The purpose of this study was to test there any infuence of personal selling, direct selling and public relations signifcantly to customer satisfaction in BMT UGT Sidogiri KCP Kanigoro Blitar. The results show that personal selling, direct selling and public relations together have a signifcant effect on customer satisfaction. count by using T test personal selling unknown variables have positive and signifcant impact on customer satisfaction with the Sig. 0,000. Variable direct selling has a positive impact and no signifcant effect on customer satisfaction in BMT UGT Sidogiri KCP Kanigoro Blitar with the Sig. 0.423 and variable public relations has a positive impact and no signifcant effect on customer satisfaction in BMT UGT Sidogiri KCP Kanigoro Blitar with the Sig. 0.247.Keywords : personal selling, direct selling, customer satisfaction

The research aim is to investigate the equivalent effect of proft sharing ratio of savings, proft sharing ratio of deposits, and the frequency of murabaha fnancing disbursement to the addition of new customers in BMT As- Salam Kras Kediri. The analysis method of the research is multiple regression linier. The results of the research indicated that equivalent of proft sharing ratio of savings and equivalent of proft sharing ratio of deposits have positive effect but not signifcant on the addition of new customers. Frequency of murabaha fnancing disbursement has positive and signifcant effect on the addition of new customers. And together 3 variables above showed a signifcant effect on the addition of new customers in BMT As- Salam Kras Kediri.Keyword: equivalent of proft sharing ratio of savings, proft sharing ratio of deposits, frequency of murabaha fnancing disbursement

This research aims is to know the infuence of employee monitoring, employee evaluation and performance audit against the loyalty of members. This research is at BMT Blessing Trenggalek. Samples taken in this study was 50 respondents. Sampling with probability techniques using random sampling. Measurements in this study using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis used is multiple regression with the help of the program SPSS version 20.The results showed that monitoring employees against the loyalty of infuential members in a positive and not signifcant according to statistics on the BMT Berkah Trenggalek. Research results show that employee evaluation against the loyalty of infuential members are negative and not signifcant according to statistics on the BMT Berkah Trenggalek. Research results show that the performance audit of employees against the loyalty of infuential members in a positive and not signifcant according to statistics on BMT Berkah Trenggalek. In the same crucible of employee monitoring, employee evaluation and performance audit of the employees does not affect the loyalty of members. That means that together equal a third of these factors do not affect the loyalty of members on BMT Berkah Trenggalek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan bank terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia kantor cabang pembantu Tulungagung. Metode dalam menilai kepuasan nasabah menggunakan analisis SERVQUAL atau analisis gap. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada 196 sampel dengan unit analisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa secara simultan dimensi CARTER yang terdiri dari compliance, assurance, reliability, tangibles, empathy, dan responsiveness berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Analisis servqual menunjukkan bahwa dari keseluruhan instrumen dimensi CARTER terdapat kesenjangan atau gap antara harapan nasabah dengan kualitas pelayanan. Analisis diagram kartesius menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa hal yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki oleh Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Tulungagung, antara lain adalah tentang: sistem tabungan, ketepatan waktu pelayanan seperti yang telah dijanjikan, ketersediaan ATM, Peralatan yang digunakan, hubungan antara pegawai dengan nasabah, perhatian personal bank kepada nasabah, dan respon customer service dalam menanggapi keluhan nasabah.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah, Service Quality

The purpose of this study was to determine the Bank’s fnancial performance for the Islamic and Conventional Banks each fnancial ratio over a period of 5 years for the years 2010 to 2014. Financial ratios used in this study consisted of CAR, NPL, NIM, ROE, BOPO. As for the purpose of this study was to examine differences in fnancial ratios of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk period 2010-2014. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of comparative research. The data used in this research is time series data. Based on the criteria determined sample, the obtained two research groups are represented by the Islamic Bank PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk and Bank Conventional represented by PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. The analytical tool used to prove the hypothesis in this study was independent sample t-test. The results of the study with the tools SPSS version 16.0 concluded that the average (mean) ratio of NIM and ROE PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk better performance than PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, while the average yield (mean) CAR, NPL and BOPO PT Bank Mandiri Tbk showed better performance than PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk. While the views of the results of hypothesis testing with different test (independent sample t-test) showed a signifcant difference in the CAR, NPL, ROE and BOPO. As for the ratio of NIM is not a signifcant difference.Keyword: CAR, NPL, NIM, ROE, BOPO

