Abstract

This research explains the influence of Islamic work ethic toward satisfied occupation and organization commitment in CV Kencana Jaya Teknik Bogor. This research use quantitative method which take all of populations as a sample. Technique sample of this research use saturated sample which involve all Muslim employees as many 15 persons. Data collection technique use questionnaire has given as many 15 respondent persons. Data analysis technique in this research is simple regression analysis by t-test (partial) aid by SPSS application 16.0 version. Based on the result of the trial has done, that Islamic work ethic variable give positive influence significantly toward satisfied occupation and organizational commitment because the t- count higher than t- table, that is t- count for satisfied occupation  has 4,113 < 2,160 (t table) and t- count for organizational commitment has 3,289 > 2,160 (t table) it means Islamic work ethic variable is significant partially with Islamic work ethic toward satisfied occupation and organizational commitment. Validity of that consideration supported by sig column in Islamic work ethic variable toward satisfied occupation has score 0,001 < 0,05 and Islamic work ethic toward  organizational commitment has score 0,006 < 0,05. It shows that Islamic work ethic partially give influence for satisfied occupation and organizational commitment as significant.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of frontliner service quality on satisfaction in BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor. Measurement of service quality is done by adaptation of CARTER model. CARTER is a model based on the SERVQUAL dimension, with a new dimension called Compliance (Compliance) that is suitable for sharia banking industry. CARTER consists of Compliance, Assurane, Reliability, Tangible, Empathy, and Responsiveness. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers. To analyze and test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23.0 for window software. Based on the result of T test (partial), the dimension of Compliance, Reliability and Tangible influential significantly to customer satisfaction. Dimensions of Assurance, Empathy and Responsiveness have no significant effect on customer satisfaction in BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan frontliner terhadap kepuasan di BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan dilakukan dengan adaptasi model CARTER. CARTER adalah model yang didasarkan pada dimensi SERVQUAL, dengan dimensi baru yang disebut Compliance (Kepatuhan terhadap syariat Islam) yang sesuai untuk industri perbankan syariah. CARTER terdiri dari Compliance, Assurane, Reliability, Tangible, Empathy, dan Responsiveness. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 nasabah. Untuk analisis dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23.0 for window. Berdasarkan hasil uji T (parsial), dimensi Compliance, Reliability dan Tangible yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dimensi Assurance, Empathy dan Responsiveness tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor.

Abstract

EVA is a method of financial management to measure the economic profit in a company that states that prosperity can only be created when the company is able to meet all operating costs and capital costs. With EVA method can be known whether PT BPR Central Sejahtera Tanjungpinang happened addition to its economic value. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The EVA classification can be calculated from the NOPAT (Net Operating Profit After Tax) component, WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) and IC (Invested Capital) contained in the financial statements of PT BPR Central Sejahtera Tanjungpinang with data from 2012 until 2017. This research reveals a positive EVA result in 2012 with an EVA of 63,515,000, in 2013 with EVA of 2,138,086,000, in 2014 with EVA of 73,105,000, in 2013 with EVA of 797,470,000 and in 2014 with an EVA value of 714.750.000. In addition to these positive results, the study also revealed negative EVA results in 2015 with an EVA value of minus 65.06 million. From the analysis results obtained conclusion that the financial performance of PT BPR Central Sejahtera Tanjungpinang quite good. PT BPR Central Sejahtera Tanjungpinang can add value to the company in 2012,2013,2014,2016 and 2017, except in 2015, PT BPR Central Sejahtera Tanjungpinang is considered failed to increase its economic value

Abstract

Abstract: This study attempts to assess variable influence macroeconomic that is represented exchange rates, inflation and interest rates to profitability represented ROA and ROE PT. Bank muamalat Indonesia, Tbk period of 2008 until 2015. The Objects research is the bank muamalat Indonesia. An analysis of data using multiple linear regression on the SPSS 23.0 version. The research suggests that simultaneously variables macroeconomic is not affect on ROA and ROE Bank Muamalat Indonesia period of 2008 until 2015. A partial only variable inflation significant negative on ROA and ROE PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk while variable exchange rates and interest rates is not affect on ROA and ROE Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of sharia banking is still not satisfactory when compared with the development of conventional banking. The relatively lowgrowth of sharia banking market share is due to the low level of customersatisfaction and loyalty for sharia banking. This study aims to determinethe influence of Islamic business ethics and service quality to customersatisfaction and loyalty Bank BTN Syariah Branch Bogor. In this study,the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires to 100customers of Bank BTN Syariah Branch Bogor, obtained by using simplerandom sampling, then analyzed by using quantitative data analysis.Quantitative analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classicalassumption test, path analysis, hypothesis testing through t test andcoefficient of determination (R2) while data processing using SPSS 23.0 forwindows. From result of research of research data got 2 result of value of Rsquare, first obtained equal to 0,245 indicate level of customer satisfactionor customer BTN Syariah Branch 24,5% influenced by implication ofIslamic business ethics and service quality executed by institution, while the rest equal to 75,5 % influenced by other variables not included in thisresearch. The second R square value obtained by 0.438 shows the level ofcustomer loyalty or customer BTN Sharia Branch of Bogor 43.8%influenced by the implication of Islamic business ethics and service qualityimplemented by the institution, while the remaining 56.2% is influenced byother variables that are not included in this research. The results showedthat partially Islamic business ethics variables have a positive effect is notsignificant to customer loyalty with t arithmetic 0.469 with a significancelevel of 0.64 above 0.05. Variable of service quality have positive andsignificant influence to customer loyalty with t arithmetic 4,512 with significance level 0,00 below 0,05. While Islamic business ethics variableshave a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty with tarithmetic 4.104 with a significance level of 0.00 below 0.05. Servicequality variable has positive and significant influence to customer loyaltywith t arithmetic 5,218 with significance level 0,00 below 0,05. Customersatisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on customerloyalty with t arithmetic 3,542 with a significance level of 0.01 below 0.05.

