Abstract

The interest in entrepreneurship in Indonesia itself is still relatively low. This was evidenced by President Joko Widodo's conversation with members of the Indonesian HIPMI at the independent Palace, Jakarta, Thursday (5/4/2018). The president said that an average of 14% of the population of developed countries are entrepreneurs. "Almost every developed country, the standard has (population) entrepreneurs above 14%, while we still have 3.1%. This means that it needs acceleration. "So this needs to be followed up that there needs to be an increase in entrepreneurial actors in carrying out entrepreneurial activities. So, for this problems I need to submit this activity named Mawiha Wituwa (Mahasiswa Berwirausaha, Wirausaha untuk Mahasiswa ) in english called Student Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneur for Student. Mawiha Wituwa activities consist of learning soft skills and hard skills. In here Mawiha Wituwa wants to encourage students who are not interested in entrepreneurship by providing early education at the Faculty of Economics and Business. . This activity will give spirits for students in creating and innovating and motivating themselves to always excel in entrepreneurial activities

Abstract

Driyorejo is a district located in Gresik Regency, over time Driyorejo became a very crowded place due to the large number of housing developments and Driyorejo is an industrial area. This makes Driyorejo currently a very densely populated region. Increasing population makes people take advantage of these opportunities to meet their daily needs. Some people switch professions from farmers to trade or entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine the effect of attitude of independence, motivation, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents. The population in this study are entrepreneurs in the Driyorejo Gresik area. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program. The results of this study, it can be concluded that the variables of motivation, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship education significantly influence the interests of entrepreneurship. However, the attitude of independence does not significantly influence the interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

The development of electronic payments, also known as non-cash transactions, is greatly influenced by advances in technological development and changes in people's lifestyles. Currently, the development of non-cash payment instruments is running very rapidly and has a big impact on buying and selling transactions. With the support of increasingly advanced technology, people who use and provide non-cash payment system services are continuously looking for alternative non-cash payment instruments that are more efficient and safe. This research discusses the factors that influence consumers in switching from using conventional money to e-money. Research subjects are people who have e-money and have made transactions using e-money. The research object is all types of e-money used in Indonesia legally according to Indonesian regulations. The variables used in this research are Compatibility Factor, Convenience Factor, and Perceived Content Factor. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with the criteria of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya who had an e-money account and had made transactions using e-money at least 3 times. The number of research samples was determined using the Slovin sample calculation. This formula takes into account the known population size. The research sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis techniques used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Model Analysis, F Test, and t Test. In the data processing that has been carried out, Compatibility and Perceived Content have an influence in the same direction as Intention to Switch. Meanwhile, Convenience has an influence that is not in the same direction as Intention to Switch. The results of the hypothesis test show that the significant value of Compatibility is 0.000. Convenience is 0.666. Perceived Content is 0.000. This value shows that Compatibility and Perceived Content have an influence on switching behavior to e-money, while Convenience has no influence on switching behavior to e-money.

Abstract

The business world in this era continues go through increasingly more advanced developments. this could be due to increasingly competitive business competition. In fulfilling customer satisfaction, that is, if the quality of the product to be provided by the company is in accordance with the wishes of the customer, entrepreneurs can be increased their market share through quality fulfillment by providing product excellence and customer value. Customer satisfaction can be created through product quality, customer value (customer value) provided to customers. This study discusses customer satisfaction at the COWCAR branded Cowskin Rambak Krupuk Company in Magetan. This study tested two independent variables, namely product quality and customer value which can affect the dependent, namely customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by using a questionnaire method to 123 customer respondents of the Cattle Skin Crackers Rambak Company with SAPI LANCAR stamp. Data collection techniques in this study using purposive sampling method and non-probability sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis for its data analysis technique, where the results show that product quality has a significant effect with a value of 0.027 and customer value has a significant effect with a value of 0.000 on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Resources is to evaluate the performance of employees in an organization. Leadership will affect the organization’s success rate in optimizing all available resources to realize organizational goals. In addition, motivation is also necessary for achieving employee performance because it has an impact on individuals to involve themselves in work that leads to achieving goals. This study analyses the influence of leadership and works motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were Lattas employees at the Surabaya City Labor Office, which consisted of 38 people, 31 assistants and seven administrative staff. The sampling analysis technique data used the census technique so that the sample studied was the entire population with 38 people. The analysis technique used in this study used multiple linear regression, while the t-test was the method to test the hypothesis. The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and work motivation also concerned on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is an empirical study at UD SINAR REJEKI Business Entity in Surabaya which aims to prove that Compensation and Work Environment have a significant influence on employee morale. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 57 people in the UD SINAR REJEKI business entity and a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20 software preceded by data quality test and classic assumption test. The results showed that all data were declared valid and reliabel and met the classical assumption test requirements. The conclusion of the study that compensation and work environment had a significant effect on the work spirit of employees with evidence of t-test results on both variables obtained a significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

