<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship has become the main focus of economic development in various countries. The role of entrepreneurship in improving economic prosperity has been widely recognized, especially in creating jobs, increasing per capita income, and encouraging innovation and economic growth. This research aims to investigate in depth how entrepreneurship can be the main driver for achieving sustainable economic prosperity. The research method used is a literature review, exploring various concepts and theories related to the role of entrepreneurship in the context of economic prosperity. The analysis results show that entrepreneurship not only contributes to job creation, but also facilitates the growth of small and medium enterprises, expands access to economic resources, and increases competitiveness and innovation. Therefore, policies that support entrepreneurship and create a conducive environment for the development of small and medium enterprises are essential to improve overall economic prosperity. The implications of this research provide a better understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship in creating an inclusive and sustainable economy, as well as providing a basis for formulating more effective policies in advancing the entrepreneurial sector.]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of labor and supervision of labor is an important aspect in the success of an organization or company. Good workforce quality greatly influences the productivity, efficiency and overall performance of the organization. On the other hand, labor inspection plays a key role in ensuring that workers carry out their duties according to established standards, as well as ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. This research aims to analyze the relationship between labor quality and labor supervision in the context of a modern work environment. The research method used involves a comprehensive literature review to explore concepts, theories and practices related to these two aspects. The results of the analysis show that there is a close relationship between labor quality and labor supervision, where effective supervision can improve labor quality and vice versa. The implication of this research is that it is important for companies to develop effective monitoring strategies to ensure optimal workforce quality, which in turn will contribute to achieving overall organizational goals.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital transformation has become an important paradigm shift in the management of office documents and information in the modern era. This article discusses the application of the latest technology in the management of office documents and information, specifically in the company PT Victory Prima Abadi. Through this case study, we will see how the company explores the potential of digital technology to improve efficiency and productivity in their operations. By integrating various technology solutions such as financial program applications, a digital attendance system, and the use of Microsoft Excel for document management, the company has made strides towards more efficient document management. However, challenges remain, especially in dealing with the aspect of archive storage that still relies on manual methods. This article aims to explore the company's efforts in utilizing analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to improve efficiency in the archive shrinkage process and identification of documents that require long-term storage. The results show that the utilization of digital technology in document and office information management has had a significant positive impact and has become a key element in the company's strategy to achieve future operational success. By continuing to develop and implement appropriate technology solutions, companies can further optimize document and information management and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly connected and rapidly changing business world.]]>

<![CDATA[The presence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has revolutionized efforts to protect data in offices. The challenges organizations face in maintaining information security are becoming increasingly complex as technology advances, but the benefits of AI provide an effective solution to optimize information security. In this summary, we discuss the challenges and benefits of AI in office data protection, focusing on enhancing information security.The first challenge is the increasing complexity of cyber attacks. Attackers are constantly looking for new vulnerabilities and using more sophisticated attack techniques to breach security systems. Adequate data protection is needed to address this challenge and prevent unauthorized access to critical company information. Additionally, a lack of knowledge about managing and monitoring security systems is a major challenge for many businesses.However, the use of AI to protect office data offers several advantages. First, AI's ability to quickly and accurately detect security threats aids in early detection of cyber attacks. Predictive analysis supported by AI can also detect dangerous patterns and prevent attacks before they occur. Furthermore, using AI to automate security processes can optimize operational efficiency and accountability for events that occur. AI-based security can significantly reduce the risk of data breaches and cyber attacks.The use of AI technology in office data protection is not only a supportive tool but also an innovative and efficient solution to address increasingly complex challenges in information security. <![CDATA[In a business environment, a company will definitely look for ways to improve employee performance and productivity. To increase employee productivity, of course, companies must optimize facilities and infrastructure to support employee productivity. The use of facilities and infrastructure such as office automation system technology is used to facilitate activities in office processes, increase efficiency in work, reduce errors caused by humans. This research examines the use of office automation systems at PT X in supporting office operational work. The research process uses a qualitative approach with literature studies through previous research in the form of relevant journals and theories to obtain secondary data. This research took place for 1 month from April 2024 to May 2024. The results showed that the integration of automation systems at PT X had an impact on a significant increase in employee productivity and performance. The results of this study are expected to be an impetus for other organizations to adopt the use of automation technology in an effort to improve the productivity and performance of their employees, and produce a positive impact on the entire organization.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the impact of the use of cloud storage by companies on various types of security breaches, both in the short and long term. Adoption of cloud storage is associated with an increase in external breaches and unintentional internal errors in the short term. However, over time, the positive relationship between use of Cloud storage and external infringement becomes less significant in the long term. Research findings show that use of cloud Storage can reduce the risk of unexpected internal error in the longer term, but does not have a significant relationship with harmful internal breach. This research confirms the importance of companies allocating resources wisely to manage security risks in using cloud storage for both short- and long-term purposes. The researchers contributed to an understanding of the security of cloud storage by applying the theory of attention, which highlighted the importance of paying attention to temporal aspects in the management of enterprise IT security through various attention mechanisms.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, advances in Internet technology can help the banking sector run its operations better, one of which is the existence of electronic banking (e-banking), and what is popularly used by the public today is Mobile Banking services. It turns out that there are advantages as well as disadvantages, namely the dangers of digital crime. One of the attack techniques that are often carried out to threaten the security of mobile banking is phishing attacks. Phishing is a manipulation technique that tricks users into revealing the victim's data to open the data or steal the victim's identity. The literature review method, which is a method for reading and analyzing data from papers, books, articles, and videos, is used in this kind of research. The research aims to analyze phishing techniques for mobile banking services and find out the types of phishing fraud modes to maintain security in every transaction.
