Abstract

Abstract

This research explores the impact of the application of accounting and strategy on company performance. Using a holistic analytical approach, we examine how accounting and strategy implementation affect various aspects of corporate performance. We evaluate the positive and negative consequences of accounting decisions and strategies taken by companies, with a focus on changes in financial, operational and strategic performance. This research method involves analyzing secondary data from various sources, including financial reports, annual reports, and company case studies. Our findings highlight the complexity of the relationship between accounting and strategy implementation and firm performance, emphasizing the importance of a deep understanding of the industry context and internal dynamics of the firm. Practical implications of this research for corporate stakeholders and management practitioners are also discussed. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of the consequences of implementing accounting and strategy is the key to maximizing company performance in an ever-changing business environment.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to find out the implementation of the Sharia productive financing program in increasing income at PT Pemodalan Nasional Madani Syariah Pujon. The type of research used in this research is field research (Field Research). This research approach is descriptive analysis. This research aims to determine the impact of the Sharia productive financing program on increasing the income of women's MSMEs in Pujon. In preparing this research, the author clarified the data sources into 2 types, namely: 1) Primary data; 2) Secondary Data. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through the following methods and stages: 1) interviews; 2) Observation and 3) documentation. The results of this research are the productive financing application mechanism at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, namely that prospective customers submit applications by bringing initial documents and filling in the financing application form. Customers who take out or carry out productive financing with PT Permodalan Nasional Madani as a business need, the micro-business runs by the customer experiences an increase in income. So that with this financing, the business run by the customer can develop and increase the customer's income. By increasing the stock of goods or equipment in the business run by the customer, the business also experiences progress in terms of income, production and performance

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of business communication and social media on the growth of Warkop Seulawah Kupi in Medan City. The number of customers and popularity of Warkop Seulawah has increased in recent years. It is suspected that the main factor in this development is the effective use of social media and good business communication with suppliers, distributors and other business partners. The method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis techniques . The research results show that the two independent variables of business communication and social media have a positive and significant influence on the business development of Warkop Seulawah. The results provide traditional businesses with an understanding of how important it is to utilize social media and business communications to face competition in the digital era.

Abstract

The current era of globalization has many impacts on Indonesian society, including the impact of online gambling addiction. In recent years, gambling over the Internet, or commonly called online gambling, has been increasing. According to Kata data, of the total 2.8 million people involved in online gambling or slots in Indonesia, as many as 2.2 million of them are university students. These people participate in virtual gambling activities through online platforms such as websites and applications connected to the internet. The entire transaction process from depositing to withdrawing gambling winnings is carried out online in an online connected system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that make current students interested in online gambling (scatter). This study uses quantitative research methods with a focus on results. The research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to several respondents who are students. The results showed that the impact of online gambling on students is to cause feelings of laziness and reduce academic performance. On average, students spend up to one hour playing Scatter. Financial difficulties (pocket money) are also a factor that affects students playing scatter (online gambling).

Abstract

Indonesia has a wealth of tourism potential, and Ngliyep Beach in Malang Regency is one example. This stunning beach attracts visitors with its white sand, dense jungle and stunning views. Even though its potential is extraordinary, the number of tourists at Ngliyep Beach has not yet reached its maximum potential. To overcome these problems, this research explores collaborative efforts in managing Ngliyep Beach marine tourism. This research aims to identify strategies that can maximize the attractiveness of beach tourism while analyzing the factors that hinder and support its development. Researchers use SWOT analysis, which is a method that highlights Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This approach empowers them to determine a combination of strategies that capitalize on Ngliyep Beach's strengths and take advantage of emerging opportunities, while mitigating weaknesses and addressing potential threats.

Abstract

The population problem faced by almost all developing countries, including Indonesia, is the rate of population growth. A general indicator in population control efforts is the birth rate. Fertility is one of the natural components that determines the rate of population growth, so it is the main indicator in population control efforts. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of education level, employment status, family income, and number of family members, on women's fertility through the age of women's first marriage in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. This research was conducted in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. The respondents in this study were 98 female couples of childbearing age using an accidental sampling method . The variables examined in this research are education level, employment status, family income, number of family members, age at first marriage, and female fertility using observation methods, structured interviews and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses path analysis . The results of the research state that 1) Education level, employment status, family income and number of family members have a significant effect on the age at first marriage of women in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency, 2) Education level, employment status, family income and number of family members have a significant effect on women's fertility in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency, 3) Education level, employment status, family income, and number of family members influence women's fertility indirectly through the age of women's first marriage in Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. The level of education, employment status, family income and number of family members will increase the average age at first marriage for women, which will indirectly have an impact on reducing fertility so that it can control the rate of population growth and improve the quality of development economic activities.