Abstract

Abstrack :The purpose of this research paper is to implement a method of cost-based pricing on CV. Midi Sukabumi in determining the selling price Lidi Osyin Noodle. The analysis technique that used is  descriptive quantitative approach analysis technique used to analyze numbers using formulas and make descriptions systematically. the result of this research is determining the selling price on CV. Midi Sukabumi by using cost based pricing method are of two calculations, is cost plus pricing used to calculate the total cost of production and non-production process. And the second calculation is the calculation of mark up pricing used for reseller agents by adding a desired mark up on the purchase price of unity. Key Words : Full costing, cost based pricing, cost plus pricing, and mark up pricing

Abstract

Perkebangan Ekonomi Syariah sekarang menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup menggembirakan. Meskipun masih belum ada bentuk final ekonomi syariah itu sendiri yang disepakati oleh para ulama. Kunci utama pada ekonomi syariah tentu saja adalah Bank Syariah. Dimana Bank sebagai lembaga intrmediary keuagan di dunia juga sudah menunjukkan keunggulan. Kekuatan Bisnis non ribawi yang menjadi Backbond Bank Syraih telah diakui sebagai sumber yang kokoh dalam menghadapi berbagai persoalan moneter secara mikro atupun makro. Di berbagai belahan dunia, Bank syariah semakin diakui eksistensinya dalam masyarakat perkenomian.Tuliasn ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana potensi ekonomi timur tengah, peran perbankan Syariah dalam ekonomi di dalamnya. Bagaimanpun juga peran perbankan tidak bisa dilepaskan dari sistem ekonomi yang dianut di dunia, utamanya di timur tengah saat ini. Perkembangan ekonomi timur tengah yang melaju pesat juga telah memancing perbankan Internasioanl untuk ikut serta  mengembanglkan idnsutri perbankan di timur tengah.Beberapa studi kasus pada beberapa negara timur tengah. Dan bagaimana tantangan yang dihadapi dunia perbankan di timur tengah.Dari mulai perbedaan pandangan ulama tentang sistem perbankan, sampai kepada layanan kemudahan transaksi yang ternyata sangat disukai dan diminati masyarakat, bahkan sampai asuransi sekalipun diminati dan di bundling dengan produk perbankan, dan ternyata 70% diantara nasabah bank tersebut akhirnya bertransaksi asuransi. Diharapkan tulisan ini bisa memberikan gambaran kepda kita sekalian tentang bagaimana ekonomi Syariah berkembanng di negeri asal agama Islam ini.Lalu bagaimana ekonomi negara timur tengah dibangun dengan sistem perbankan syariah yang kokoh dan solid.

Abstract

Secara umum sistem perekonomian Islam terbagi menjadi tiga sector yaitu publik, swasta dan keadilan sosial. Pada sektor publik atau biasa disebut fiscal sendiri sumber penerimaannya dibagi lagi menjadi tiga; dari kaum muslimin, non-muslim dan sumber umum. Walau bagaimana pun ada satu instrument pendapatan Negara yang memungkinkan diterapkan di Negara Indonesia pada masa kejayaan Islam yaitu pemungutan pajak tanah (kharaj) kepada seluruh penduduk muslim maupun non-muslim. Abu Yusuf seorang tokoh pemikir ekonom muslim pada masa keemasan khalifah Harun al Rasyid, dengan terbitnya kitab fenomenalnya al Kharaj sebagai buku petunjuk administrasi dalam mengelola baitul mal yang baik dan benar untuk mencapai kesejahteraan umat. Perlu kiranya dikaji ulang melihat sejauhmana relevansinya konsep tersebut saat ini. Akhirnya artikel ini memberikan tawaran dengan lima konsep al-kharaj Abu Yusuf yang memungkin diterapkan di negara Indonesia yaitu tarif pajak muqosamah, sistem self assesment, pemungutan pajak berdasarkan kesuburan tanah, usyur sebagai bea cukai, intensifikasi pengelolaan pajak dan intensifikasi pengawasan pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penimbangan sembako yang dilakukan oleh pedagang sesuai dengan perspektif Ekonomi Sslam di Pasar Soppeng Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif dan sosiologis. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyaknya pedagang sembako di pasar Soppeng yang belum memahami bahkan mengaplikasikannya sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Hal ini juga terkait karena kurangnya perhatian pemerintah atau lembaga keagamaan yang menyinggung atau mengangkat etika bisnis Islam menjadi sebuah sistem yang akan berdampak positif pada usaha yang mereka jalankan.

Abstract

Risk management is an important effort that must be done by every company including Islamic banking, in an effort to minimize losses due to risks that occur. The effort that should be done by Islamic banks in channeling the financing is risk management. Risk management is an effort made by people or institutions in anticipating problems that could arise in a job or business. Risk management in sharia banks has been regulated by Indonesian banks in order to maintain the existence and improve the quality of sharia banks. SWOT strategy that can be done is to strengthen the internal regulation of banks, recruit competent employees, maximum revitalization and tight, build a reliable risk management system, prioritize financing in the sector of SME / SME, do emotional service, improve the ability of FRM, the implementation of office channeling, strengthen the agreement clause.
