Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Efektivitas Penerapan Sistim Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Guru SMK Negeri 1 Kupang. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Efektivitas Penerapan Sistim Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Guru SMK Negeri 1 Kupang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Efektivitas Penerapan Sistim Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Guru SMK Negeri 1 Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresii linear sederhana dan data diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik SPSS versi 18.0 teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 orang guru dengan metode pengambilan data secara acak ( aksidental ). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresii linear sederhana. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar melalui hasil analisis regresii linear sederhana diketahui bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Efektivitas Penerapan Sistim Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Guru sebesar 36,7 % dan sisanya 63,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan lain-lain. Dari uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa Ho dan Ha diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Efektivitas Penerapan Sistim Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Guru 5.753>2,00172. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Saran yang diberikan bagi guru SMK Negeri 1 Kupang agar lebih taat gdan mengikuti segala peraturan yang ada pada organisasi, dapat bekerja sesuai target dan lebih kreatif dalam melaksanakan tugas.

Abstract

The Study of Staff Work Motivation in The Office of Research and Rescue Class A Kupang (BASARNAS). The aim of the research was to know how the staff work motivation in the office of Research and Rescue Class A Kupang (BASARNAS). The research method used data analysis technique, that was descriptive qualitative method by using the descriptive statistic that is the mean value or the average of median on the stage of question items. The population in this research were all the staff in the office of Research and Rescue Class A Kupang (BASARNAS ) , that amounted 68 people and all the 68 staff became the samples. The obtained result in this research showed that the work motivation was catagorized in very good, that was the total amount of score 2.766 was divided by ideal score 3.400 then multiplied by 100% = 81,35%, it stated that the staff work motivation in the office of Research and Rescue Class A Kupang (BASARNAS ) was very good Keywords : Staff Work Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of the research is “ the Analysis of Production Base Price Calculation in Determining the Selling Price by Using Full Costing Method in Kasih Furniture Business Kupang District”. The problem was how production base price calculation in determining the selling price by using Full Costing method in Kasih furniture business Kupang district. The aim of the research was to know production base price calculation in determining the selling price by using Full Costing method in Kasih furniture business Kupang district. The data analysis method used quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis technique is the cost data that obtained from Kasih furniture business that overall detailed and formulated using full costing method. The difference of calculation will be analyzed and will be recommended to the company, the selected method will be the basic in determining the production base price and selling price. The calculation result showed that there was the significant difference between the calculations of company method and full costing method. The production base cost that calculated for 5 years according to the company was Rp. 560.298.750,- whereas the production base price according to the full costing was Rp. 634.628.750,-. .Furthermore the determination of company selling price for 5 years was Rp. 1.896.158,-, whereas the selling price according to full costing was Rp. 2.239.954,-, the selling price difference was Rp.343.796. So that the selling price determination must be done correctly because the very high selling price will make the product less competitive, whereas the very low selling price will make the loss of the company

Abstract

The Influence of Information Quality to The Purchasing Decision of Fashion Product in Shopee Application the case study in Business Administration Department”. The problem in this research was how the information quality influenced the purchasing decision. The population were the students of Business Administration Department on the last semester as many as 145 students who used Shopee application with the samples of 60 people. The data was obtained through distributing the questionnaires, observation and interview. The technique used simple random sampling technique. The data used primary data and secondary data, and data analysis used simple linear regression analysis formula. The analysis result used SPSS V.16 program showed that determination coefficient table showed that R square was 0,523, it means the the influence of information quality to purchasing decision as many as 52,3%. And based on the t test obtained t count as many as 3,264 with the significant level as many as 0,000 less than Cronbach’s Alpha (a) (0,000 < 3,264), it means that information quality is one of the factors that really influences the purchasing decision of fashion product in Shopee application

Abstract

Abstract This research used quantitative research. Primary data was obtained directly from the company's financial department including financial statements and balance sheets in 2013-2018. The data analysis method used was non-performing loans, which is a comparison between bad loans and loans. The results showed that the percentage of non-performing loans increased and also decreased each year. In 2014,the amounti was 6.35%. For 2015, 8.15%. It was still stable so that it is statedto be healthy. In 2016, it rose to 10.94% then for 2017, it dropped to 10.66% so it is stated to be quite healthy.In 2018, it dropped to 8.52%. This has got an effect on the condition of bad loans.It was high but has decreased as well as increased during 2014-2018. It is stated that it affects the condition of the bank's quality level.
