Abstract

This article was written based on the manifestation of researcher participation in the democratic system in Indonesia, especially in West Bandung Regency. This study aims to determine the voter turnout of 3 generations (generation X, generation Y, and generation Z) from the perspective of lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the candidates. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 145 respondents spread from 3 villages (Ciwaruga Village, Cigugur Girang Village and Cihanjuang Village). The research location is the area with the largest population and voting rights in the Parongpong District, West Bandung. Methods of data analysis using path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that the total influence of ignorance or lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the choice of candidates on voter participation in generation X is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.488 or 48.8%, in generation Y is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) ) = 0.580 or 58%, in generation Z it is shown by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.793 or 79.3%. So it was concluded that the model formed was included in the strong category, so that in this study the variables of ignorance or lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the choice of the right candidate were used to measure voter turnout in Parongpong District, West Bandung.

Abstract

In order to support the smooth teaching and learning process at the State Junior High School (SMP) 1 Lambu, Bima Regency, a department that supports these activities is needed, namely administration. Administration is a part of the school that functions as a supporter of teaching and learning activities that take place at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Lambu, Bima Regency so that it runs smoothly according to what has been planned and can be achieved as desired. With the development of the era which is now better known as the era of globalization, the administrative function must be able to improve its quality regarding technology, especially information technology or better known as the computerized era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of planning, implementation, and village development in Rato Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency and to determine the Rato Village Community's Participation in Village Development. Implementation, and Community Participation in Village Development in Rato Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is possible to obtain information relating to community participation in village development.

Abstract

The implementation of direct pilkada was not without problems. The regional head elections which have been held so far have had quite a lot of internal challenges. This research is qualitative research, the determination of informants purposively is also based on subjective reasons which have limited funds, time in conducting this research. The research results show that generally the elite and the public already know that the election Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads will be elected directly by the community. There must be in-depth socialization from the government, in this case the KPUD regarding the implementation of the Pilkada as well as the role of elites and existing political parties.

Abstract

Implementation of the Government's Strategy in Creating an Anti-Money Politics Village is a strategy carried out by the government, namely in the form of a Program to anticipate the practice of money politics or Money Politics in Elections. The aim of this research was to provide readers with an understanding of what strategies can be used to eradicate political money practices in a democracy. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research. The focus of the research is on what strategies or tactics are used by the government to eradicate the practice of money politics and what obstacles are experienced in implementing these strategies. The solution to this problem is encouragement for the government, community leaders and parents to launch this strategy.

Abstract

The land registration process requires certainty of the physical data of the land object as well as certainty of the juridical data of the land subject as well as the party providing information regarding the truth of land ownership. The certainty of physical data and juridical data will determine the quality of the certificate product and guarantee against lawsuits from other parties who feel they own the land. Participation will be realized if the community has an understanding of the greater benefit value if their land is registered and certified. The formulation of the research problem includes: how is the conversion of land rights regulated and what are the legal consequences of the conversion of land rights. The type of research used is normative legal research. The conclusions of this research include: Regulation of conversion of land rights, including Law no. 5 of 1960 was promulgated on September 24 1960, which marked the formation of the National Land Law. One of the objectives of the promulgation of Law no. 5 of 1960 laid the foundations for establishing unity in Land Law
