fulfilled, managerial accountability indicators can be said to be very successful, program accountability indicators have not fully run optimally, policy accountability indicators have run well, and financial accountability indicators have run well. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Retribusi Parkir Di Kawasan Luar Pura Uluwatu Dalam Peningkatan APBDes Desa Adat Pecatu, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ini, menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Unit analisis yang Dalam penelitian ini adalah Objek wisata Kawasan Luar Pura Uluwatu. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Retribusi Parkir Di Kawasan Luar Pura Uluwatu Dalam Peningkatan APBDes Desa Adat Pecatu, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengelolaan Retribusi Parkir yang dialokasikan ke kas Desa Adat dapat dikatakan akuntabel. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa; indikator akuntabilitas hukum dan kejujuran telah berhasil terpenuhi, indikator akuntabilitas manajerial sudah bisa dikatakan sangat berhasil, indikator akuntabilitas program belum sepenuhnya berjalan optimal, inidkator akuntabilitas kebijakan sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan indikator akuntabilitas finansial sudah berjalan dengan baik. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Mobile JKN application in improving the quality of BPJS Health services. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted using semi-structured techniques. The results of this research are that the implementation of the Mobile JKN application in improving service quality has been effective in terms of information quality, service quality, user satisfaction and net benefits, but improvements are needed in terms of system quality and user intentions. Recommendations from this research are the need for more in-depth education for JKN participants regarding a deeper understanding of the benefits and added value that can be obtained through the use of the Mobile JKN application, the need for error monitoring in the application and readjust the services offered by the Mobile JKN application with the BPJS Health office. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas aplikasi Mobile JKN dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik semi terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan aplikasi Mobile JKN dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan telah berjalan efektif dari segi kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih, namun dibutuhkannya peningkatan dari segi kualitas sistem dan intensi pengguna. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah dibutuhkannya edukasi lebih mendalam kepada peserta JKN mengenai pemahaman mendalam akan manfaat dan nilai tambah yang dapat diperoleh melalui penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN, dibutuhkannya pemantauan error pada aplikasi dan menyesuaikan kembali layanan yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan kantor BPJS Kesehatan. Abstract

The Main Purpose of this Research is to analyze the Role of Metta Mama and Maggha Foundation in order to overcome child abandonment in Denpasar City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data collection techniques by using interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained in this research are: (1) The Metta Mama and Maggha Foundation resolve acts of child abandonment in Denpasar City through a safe house program which starts from the pregnant mother with a different background in each case, the decision to continue life for the mother by providing whether their child will be allowed to be adopted or not. (2) The babies in the foundation will be taken cared with love and their growth and development will be monitored so that their growth is appropriate to their age. For babies who are allowed to be adopted, they will be prepared physically and mentally to start their new life with their new beloved family. Families who want to adopt also have legal steps and provisions that must be passed until the day the adoption can take place. This foundation emphasizes child abandonment within the city of Denpasar because desperate pregnant mothers have been rescued with their babies healthy and well. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Yayasan Metta Mama dan Maggha dalam upaya menanggulangi tindak penelantaran anak melalui program rumah aman di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Yayasan Metta Mama dan Maggha menanggulangi tindak penelantaran anak di Kota Denpasar melalui program rumah aman yang dimulai dari sang ibu mengandung dengan latar belakang yang berbeda setiap kasusnya, keputusan untuk melanjutkan kehidupan bagi sang ibu dengan memberikan buah hatinya untuk diperbolehkan diadopsi atau tidak. (2) Bayi yang berada di yayasan akan rawat dengan kasih sayang serta diperhatikan tumbuh kembangnya agar pertumbuhannya sesuai dengan usianya. Bagi bayi yang diperbolehkan untuk diadopsi maka akan disiapkan secara fisik dan mental untuk memulai kehidupan barunya dengan keluarga barunya, keluarga yang ingin mengadopsi juga memiliki alur dan ketentuan hukum yang harus dilewati hingga hari adopsi dapat terjadi. Yayasan ini memberikan penekanan tindak penelantaran anak dalam lingkup kota Denpasar karena ibu hamil yang putus asa telah diselamatkan dengan bayinya secara sehat dan baik. Abstract

This research aims to analyze youth participation in the Sekaa Teruna Teruni Pancaka Putra fundraising activity program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects were seven people, namely one chairman of Sekaa Teruna Teruni, five youth of Sekaa Teruna Teruni and one community figure. The data analysis technique was qualitative descriptive with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in the research are (1) youth participation in the Sekaa Teruna Teruni Pancaka Putra fundraising activity program seen from the program management aspect using four stages of participation in accordance with the theory put forward by Cohen and Uphoff, namely participation in decision making, participation in implementation , participation in benefit taking, and participation in evaluation. (2) factors that hinder youth participation in the Sekaa Teruna Teruni Pancaka Putra fundraising activity program are the large number of youth who migrate outside the region and the lack of motivation and self-confidence to socialize. Meanwhile, supporting factors are the existence of binding sanctions and self-awareness of one's responsibilities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis partisipasi pemuda dalam program kegiatan penggalangan dana Sekaa Teruna Teruni Pancaka Putra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah tujuh orang yakni satu ketua Sekaa Teruna Teruni, lima pemuda Sekaa Teruna Teruni dan satu tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahap sebagai berikut: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian adalah (1) partisipasi pemuda dalam program kegiatan penggalangan dana Sekaa Teruna Teruni Pancaka Putra dilihat aspek pengelolaan program menggunakan empat tahap partisipasi sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Cohen dan Uphoff yaitu partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan, partisipasi dalam pengambilan manfaat, dan partisipasi dalam evaluasi. (2) faktor yang menghambat partisipasi pemuda dalam program kegiatan penggalangan dana Sekaa Teruna Teruni Pancaka Putra yaitu banyaknya pemuda yang merantau ke luar daerah serta kuragnya motivasi dan rasa percaya diri untuk bersosial. Sedangkan faktor yang mendukung yaitu adanya sanksi yang mengikat serta kesadaran diri akan tanggung jawab yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Penggalangan Dana, Sekaa Teruna Teruni
