KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal harus memenuhi kriteria ini dan tidak boleh sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat lain. Naskah harus mengikuti gaya jurnal dan dapat ditelaah dan diedit.

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a software that is able to detect violations of mask use such as wearing a mask on the chin or not covering the mouth and nose incompletely using YoloV.3. The software development method is the incremental method. This research is divided into two incremental stages. Incremental one focuses on developing a model that will be evaluated using confusion matrix. The result of incremental one is a model with a mAP value of 77.92%, precision 90.00%, recall 74.00%, and f1-score 81.00%. Incremental two focuses on building a software display which is then evaluated using the black box method. The final result of this research is software that can detect violations of mask usage.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the capital adequacy ratio, non-performing finance, third party funds affect the profitability of Islamic banking. The grand theory in this study uses Agency Theory. The population in this study is Islamic banking registered on the OJK website. Using purposive sampling technique by using secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio has a positive and insignificant effect, third party funds have a negative and insignificant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking and non-performing finance has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking.]]>

<![CDATA[This study has one goal, namely to be able to identify the similarity of paintings through painting imagery and from the image of the painting that has been input will show which artist's work is supposedly similar to the image that has been input. The algorithm used is a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This study used painting imagery data from Kaggle in the form of a folder. The image data used was 4299 which was divided into training data and testing data with a total of 3444 data from 11 classes and as testing data as many as 855 from 11 classes. The framework used in this study is ResNet-50 and the Convolutional Neural Network which is applied is Tensorflow Keras. From the results of the study, it has produced an accuracy value of 24% with an average probability of up to about 80% and above.]]>

<![CDATA[The effect of thin capitalization, transfer pricing, and earnings management towards tax aggressiveness. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of thin capitalization, transfer pricing, and earning management on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The number of research samples obtained by 39 companies using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 195 observational data. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The research results show that thin capitalization has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. Transfer pricing and earnings management have no effect on tax aggressiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Films are often a reflection of reality in real life. This research is an analysis of parents in Bekasi regarding the film Girl in the Basement to find out the meaning of parents to the film by using the Encoding-Decoding Theory. The film girl in the basement is a film that reflects the phenomenon of violence against children that occurs in the family scope. The methodology in this research is a qualitative approach, and the constructivist paradigm with the research method is reception analysis from Stuart Hall. This research also used a study to determine the position of the informant, which consists of dominant position, negotiation, and opposition. This study interviewed six informants, and this research concludes that the informants are obliged to say that the film Girl in the Basement is a crime genre film. Parents educate children about violence; and sexual abuse. In interpreting violence, four informants were in a dominant position (did not agree to vote), and the rest were negotiation and opposition.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is aims to find out how the influence of sales marketing and taglines on consumer purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. By discussing how companies can attract people to use the Tokopedia application as a shopping application. This type of research is a causal conclusive research where this study aims to obtain evidence of a causal relationship between sales promotion variables and taglines on purchasing decisions on sales in the Tokopedia application. This research uses quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that sales promotions have a positive but not significant effect on Tokopedia's consumer purchasing decisions. The results also show that promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains the effect of product design and price fairness on purchase intention and their impact on purchasing decisions of Batik Sepiak Belitong. This research is quantitative research and uses a survey method by using a questionnaire to the respondents. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to 180 respondents which were then analyzed by using SPSS version 25.0. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The result of the main test (t-test) shows that product design and price fairness affect the purchase intention, while price fairness has no effect on purchase intention or purchasing decisions, then product design and purchase intention affect purchase decisions for Batik Sepiak Belitong.]]>

<![CDATA[Passion is a strong tendency towards an activity that is highly liked, loved, and appreciated by individuals that makes them willing to give all of their time and energy to do these activities. This study aims to determine the construction of passion which is contained in Disney and Pixar’s animated film Soul”. To understand that, this study will be examined using Roland Barthes’s semiotics analysis which contains the orders of significations consisting of denotation, connotation, and myth. This research will also be examined using the theory of social construction of reality proposed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. This study found that passion can be found and developed by every individuals. Moreover, passion is not only attached to one's body but also to one's soul, so that makes passion really difficult to completely eliminate from one’s self.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the new media that is widely used to add insight and knowledge the Maxstream application. Maxstream provides a lot of informative content. Like the Neptune TV content channel. Neptune TV is educational content containing information about marine and fisheries issued by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.Considering that public knowledge related to the sea currently still relatively low, especially teenagers. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there an influence and how much influence the educational content of Neptune TV on Maxstream has on the level of knowledge of the maritime sector of students. By using the theory of hypodermic theory with a quantitative approach. This study uses a survey method of distributing questionnaires to 202 IPB student respondents. Based on the results of the processed data, correlation coefficient value is 0.878, so can be concluded that there a very strong influence of Neptune TV's educational content on Maxstream on the level of knowledge of IPB students. And the level of knowledge up to the level of understanding.]]>
