Abstract

According to many references, use in finance and capital is one of the main problems that hinder the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The poor quality of financial records is believed to be the main cause of the low trust of banks in MSMEs. MSME owners and managers often do not have the necessary knowledge skills in applying for credit in accordance with banking standards. The purpose of this study is to understand the accounting situation of SMEs in the commercial sector of Jember Regency. According to the survey, most MSME owners and managers realize the importance of financial management through a good accounting information system for their business, and they have gone from very basic to formal accounting records

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, promotion, and location partially or simultaneously and which of the three factors has the most influence on the saving decision of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach. The type of data and data sources used are primary data obtained through questionnaire tabulation of 71 respondents who are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Makassar City. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that brand image, promotion, and location partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the saving decisions of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Makassar City. Furthermore, the brand image with the largest coefficient of influence and significant value is the factor that most influences the saving decision of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Makassar City. This research is expected to be able to provide information to Bank Syariah Indonesia and other parties regarding which factors have the greatest influence on the decision to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia

Abstract

This article describes the benefits of zakat to increase the economic growth of the ummah. Zakat is something that is absolutely obligatory to do if it meets the requirements. The Hadith emphasizes that the people assigned to collect and allocate zakat are prepared and emphasizes that zakat must be collected, not left to the wishes of those who give zakat. Management of zakat that is organized and carried out systematically based on modern management as intended in Law Number 38 of 1999 concerning the management of zakat, which was later amended by Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning the management of Zakat, is intended so that zakat is able to make a real contribution to increasing welfare of Muslims. Today's modern economy, especially in the face of the free market era of the 2015 Asean Economic Community, of course this zakat contribution is very much needed to strengthen human resources and support the purchasing power of the Community Economy

Abstract

Minapadi is one way to optimize the potential of irrigated rice fields and increase farmers' income is to plan land with appropriate technology which is then contained in the Smart Fisheries Village program and implemented by BRPBAP3 to streamline the productivity of Main Actors and KP Sector Business Actors. Abstract

In order to realize good governance, which is like good governance, it is hoped that regional governments can increase transparency, accountability, and fairness in regional financial management. This study aims to analyze the role of internal audit on audit quality, the role of a code of ethics on audit quality, independence on audit quality and the influence of the role of internal audit, code of ethics and independence on audit quality. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study were 67 respondents/auditors in the Insectorate Office of Banten Province. Sampling used a purposive sampling method using primary data, the primary data in this study was in the form of data from questionnaires distributed. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version.25. The results of this study found that Internal Audit has no partial effect on Audit Quality, the Code of Ethics and Independence has a partial effect on Audit Quality. Internal Audit, Code of Ethics and Independence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work discipline and motivation on the productivity of production workers at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk BSD-Tangerang Selatan. Total population of 90 employees of PT Smartfren Telecom participated in this study; The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, and the data collection technique is a questionnaire sampling technique. The results of the linear regression analysis show that Y = 4.864 + 0.170X1 + 0.702X2 is correct. Conversely, the correlation elasticity coefficient of 0.591 indicates that the variables of work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a current threshold relationship with employee productivity (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of social media marketing initiatives on brand equity and brand loyalty through brand encounters. 205 participants made a purposive sampling sample for this study. The consumers who were the samples of this study, among others, had bought local fashion brands in Indonesia for at least the last six months. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance through job satisfaction. The data used in this study is primary data that comes directly from the object in this study, namely one of the startup companies in Jakarta, PT Generasi Buana Technology. The sample in this study was selected using the non-probability sampling method so that 195 respondents were sampled from a population of 200. Data analysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average and standard deviation, and using AMOS SEM, for hypothesis testing. Previously the instrument had been tested using validity and reliability tests where the results were valid and reliable. The results of the study show that employee engagement has a positive effect on job satisfaction
