Abstract

Budaya mempunyai kekuatan untuk mempengaruhi organisasi, ia akan mempengaruhi setiap hal dari siapa yang dipromosikan dan keputusan apa yang dibuat. Budaya kerja juga sangat kuat dan potensif, setiap orang mengetahui tujuan perusahaan dan bekerja untuk mencapainya. Melihat dampak itu, budaya juga mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja dari karyawan.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: “Untukmengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi pengaruhnyaterhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran”.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh nantinya berupa angka. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling jenis Sampling jenuh, teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran dengan jumlah responden 60 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: “Terdapat pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasiterhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terbukti nilai R2 (R Square) sebesar 0.810. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 81.0% budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawansedangkan sisanya sebesar 19% berpengaruh terhadap faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Hal ini menunjukkan semakin kuatnya budaya organisasi di PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya juga. Begitu juga sebaliknya, apabila budaya organisasi di PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran lemah, maka kinerja karyawannya pun akan menurun. Pada intinya, apabila budaya organisasi dapat disosialisasikan dengan komunikasi yang baik kepada karyawan, maka akan dapat menentukan kekuatan menyeluruh perusahaan, kinerja dan daya saing PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Performance within the scope of the organization is the work that has been achieved by an organization in carrying out a job that can be evaluated for its level of performance. The success or failure of the goals and ideals in the organization depends on how the performance process is carried out“The objectives of this research are: 1) For the leadership style at the Directorate of Air Police Pondok Cabe Tangerang; 2) To determine the productivity of air police work at the Directorate of Air Police Pondok Cabe Tangerang; 3) To determine the effect of leadership style on the work productivity of air police officers at the Pondok Cabe Air Police Directorate, Tangerang.“This research has a quantitative approach. The population in this study were members of the Air Police at the Air Police Directorate of Pondok Cabe Tangerang, amounting to 193 members. In this study, the sampling technique used is the Slovin formula. With the Slovin formula technique, a sample of 66 Air Police members at the Pondok Cabe Air Police Directorate, Tangerang.“The results of this study indicate that: 1) the application of leadership style at the Air Police Directorate Pondok Cabe Tangerang is good with an overall average score of 3.41; 2) The work productivity of Air Police Members at the Pondok Cabe Tangerang Air Police Directorate is good with an overall average score of 3,671; 3) the influence of leadership style on the work productivity of Air Police members at the Air Police Directorate Pondok Cabe Tangerang is rxy = 0.646 with a Coefficient of Determination of 41.7%;“Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Productivity.

Abstract

Strategy Marketing is tip of lance a company and very support and also fluent process the make-up of tidiness product sales revenue. professional and good Service quality a[n network to realize level satisfaction of his consumer. Satisfaction of consumer is mirroring of efficacy of company in marketing tidiness product which have been yielded by him. As for intention of this research is to know by together what is there is influence of Channel Distribution variable (X1) and Quality service (X2) to variable Satisfaction of Consumer (Y) at PT. Indogravure in Ciputat Tangerang South.Technique intake of sampel in this research is conducted with Random Sampling that is way intake of sampel at random regardless of existing strata in sampel. Where every population member have is same opportunity to be selected as sampel.Result Channel Distribution variable correlation analysis (X1) to Satisfaction of Consumer (Y) expressed there is positive influence with value equal to 0,917 or 84,1%, this matter there is very strong influence. This matter need in proving with hypothesis test between Channel Distribution variable (X1) to Satisfaction of Consumer (Y) obtained by value of to = 4,693 t0,05 (70) = 1,669, hence Ho refused and Is ha accepted, meaning there is influence isn't it. So also variable of[is Quality of Service (X2) to Satisfaction of Consumer (Y) expressed there is obtained by positive influence of value equal to 0,944 arau 89,1%, this matter show there is very strong influence, this matter isn't it with hypothesis test obtained by value test to = 8,001 t0,05 (70) = 1,669, hence Ho refused and Is ha accepted can be expressed there is influence isn't it. y together there is very strong and positive influence between Channel Distribution variable (X1) and Quality Service (X2) to Satisfaction of Consumer (Y) obtained by correlation value (R) equal to 0,958 and R Square 0,917 or the influence level of equal to 91,7%. This matter require to be proved with test of FCount obtained by value equal to 381,303 where the value bigger than Ftable with df = 71 and value of Ftable equal to 2,740 with level isn't it equal to 0,000 because 0,000 0,05, hence can be told by together Channel Distribution variable (X1) and Quality Service (X2) to Satisfaction of Consumer (Y) have an effect on isn't it.

Abstract

The research objectives in this study 1). Analyzing the suitability of the application of policies and procedures at PT. Bank Mega Tbk Directorate of Credit Cards in relation to the control process and Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) 2). Analyzing the implementation of the Loan On Card Facility application is in accordance with operational policies and the Standard Operating Procedure. 3). Analyzing the effect of internal audit on the provision of Loan On Card facilities at PT. Bank Mega Tbk. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This study does not use hypotheses, but only describes the information as it is in accordance with the variables studied. The approach used in this study is a case study, in this case the author will describe the Role of Internal Audit Against the Granting of Loan On Card Facility where the object of research is PT. Bank Mega Tbk. The results of the study are: 1). Provision of Loan On Card Facility at PT. Bank Mega complies with Bank Indonesia regulations. This can be proven by giving the limit given for each account is 50% (fifty percent) of the available limit 2). PT. Bank Mega Tbk has provided Loan On Card Facilities in accordance with the Loan On Card. For some accounts that are not in accordance with MPM- CARO-13-03 because the cardholder already has another card (second card) and has met the criteria determined with the assumption of low risk because the limits set for each cardholder are based on the account, not per product 3). The Audit Team is proven to have an important role related to the provision of Loan On Card facilities, which is directly related to the prevention of fraud in all its forms or expansion in every activity studied. Based on the results of the audit and recommendations, PT. Bank Mega can find out the shortcomings that must be corrected and can equip the organization with analysis, assessment, recommendations, consultations and information about the activities studied. The recommendations that can be given are 1). For the Audit team, you should not only conduct periodic reviews, ie once a year. This is considered to be ineffective due to the rapid development of business. 2). For companies, they are expected to pay more attention to the rules of Bank Indonesia, by granting maximum limits on Loan On Card facilities. 3). This research needs to be further developed by adding other variables so that the results of the study are more perfect and can be useful for the reader