In research conducted on employees of PT. TAM Cargo Surabaya branch aims to determine whether compensation, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of the company's employees. In this study, the data used came from the results of questionnaires, observations, and literature studies related to the research. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression using the T hypothesis test. The number of samples used is 40 respondents with non-probability sampling technique. The results showed that the performance of the employees of PT. TAM Cargo Surabaya branch is affected by compensation and work discipline. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the right strategy in increasing sales volume at the "Kampong Roti" bakery. The analysis used is the Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) analysis method. The respondents in this study were divided into two, namely the supervisor and Kampoeng Roti outlets. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a total of 30 people. The research step, before testing, is processed using the Internal Factor Analysis (IFA) and External Factor Analysis (EFA) matrices. The results of the study based on IFA obtained a score of 3.14 and EFA obtained a score of 2.60. The mapping results show that “Kampoeng Roti” in terms of marketing occupies quadrant I (one) position. This shows that the company is able to compete or be competitive in a strong position, so that the right strategy is needed to develop its business, so that it will continue to grow or growth phase. This position must be maintained by carrying out the right marketing strategies in the form of promotion and product innovation

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, developments in the field of technology are increasingly sophisticated. Smartphones are difficult to separate from activities carried out by humans everyday, there is internet support that makes it easier for humans to connect with anything around the world, social media that makes humans able to communicate with each other over great distances even without meetings.The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, product innovation and advertising on the marketing performance of "OPPO" smartphones on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Wijaya Kusuma University in Surabaya through competitive advantage as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya who use smartphones "OPPO". The number of samples taken was as many as 100 respondents taken using random sampling techniques in which each element of the entire population had the same opportunity to be chosen. Path analysis is used as a calculation to test the hypothesis in this study.From the research that has been done, it can be seen that brand image, product innovation and advertising do not have a significant influence on the competitive advantage of "OPPO" smartphones in the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. Competitive advantage has a significant effect on the marketing performance of "OPPO" smartphones in the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. Brand image, product innovation and advertising do not have a significant effect on the marketing performance of the "OPPO" smartphone on the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. And competitive advantage is not tested as an intervening variable because the direct influence of brand image, product innovation and advertising on marketing performance is greater than the indirect effect.

Abstract

From the results of observations or observations, several problems were found that occurred in teacher job satisfaction. Problems that cause a lack of work engagement, social support and capability for teachers. The aim of this research is to find out how work engagement, social support and work engagement influence teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto. Quantitative techniques were used in this research. The population in this research is non-permanent teachers or GTT at MAN 2 Mojokerto. 35 GTT (non-permanent teachers) at MAN 2 Mojokerto answered the questionnaire used to collect research data. The method used is by distributing questionnaires via the Googleform application. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: teacher performance satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is significantly influenced by the work engagement component with a t value of -2.342 and a significance of 0.026 > 0.05. According to the research results, teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is not influenced by social support with a value of t 0.173 and significance 0.863 <0.05. Based on the research results, it is known that capability has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto with a t value of 2.891 and a significance of 0.0007 < 0.05