The present study aims at determining the effect of packaging design visualization on customers’ purchasing decision by employing emotional response as mediator variable. The data were collected through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the population of the present study is the customers’ of Sampoerna A mild at Warung Kopi Waris Tulungagung and 110 customers were taken as sample. The sample measurement guideline employed is Maximum Likehood technique with simple random sampling technique. At the same time, the data analysis employed is structural equation modeling. The result of the study indicates packaging design visualization has negative and insignifcant effect on purchasing decision of Sampoerna A mild. Packaging design visualization of Sampoerna A Mild has positive and insignifcant effect on emotional response. Emotional response has positive and signifcant effect on purchasing decision of Sampoerna A mild. Emotional response does not mediate the effect of packaging design visualization of Sampoerna A Mild on customers’ purchasing decision.Key words: packaging design, emotional responses, purchasing

The rise of sharia finance industry that used “sharia branding” such as sharia banking, sharia mini market, sharia hotel, until sharia franchise resulted in conventional institutions are also diversifying sharia-compliant. Ideally this should be balanced by the application of such management is based on sharia like sharia marketing, but in reality many of them are not implementing it yet. Based on the above reasons, this research aims to understand the concept and implementation of sharia marketing at Micro Islamic Financial Institutions (Puskopsyah DIY) comprehensively. This study used a type of field research that is descriptive analytical. This study is also equipped with library research. Data collection techniques using triangulation method, while the data analysis techniques using taxonomic analysis with interactive model. The survey results revealed that implementation of sharia marketing concept in Puskopsyah DIY was good enough though not all aspects of running perfectly. For example, the facts on the ground show that not all product marketing process carried out by the prevailing fatwa supervised and issued by the Sharia Supervisory Board. This study is aimed to analyze the causal relationship between the exchange rates and Islamic indices in Indonesia and Malaysia, and the long-term relationship of the two variables. Indonesia is represented by the value of the rupiah to US dollar and the Jakarta Islamic Index while Malaysia is represented by the exchange rate of the ringgit to US dollar and the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Hijrah Shariah Index. By using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, it can be concluded that the relationship between Jakarta Islamic index is a unidirectional relationship, where the Jakarta Islamic Index affects the exchange rate. The relationship between Malaysia Islamic index has a bidirectional relationship, where the exchange rate affects the FTSE Bursa Malaysia ringgit Hijrah Shariah Index and FTSE Bursa Malaysia Hijrah Shariah Index affects the ringgit exchange rate. Through the study is also concluded that the exchange rate with Islamic indices in Indonesia and Malaysia has a long-term relationship. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of Islamic financial institutionsthat have the goal of profitability by emphasizing the quality of the financingportfolio with emphasis on the prudence and avoid risk. Reality shows that themajority of Islamic banks provide financing predominantly on the financingthat is certainty that the financing murabaha contract. Categories murabahafinancing provides better certainty of payment and principal payments receivableagreed margin. The approach in this study using a quantitative approach to thetype of associative research. Data analysis was performed using data normality test, test classic assumptions. Further analysis using multiple regression test, test hypotheses, and test the coefficient of determination. The results showedthat 1) The quality of current assets provide a significant and positive effecton α 5% on profitability 2) The quality of productive assets in a particularconcern and significant negative effect on α 5% to profitability 3. The qualityof earning assets less current effect negative but not significant at the 5% toprofitability α 4) quality of productive assets undoubtedly have a positive effectbut not significant at α 5% to profitability 5) the quality of earning assetsjammed a negative effect but not significant at α 5% to profitability.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena lembaga keuangan syariah yangmemiliki tujuan profitabilitas dengan menekankan pada kualitas portofoliopembiayaan dengan menekankan pada aspek kehati-hatian dan menghindaririsiko yang dihadapi. Realitas menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas Perbankansyariah memberikan pembiayaan secara dominan pada pembiayaan yang bersifat certainty contract yakni pada pembiayaan murabahah. Kategori pembiayaan murabahah memberikan kepastian pembayaran baik pembayaranpokok piutang maupun margin yang telah disepakati. Pendekatan dalampenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitianasosiatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data,uji asumsi klasik. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakanuji regresi berganda, uji hipotesa, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasilpenelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kualitas aktiva produktif lancarmemberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada α 5% terhadap profitabilitas2) Kualitas aktiva produktif dalam Perhatian khusus memberikan pengaruhnegatif dan signifikan pada α 5% terhadap profitabilitas 3. Kualitas aktivaproduktif kurang lancar memberikan pengaruh negatif namun tidaksignifikan pada α 5% terhadap profitabilitas 4) Kualitas aktiva produktif diragukan memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan pada α5% terhadap profitabilitas 5) Kualitas aktiva produktif macet memberikanpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan pada α 5% terhadap profitabilitas.

