Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the productivity performance analysis of Gampong Alue Punti Gampong-Owned Enterprises (BUMG), Pasie Raya District, Aceh Jaya Regency and what are the obstacles in running Alue Punti Gampong-Owned Enterprises. Gampong-Owned Enterprises is a program where all or part of the capital is provided by a gampong party founded jointly by the gampong authorities and the gampong community to improve the quality of community work and improve the welfare of the community village. This research uses qualitative methods and uses a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation instruments, interviews, documentation and audio-visual material. The research results show that the obstacle faced is that providing poor seeds and feed affects the productivity performance of this business entity. However, the productivity performance of BUMG Alue Punti can be categorized as good where this BUMG has a good sales figure, namely 95,920% with a death rate below 5%, namely 4,080%, so this Business Entity has good productivity, which has a positive impact on Gampong Alue Punti.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the strategy for developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) in Gampong Pasar Aceh achieves the objectives of each program to increase village origins (PAG), and to find out what obstacles are faced in each program implemented. implemented in Gampong Pasar Aceh in order to increase village income. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The location of this research was carried out in Pasar Aceh village. Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, documentation and field observation. Informants in this study used a purpove sampling technique, namely the sample was addressed to (the village head of Pasar Aceh, head of finance, director of Pasar Aceh and 7 people in the community). The results of this research indicate that gampong development in Pasar Aceh has been good in terms of increasing gampong income, seen from 3 development strategy indicators, namely: (1) Organizational strategy through the vision and mission of developing new markets; (2) Strategic resource support is seen in 4 dimensions, namely facilities and infrastructure, natural resources, human resources and financial resources; (3) strategic programs, namely implicit programs in organizations and implicit programs in society. However, behind the development of new market BUG, there are obstacles in management activities, such as weather factors, budget limitations so that they cannot maximize the use of funds for program needs, and a lack of human resources in financial management.

Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) can provide capital and encourage the development of community businesses which ultimately affects the income earned. For this reason, it is very important to develop KUR to reduce poverty levels and increase the contribution of MSMEs to the local economy. This research aims to see how KUR financing influences the development of MSMEs, and how this can help overcome the problems of unemployment and poverty and provide benefits to the community in Nagan Raya Simpang Peut. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 30 people from People's Business Credit (KUR) borrower customers at PT Bank BSI KCP Nagan Raya 2. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, where after the data is collected it will be tested for validity and reliability to ensure validity and reliability. reliability of data obtained from respondents. Then afterwards it will be analyzed using the Likert scale technique. The findings obtained are that through KUR loans, MSME businesses can grow and develop because KUR can provide opportunities for MSME players to increase capital and expand operational scale so that they can increase production and product marketing. KUR has a positive impact, namely that it can increase income, welfare and provide new job opportunities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine management and the influencing factors. Qualitative research method with data sources namely primary and secondary data, data collection techniques based on observation, interviews, documentation and analysis. The result of the author’s research are that the management of distribution of livable housing assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province is still not effective. The lack of innovation and quick solutions in distribution management during the Covid-19 pandemic has made distribution management less effective. There are still many deficiencies found, such as in providing socialization and registration for recipients of livable housing, assistance, it still uses a manual system and has obstacles, namely changes in distribution targets, distribution procedures that are not yet effective and the management of infrastructure is not in accordance with the budget provided, due to the impact due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the budget allocated was cut to handle Covid-19, but in the field the facilities avaulable to recipients of livable housing assistance were incomplet.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  determine  the  effect  of  implementing  an  accounting information  system on  financial governance  at  BPJS  Employment  Meulaboh  Branch.  Of course, the inappropriate implementation of a technology-based accounting information system is the cause of delays in the process of disbursing guarantee funds. A similar condition also occurred during the COVID-19 period, when BPJS Employment had difficulty managing its finances due to the lack of a good accounting information system. By utilizing unstructured interviews and direct observation at the Meulaboh branch of BPJS Employment, the researcher used qualitative descriptive methods in the research. The research findings show that  good  financial governance  has  a beneficial  influence  on  the  accounting  information system, this can be seen from the existence of the Fun Shop at BPJS Employment Meulaboh Branch. The reason is, Lapak Asik makes it easy to distribute funds for participants and provides transparency regarding the procedures for distributing funds at the Meulaboh branch of BPJS Employment. The obstacle experienced in implementing the accounting information system in the form of Lapak Asik is that employees cannot differentiate between genuine and fake files because all files are sent in files, and there are still many participants who are technologically illiterate.
