Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the day of the week effect on virtual currency return at cryptocurrency market. This research was an empirical study on trading day and virtual currency returns. This research was taking 26 cryptocurrencies that listed during January,1st 2018 until December, 31st 2018 and used daily return of each virtual currencies. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method with dummy variables. This type of research is associative research and the data used are secondary data that has been processed and published. Data is processed statistically with the EViews program, namely the t test model and f test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the trading days have a significant effect on virtual currency return. Partially, trading day variables of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday have a positive and significant effect on virtual currency return

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of green banking and financial performance on bank profitability. Green banking in this study is divided into two dimensions, namely, non-cash transactions (e-banking) and green banking policies. The financial performance in this study is the size of the bank, capital adequacy, non-performing loans, bank efficiency and bank liquidity level. The population in this study was 43 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2018 period. The samples in this study were 9 selected banks using the purposive sampling method.  The analysis method in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results show that Non-Cash Transactions, Capital Adequacy, Non-Performing Loans and Liquidity Levels of banks each have a negative and insignificant effect on the bank's profitability. Green banking policy has a positive and insignificant effect. Bank Size and Bank Efficiency each negatively and significantly affect the bank's profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously   or   partially   on   Korean   Wave   culture   and   Fan   Entrepreneurship   behavior   on entrepreneurial interest in undergraduate (S1) students of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra. The subjects of this study were undergraduate students (S1) in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra from 2016 to 2019. The sample used was all 90 students. The dependent variable in this research is entrepreneurial interest (Y), while the independent variable includes Korean Wave culture (X1) and Fan Entrepreneurship behavior (X2). The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that Korean Wave culture and Fan Entrepreneurship behavior had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.  Korean Wave Culture and Entrepreneurship Fan Behavior have an effect of 29.4 percent simultaneously.

Abstract

This research was conduted find out how the partial and simultan influence of financial performance that is Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1), Return On Assets (X2), Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio (X3) and Loan to Deposits Ratio (X4) on the profit growth (Y). The research data used are banking company data for 2016-2019 and taken from idx.co.id. The population in this research amounted to 61 banking companies with a sample of 12 companies. This research was conducted from july 2020 to November 2020. This research used quantitative data that was processed with SPSS 25.0 with Multiple linear regression  analysis.  The  results  showed that  capital  adequacy ratio, loan to deposits ratio and Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio had a significan effect on profit growth while the return on assets did not significantly influence to profit growth. Simultaneously, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Assets, Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio and Loan to Deposits Ratio and significantly influence to profit growth with a coefficient of 26,7% while the remaining 73.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and also find out how the influence of school facilities and school fees on the decision making of students to continue their education to SMA Al Ulum Terpadu. This study used 55 grade X students of SMA Al Ulum Terpadu as subjects. The type of research used is Descriptive-Quantitative  research  and  descriptive explanatory.  Data  collection was  conducted  by interview documentation and survey by distributing questionnaires to 51 students of grade X SMA Al Ulum Terpadu using completing échantillonnage techniques. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression using SPPS 25 Software. The results showed that school facilities partially had a positive and significant effect on the decision making of students continuing school at SMA Al- Ulum Terpadu. The cost of education is partially negative and significant to the decision of students to continue  their  schooling  at  SMA  Al-Ulum  Terpadu.  The  location  of  the  school  is  partially insignificant to the decision of students to continue their schooling at SMA Al-Ulum Terpadu. School facilities, tuition fees and school locations simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision making of students continuing school at SMA Al-Ulum Terpadu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character of Indonesia's sharia-based Indonesian human resources in the face of the Asean Economic Community (MEA). The data used is qualitative data, which is data collected from literature and other supporting sources. The approach used is qualitative approach using an in-depth approach to literature studies on aspects of Indonesian human resources based on sharia and MEA. The interesting thing about the findings is the internalization of strengthening tawhid (tawhid) as the main foundation for all practitioners / observers / economic communities consisting of: 1. Traders or entrepreneurs 2.Modal owner 3.Konsumen 4.Buruh.Furthermore, sharia competence and culture strongly support the process of building habits among all parties involved including the government as policy makers; especially those who support the realization of MEA as expected. In addition, the government also acts as a party that recommends rules and regulations. This research is relevant to explain how to build the character of Indonesia's sharia-based Indonesian human resources in dealing with the Asean Economic Community (MEA) in ASEAN. The new thing from this research is the internalization of strengthening tawhid (tawhid) as the main foundation for all practitioners / observers / economic communities consisting of 1). Indihome is a result of PT. Telkom. This examination means to analyze the impact of Promotion Mix (X1) and Price (X2) on Decision (Y) interceded by Trust (Z) Indihome Customers at PT Telkom Witel around there. Abstract

How does PT. PLN KITSBU measures the performance of human resources. PT. PLN KITSBU utilizes the Employee Performance Information System (SIMKP) application. By using the human resource  scorecard  and  AHP  (Analytic  Hierarchy  Process)  method,  you  can  get  employee performance evaluations that have never been done in a company. The human resources scorecard method itself is a measurement system that connects human resources with strategy. Then, the AHP method is used to make employee performance decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance indicators and to find weights from all angles. And suggestions for companies, with which to improve in the future. The research results obtained 18 KPIs from 4 perspectives (including 4 KPIs from financial perspective, 3 KPIs for consumers or consumers, 7 KPIs for internal business  composition  and  4  KPIs  for  growth  and  learning).  From  a  financial  perspective,  the weighted score is 3.341 (moderate), customers or consumers are 3.524 (good), the composition of the internal business is 3.357 (moderate), and growth and learning is 3.38 (moderate).

Abstract

In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, creativity, self-efficiency and  employee  social  skills  are urgently needed. This objective is to determine and analyze creativity, self-efficacy, and social skills on the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat Cabang Balai Kota. The population in this study  may  be  59  employees.  This  research  is  descriptive  with  a  quantitative  approach.  The technique used in the organization and data is multiple linear regression. The results showed that based on the simultaneous test (F-test), it shows that creativity, self-efficacy, and social skills have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat Cabang Balai Kota. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Profit Sharing Fund (DBH) on the allocation of Capital Expenditures.  This  research  is  a  causal  associative  design  research  and  the  type  of  data  used  is quantitative data. The data used is obtained from the Regional Budget Realization Report which has been published on the official website as well as from the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) document submitted to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) of North Sumatra Province. The population of this study were all districts / cities in North Sumatra Province consisting of 25 District Governments and 8 City Governments in the period 2010 to 2019. The sample of this study was determined using saturated sampling. The technique used is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously PAD, DAU, DAK, and DBH have a significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditures in the districts and cities of North Sumatra Province. Partially, PAD has a positive and significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure, DAU has a positive and significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure, DAK has a positive and significant effect on the allocation of capital  expenditure,  and  DBH  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on  the  allocation  of  capital expenditures in regencies / municipalities of North Sumatra Province the period 2010 to 2019. and DBH has a significant effect on the allocation of Capital Expenditures in the Regencies and Cities of North Sumatra Province.