Abstract

The aims of this thesis to examine 1) differences in Indonesian language score between SQ3R reading method and the method of reading Layap (Skimming). 2) the interaction between the learning method and the reading interest with Indonesian Language score. 3) differences of Indonesian language score between SQ3R reading method and the reading Layap (Skimming) method on the students who have a high reading interest. 4) differences in Indonesian language score between SQ3R reading method and the reading Layap (Skimming) method on the students who have a low reading interest.This research used experimental research. The population was the class V SDN Jati Warna IV Pondok Melati Bekasi City. Sample in this study used purposive sampling, the sample is taken accordancelly with the sample requirements as much as needed. Class B is the control class that used Skimming reading method and class C is the treatment class that used SQ3R reading method. Class B and class C used as research subjects because these two classes have the same characteristics of respondents. The data instrument of Indonesia language score variable (Y) used the test items and reading interest (X) used a test Questionnaire / questioner student interest. Validity is calculated by using SPSS version 17 and reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha. Method of processing or analysis of the data is used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis was presented by form of data to the list of frequency distribution and histogram, the mean (average), median (middle data), mode (mode), standard deviation, minimum (lowest score), maximum (highest score). The data will be analyzed with ANOVA 2 x 2 method and Turkey test. However, to test the hypothesis it has been done the prerequisite test, which was the Kolmogorov- Smirnov normality and homogeneity test and Levene's test with calculations using SPSS 17. Results of statistical test showed that data was normal and homogeneous.The results showed 1) There are differences in Indonesian language score between SQ3R reading method and the method of reading Layap (Skimming). 2) There are interaction between the learning method and the reading interest with Indonesian Language score. 3) There is no difference of average Indonesian language score between SQ3R reading method and the method of reading Layap (Skimming) on the students who have a high reading interest. 4) There are differences of average Indonesian language score between SQ3R reading method and the method of reading Layap (Skimming) on the students who have a low reading interest.

Abstract

This research tries to analyze how individual character and learning environment, in the form of advanced study of the knowledge of diploma program owned into the knowledge of one strata of Management, have an effect on career owned by employees. The research was conducted in one of Jakarta's top business univercity. The results showed that individual characters have a significant effect on career improvement. This is evidenced also by the statement of employees who become respondents that the purpose of continuing studies such as to develop a career, in addition to job demands, and as a means of adding knowledge. In addition, the learning environment has a significant effect on individual character and on career.

Abstract

The research aims to answer the formulation of the problem of what motivates and what the village head does in economic development?This research is a literature study of the Motivation of Village Heads in Economic Development in the Hargomulyo Village.The method used is to use descriptive qualitative research.The results of the study show that in economic development it can be carried out well because of coordination with superiors and subordinates and program regularly, facilitating education, reducing the cost of developing Early Childhood Education (ECED). Building traditional markets, increasing family planning (KB) programs, forming small business groups, making it easy for information businesses to enter the village, improving Intellectual Quation (IQ), Emotional Quation (EQ), Spiritual Quation and Creativity Quation (CQ), conducting counseling and Holding a Joint Farmers Group (GAPOKTAN) and increasing the selling price of agriculture also made tofu factories and tempe factories.Suggestions are aimed at improving education for citizens in general and Hargomulyo village officials in particular, Hargomulyo village officials and their citizens are always vigilant and prevent the arrival of miransantika and diligent worship according to the provisions of each religion, in the sense not to deviate from the religious teachings that have been adopted, because the deviation of religious teachings will hamper worship and the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of work life quality and work motivation on the performance of pilots and crew of the Indonesian National Police at the Police Directorate of Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. and to test whether motivation is the most dominant variable influencing the performance of pilots’ performance and crew of the Indonesian National Police at the Police Directorate of the Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. To analyze the descriptive analysis method, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing were used. The results of the research show that from the results Based on the results of the regression coefficient analysis, the regression equation is obtained for the three variables, namely: There is a positive and significant effect on the quality of work life on the performance of the Indonesian Air Force Polar Aviation Crew and Aircraft Corps. t count test is 2,272 with a significance of 0.029. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of Aviation and Polri Aircraft Crew at the Police Directorate of the Police Corps of Baharkam Polri. This is shown from the results of the t test of 2,398 with a significance of 0.022.There is a significant effect between the quality of work life and work motivation on the performance of the Indonesian Air Force’s Flight Crew and Aircraft at the Police Directorate of the Police Corps of the Indonesian Police Corps. This is indicated by the results of the calculated F test of 5,169 with a significance of 0,000 and the regression equation Y = -5,607 + 0.335X1 + 0.750X.
