Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, board of independence commissioners’ size, and board of directors’ size on the performance of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. Performance of conventional commercial banks is proxied by net interest margin. Purposive sampling technique is used as a sample technique. Researcher determined 48 conventional commercial banks has fulfilled the sample criteria for data analysis in this research. This research uses panel data regression with fixed effect model approach to analyze the data. The results show that CAR, LDR, and board of independence commissioners’ size affect the bank performance. While board of directors’ size has no effect on bank performance. Variable CAR, LDR, board of independence commissioners’ size, and board of directors’ size represent of bank performance by 77.18%.

Abstract

E-Filling Implementation, Tax is one of the largest state revenues. To achieve the target of state revenue from taxation, the Director General of Taxes takes steps in the context of sustainable tax reform, including tax reform in the policy sector and reform in tax administration. So that tax reform creates a healthy and competitive taxation system in encouraging taxpayers to fulfill their rights and tax obligations. This study discusses the effect of moral obligation, taxpayer environment, religiosity and tax modernization on individual taxpayer compliance behavior at KPP Pratama Cakung. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling and data obtained as many as 100 respondents from individual taxpayer compliance atKPP Pratama Cakung. Data analysis techniques and Hypothesis testing to test each variable was carried out by descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis tests, F tests and t tests using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that E-Filling Implementation, Taxpayer Understanding and Taxpayer Awareness Affect Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Cakung.

Abstract

The use of a brand ambassador for a brand is an action or strategy taken to form a brand image and also build people's mindset toward the brand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Muhammad Jaidi as a Brand Ambassador on the Brand Image of Lain Hati Coffee. Researchers use the VisCAP model to see the aspects contained in a brand ambassador. This study used a quantitative approach and the data obtained came from distributing questionnaires. The data obtained in this study were processed using Product Moment Correlation and Simple Linear Regression. The results of this study conclude that the relationship between brand ambassadors and brand image is strong. Also, Muhammad Jaidi as a brand ambassador influences the Kopi Lain Hati Brand Image. The amount of influence given by Muhammad Jaidi as Brand Ambassador to the Lain Hati Kopi Brand Image is 44.2%.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to implement an inventory recording system at PT. Sectbilindo Raya Utama. The research was conducted in order to facilitate PT. Sectbillindo Raya Utama in carrying out work, to minimize errors in data collection. The method used in the research is RAD which can support the ERP system, the RAD method is used because it is suitable for research. This research was conducted with the needs planning stage, at this stage the authors conducted a needs analysis needed to support the inventory process at PT. Sectbillindo Raya Utama, at the design workshop stage the author uses the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) modeling design, and at the implementation stage the author applies an existing system at PT. Sectbillindo Raya Utama, as well as looking for testing after carrying out the implementation stage. The results of this study were carried out by implementing an ERP system using the Odoo14 application with the Inventory module to record stock of goods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) find out and test the effect of work discipline on the performance of Melania Foundation employees 2) find out and test the influence of organizational behavior on Melania Foundation employee performance 3) find out and test the effect of self efficacy on Melania Foundation employee performance 4) find out and test the effect of work discipline, organizational behavior and self-efficacy on the performance of Melania Foundation employees. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is Melania Foundation employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The number of samples is 76 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the multiple regression equation was Y = 1.077 + 0.229 DK + 0.236PO + 0.391SE. The regression coefficient is positive, meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational behavior has a significant effect on employee performance and self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance. This means that if work discipline, organizational behavior and self-efficacy increase, it is followed by an increase in employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a probability value of 2.528> 1.96 (t table), (2) organizational behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a probability value of 3.025 > 1.96 (t table) (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a probability value of 3.122 > 1.96 (t table) and Adjusted value R square of 0.833. This shows that 83.3% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline, organizational behavior, and self-efficacy, while the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in the study.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using actors and bands from South Korea as brand ambassadors is often busy being applied by many companies, one of which is a company in the e-commerce field, including the e-commerce company Lazada which uses Lee Min-Ho's brand ambassador. One of the goals in using a brand ambassador is to build brand awareness. So from the phenomenon that occurs, researchers want to find out the influence and how much influence Lee Min-Ho's brand ambassador has on Lazada's e-commerce brand awareness. The data was taken through distributing questionnaires to Instagram followers @lazada_id and the data was processed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of this study are Lee Min-Ho's brand ambassador has a positive influence of 0.590 on Lazada's e-commerce brand awareness. In addition, the big influence given by brand ambassador Lee Min-Ho is 34.8% on Lazada's e-commerce brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, taxpayer income and level of trust. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who were calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire method and processed using SPSS statistics. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness and taxpayer income have a positive and significant effect, while tax sanctions and the level of trust have no and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research, to determine the effect of service quality and product qualityon customer satisfaction at Louis Cafe Depok. This research was conducted from February to June2022 with the amount of data from the research instrument via Google Form as many as 110respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-random sampling with purposivesampling method. The result of this study indicates that there is no symptom of heteroscedasticity inthe service quality and product quality variable so linear regression is effective to show the resultthat service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significanteffect on customer satisfaction, service quality and product quality has a significant effect oncustomer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trading frequency, trading volume, trading capitalization and trading days on stock returns. The period used in this study starts from 2018 to 2021. Quantitative methods are used in the preparation of the research. The main groups of this research are agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using appropriate sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the frequency of stock trading affects stock performance, trading volume affects stock performance, market price affects stock performance, and trading day does not affect stock performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi perdagangan, volume perdagangan, kapitalisasi perdagangan dan hari perdagangan terhadap return saham. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian. Kelompok utama penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling yang tepat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi perdagangan saham mempengaruhi kinerja saham, volume perdagangan saham mempengaruhi kinerja saham, harga pasar mempengaruhi kinerja saham, dan hari perdagangan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja saham.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a process carried out by two or more people and carried out directly, such as face to face. This study aims to determine the effect of customer service interpersonal communication on customer loyalty at Credit Union Bina Seroja. The benefits of this research are expected to improve the quality of service provided by customer service Credit Union Bina Seroja. This research uses stimulus-response theory and quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 379 respondents to members of Credit Union Bina Seroja and finding out how much satisfaction levels of members of Credit Union Bina Seroja on the services provided by customer service in service. This study indicates an influence of customer service interpersonal communication from five indicators: trust, supportive attitude, open attitude, empathy attitude, and positive attitude. Customer loyalty consists of two indicators, namely making repeat purchases regularly and showing immunity to full competition.