The rapid development of the Islamic banking industry requires experts of Islamic economics and Islamic banking industry players to be more innovative.One form of action of these challenges is the emergence of a new contract is acontract agreement Ijarah Al muntahiya bit Tamlik (IMBT)/financial leasingwith purchase. This contract is a contract is a hybrid combination of proprietarylease agreement at the end of the lease (sale and purchase agreement). Thiscontract became the new breakthrough and provides much convenience forcustomers, but the existence of the contract IMBT still doubted by many. In general, they questioned how the legal basis of IMBT both Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. In the perspective of Islamic law IMBT said tohave met the principles, pillars and three terms of the contract. Kontemporeeconomic thinkers such as Adimarwan, Al-Mujamma ‘al-Fiqhi, and classicaleconomic thinkers such as Hanabillah, Malikiyah, Shafi’ites and HanabalahIMBT contract states that the law is permissible (allowed). When viewedfrom the standpoint of positive law in Indonesia contract IMBT includedin the agreement is not named (Article 1319) arising from the principle of freedom of contract (Article 1338) and IMBT also meets the requirements of a valid agreement (Article 1320) as well as elements agreement. The legal consequences arising from the contract agreement IMBT is their right andobligation for them to do so.Pesatnya perkembangan industri perbankan syariah mensyaratkan para ahliekonomi Islam dan pelaku industri perbankan syariah untuk lebih inovatif.Salah satu bentuk tindakan tantangan ini adalah munculnya kontrak baruyaitu perjanjian kontrak Ijarah Al Muntahiya Bit Tamlik (IMBT)/sewakeuangan dengan pembelian. Kontrak ini merupakan kontrak kombinasi(hibrida) dari perjanjian sewa milik pada akhir sewa (perjanjian jual beli).Kontrak ini menjadi terobosan baru dan memberikan banyak kemudahan bagipelanggan, tetapi keberadaan IMBT kontrak masih diragukan oleh banyakpihak. Pada umumnya, mereka mempertanyakan bagaimana dasar hukumIMBT baik hukum Islam dan hukum positif di Indonesia. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam IMBT dikatakan telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip, pilar dantiga syarat-syarat dalam kontrak. Para pemikir ekonomi Kontemporerseperti Adimarwan, Al-Mujamma al-Fiqhi, dan pemikir ekonomi klasikseperti Hanabillah, Malikiyah, Syafi’iyah dan kontrak Hanabalah IMBTmenyatakan bahwa hukum IMBT diperbolehkan. Bila dilihat dari sudutpandang hukum positif di IMBT kontrak Indonesia termasuk dalamperjanjian tidak bernama (Pasal 1319) yang timbul dari prinsip kebebasanberkontrak (Pasal 1338) dan IMBT juga memenuhi persyaratan perjanjianyang sah (Pasal 1320) sebagai serta perjanjian elemen. Konsekuensi hukumyang timbul dari IMBT perjanjian kontrak adalah hak dan kewajiban mereka bagi mereka untuk melakukannya.
