Abstract

The globalization of education has brought about significant changes in education systems around the world, technological developments, challenges of multiculturalism, and global competition are some of the main issues faced by Islamic education organizations in facing the globalization of education. Therefore, the management of Islamic education organizations must be able to overcome these challenges and maintain the high quality of Islamic education. This study uses library research methods (library research). Researchers study the literature, writings and sources that have a close relationship with the problem under study. Data collection by searching for sources from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The data obtained from the literature study were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model. This data analysis model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. management of Islamic education organizations to maintain the quality of education that is of high quality and relevant in facing the challenges of educational globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to describe precess and the influence factors of management of facilities and infrastructure to support early childhood physical motoric at TK Dharma Wanita Pelangi Kranji, Paciran, Lamongan. This is qualitatifve research. The results show the process management are; 1) Planning through teacher meetings, 2)Procurement is tailored to the needs and chooses simple stuff that could support children's physical motor development and safe. 3) Investing, purchases noted  in the investment book, 4) colaboration to keep educational media with State Elementary School 1 Kranji 5)Shared responsibility keeping the fasilities between kindergarten, elementary school managers, students, parents and the surrounding community, 6) Destruc of damaged stuff wich is carried out and no longer be used, 7) Supervision of the condition of facilities and infrastructure is carried out during learning and periodically at the end of the semester. Inhibiting factors include limited funds for the procurement and maintenance of infrastructure, especially the provision of storage space for educational games. The supporting factors include operational funding assistance from the government for institutional management, parent involvement, teacher creativity in maximizing the potential and various materials available in the learning environment. Keywords: Management of facilities and infrastructure, physical motor development, early childhood   Abstrak:                                                                                                                       Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah manajemen sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung perkembangan fisik motorik anak usia dini di TK Dharma Wanita Pelangi Kranji Paciran Lamongan, serta faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mendukungnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yang menghimpun data melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil peneliti ini menunjukkan langkah-langkah manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Perencanaan dilakukan melalui rapat guru, 2) Pengadaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan memilih permainan yang sederhana, mendukung perkembangan fisik motorik anak dan aman untuk anak. 3) Investarisasi data penerimaan, pembelian, pencatatan di buku investarisasi, 4) Penyimpanan untuk Alat Permainan Edukatif dilakukan bekerjasama dengan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kranji 5) Pemeliharaan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama antara pengelola TK, SD, peserta didik, wali murid dan masyarakat sekitar, 6) Penghapusan barang rusak dilakukan jika sudah tidak bisa digunakan lagi, 7) Pengawasan kondisi sarana dan prasarana dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran maupun secara berkala di akhir semester. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan dana untuk pengadaan dan perawatan sarana prasarana, terutama penyediaan ruang penyimpanan alat permainan edukatif. Sedangkan faktor pendukung meliputi bantuan dana operasional dari pemerintah untuk pengelolaan lembaga, keterlibatan walimurid dengan mengadakan piket harian untuk merawat sarana dan prasarana, serta memaksimalkan potensi dan berbagai bahan yang tersedia di lingkungan belajar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning the translation method on Arabic learning achievement. The subjects of this study were high school students Wahid Hasyim Sumberwudi Karanggeneng Lamongan. The type of research used is quantitative research which produces data and is analyzed by descriptive method. The data analysis technique used to determine whether there is an effective influence and the absence of an effective effect of learning the translation method on arabic learning achievement of sma wahid hasyim model students, the researcher uses the basic number product moment correlation formula. The results of the calculation of the product moment correlation formula between learning the translation method and arabic learning achievement of students of class xi sma wahid hasyim model can be obtained a value of rxy = 0.76 that the level of relationship between learning the translation method and learning achievement of arabic language students of class XI SMA Wahid Hasyim model is strong or high.

Abstract

Learning methods have an important role in the success of learning. Among the learning methods that can be used in learning Arabic is the cooperative learning method. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes using the Group Investigation cooperative learning model in learning Arabic. the research method used was experimental research with the One group Prestest-Postest design. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS MA Hasyimiyah Tuban. The results showed that the Group Investigation learning model had an effect on increasing students' ability to translate Arabic texts. It can be seen from the results of the T-test that the results are 13.5 and d.b, namely N-1 = 37-1 = 36. Meanwhile, the T-test table using one group refers to a significant level of 0.05, namely 1.688 and 0.01, namely 2.434. The acceptance/rejection criteria for Hₒ and Hₐ are accepted if the results of the t test > t table are significant at 0.05 and 0.01. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the Group Investigation cooperative learning model in increasing the ability to translate Arabic texts.

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of teacher quality and quality which must be adapted to the times so that it is developed in the world of education. The independent teaching platform is used to assist teachers in preparing learning materials. The purpose of this research is to see how teachers use the independent teaching platform at SMA Negeri 1 Lembang Jaya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the independent teaching platform has a display that is easy to understand and easy to access. The available features are in the form of student assessments, tools, self-training, community, proof of work, inspirational videos. The teaching tools provided still need to be developed so that they can be used more optimally in creating works for both teachers and students. The benefits of using the independent teaching platform can be felt reciprocally by teachers and students. So it can be concluded that the use of this independent teaching platform can improve the quality, skills, creativity and potential of each teacher.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah mengubah kemajuan pendidikan secara signifikan. Bersamaan dengan kemajuan tersebut, telah terjadi berbagai kemajuan dalam pendekatan pembelajaran, misalnya metode pembelajaran, pembelajaran materi dan proses pembelajaran itu sendiri kebutuhan akan perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan kebutuhan dan investasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK oleh guru sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini yaitu literature review yang didukung dengan bahan literature dari jurnal atau artikel. Hasil dari tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat memberikan jalur yang positif bagi guru atau siswa dimana media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat mempermudah guru dan siswa dalam memperoleh informasi dan pengetahuan. Selain itu media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan proses belajar bagi siswa sehingga hasil belajar menjadi lebih baik dan menarik.

Abstract

It has been commonly known that in this era, many Islamic boarding schools are trying to provide English learning program in order to improve the quality of Islamic boarding school graduates. Many studies have been conducted to observe how English learning is run in Islamic boarding school to succeed the goal in mastering English for the students. This present study would like to complete the previous studies by conducting the investigation on how English learning process in Al Khodijah Dorm and what are the obstacles faced by the teachers and students during running the English dormitory programs. This research employed qualitative methodology to describe the whole data got by using observation, documentation and interviews as the instruments of studies. This recent study found that to succeed the English learning and teaching activities in Al Khodijah dorm, it was conducted the interesting morning English program. English materials, English learning media, English area and the assessment has also been settled well by the language department of Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School to support students’ English learning. They obstacles faced by the students and tutors were concluded by two kinds of problem namely difficulty of time managing to learn and lack of motivation to learn English.
