Abstract

The objective of the research was to investigate body weight, oocyte elimination and blood profile of rabbits infected with various doses of Eimeria stiedai isolates. The observed rabbits’ blood profile included erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit, leucocyte, thrombocyte, total protein plasma (TPP) and fibrinogen. Twenty-five male New Zealand White rabbits aged 3 months and weighed approximately 2 kg were provided with pellet and boiled drinking water and Eimeria stiedai isolates. The experiment used Completely Randomized Design to analyze 5 treatments with five replicates. The examined variables included D0: Infection 0 (control of infection without challenge test), D1: Infection 101 with challenge test 103, D2: infection 102 with challenge test 103, D3: infection 103 with challenge test 103, D4: infection 0 with challenge test 103 (control of infection). Data were subject to analysis of variance followed by Honestly Significant Difference Test (HSD). Analysis of Variance result showed that there was no significant difference on body weight, oocyte elimination and blood profile including erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit, leucocyte, thrombocyte, and fibrinogen. However, total protein plasma (TTP) was significantly different at 5% HSD. It can be concluded that challenge test with Eimeria stiedai has not been used as an alternative in increasing rabbits’ body immune against coccidiosis infection.

Abstract

National development in Indonesia brings change habits become increasingly lavish lifestyle that leads to consimptive behavior. Student as teenager was also affected. Consumptive behavior is the behavior of consumer into buying that not based on need but desires of the irrational and excessive. Consumptive behavior is influence by motivation, self esteem, observation, learning process, personality, self concept, lifestyle, culture, sosial class, reference group and family. Student perform a variety of adjustment to gain acceptance of friend boarding as reference group, which encourages student to conformity with the group. Conformity is a behavior adjusment to gain acceptance in group. This study used 130 student boarding at Genuk Indah housing as a research subject. Subjects were taken using proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study are using two scales, namely the conformity scale and consumptive behavior scale. The results of regression analysis with simple analytical methods is rxy = 0,333 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The direction of the positive relationship between two variables means that the highly the student conformity, the consumptive behavior will be highly. The conformity provide an effective contribution of 10,9% on consumptive behavior

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 on Education in Indonesia affects school activities rapidly. Teachers are no longer educated in classrooms only, but they can also utilize technology to conduct distance learning. One interactive application that can be used as a form of question exercise is Quizizz. Therefore, this research aims to: first, examine the effectiveness of students' activities by using Quizizz on mathematical problem-solving skills; second, investigate the differences in the increase in students' ability to solve mathematical problems between the class with and without the Quizizz-aided learning method; third, describe the activities of students who used the Quizizz-aided drill learning method; and fourth, describe the students' responses in using Quizizz. The research was quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The participants in this study are 67 of Grade10 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data collection techniques used were tests for students' mathematical problem-solving skills and questionnaires. The instruments were validated using Pearson correlation, while the reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha. Then, the N-gain test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was an effect on students’ learning activities by using Quizizz on their problem-solving skills. Besides, there was a difference in the improvement of problem-solving skills between the class with and without Quizizz-aided. Furthermore, students’ activities in three meetings have increased. Moreover, students provided a positive response in learning using Quizizz. Thus, it can be concluded that Quizizz is effective in improving mathematical problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality, price and product diversity influence either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The place used in this research is consumers who make purchases at Maneko Digital. This study used a sample of 95 respondents. The approach method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The technique used is non probability sampling, with a purposive sampling approach that is sampling technique with predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results, product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions 0,346 with a significance of 0,000. Price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions 0,259 with a significance of 0.005. Product diversity variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions 0,342 with a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to examine whether the budget allocation for infrastructure development has a significant effect on economic growth in the Bulungan district. To analyzes the relationship among dependent and independent variable under this study used simple linear regression method. Taken fromk the result of this study can be concluded that when budget allocation of infrastructure development is constant then the economic growth in the Bulungan district as 4,973 percent. Budget allocation of infrastructure development on Economic growth in the Bulungan district get rise, the Economic growth in the Bulungan district will be increase. And contribution of Budget allocation of infrastructure development variable on economic growth in the Bulungan district only 44,5 percent. Based on the result, then can be suggested to the Goverment of Bulungan District to intensifying strategic infrastructure budget such as infrastructure under agriculture sector, road and bridge infrastructure, able to open the isolation of each region which still experience obstacle in marketing their own crops. Beside enlarger the infrastucture development budget, it be expected that the goverment make controlling and supervision in detail on the determined budget so the infrastructure development budget be right on the target it be able to trigger the economic growth. Goverment of Bulungan District become more selective in positioning each structural officials in each stage of official position in order to have performance and loyalty to the leader and synergy in developing Bulungan district economy. Developing the potential of Bulungan District at present does not managed professionally like tourism sector, to adding goverment income source in turn it can be generate the economic growth. Keywords : infrastructure budget allocation, economic growth

Abstract

The problem in this study is the use of code mixing in the WhatsApp group of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students. This study aims to describe the use of code mixing in WhatsApp groups by students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The data source in this study was a conversation between students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta in one of the WhatsApp group forums. The data collection technique used in this study is the technique of observation and interviews with conversations conducted by students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta in one of the WhatsApp group forums. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of code mixing in WhatsApp groups by students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta tends to be often used for the reasons; to be more efficient, to emphasize something, to mention identity, and also to not have the right equivalent. The results of this study can be useful as knowledge about the use and purpose of code mixing in WhatsApp groups of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students and as a reference for future research.Keywords: Code mixing; Undergraduate student; WhatsApp
