Stress is a change in a person's emotions and behavior that is influenced by various factors. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the prevalence of stress in health workers is increasing due to their duty as the front line to deal with the coronavirus. Stress can be overcome with coping strategies to minimize the adverse effects that can affect daily activities. This study aims to identify coping strategies used by health workers while working during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods of observation and interviews. The sample was taken using purposive sampling as many as three health workers with the research sample criteria, namely, health workers at the Batheramas Hospital aged 35-50 years, working experience of more than 5 years and tasked with handling positive patients with the corona virus during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were analyzed using an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the use of emotion focused coping-accepting responsibility was the most frequently used form of coping by the three subjects.

PKL is an activity that must be done by SMK students. However, not every student is able to pass the PKL period smoothly. The unpreparedness of students to face PKL becomes a stressor for these students, causing anxiety. If this anxiety is not immediately addressed, it will ultimately have an impact on student performance that is not optimal. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the systematic desensitization technique in reducing student’s anxiety facing PKL. This research method uses the One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique or a purposive sampling technique. To test the hypothesis, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon analysis technique. 25.90. Based on the calculation, the Z score is -2.807, while Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.005 (p<0.05). The average score of anxiety facing PKL in Catholic Pharmacy Vocational School Bina Farma Madiun after being given systematic desensitization techniques decreased from 25.90 to 14.90. Abstract

The ability to adapt is necessary to live well in a social environment. Likewise with students in their teens. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is a correlate of self-regulation with self-adjustment in adolescents. The sample used was 80 students who were taken using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection uses a self-adjustment scale which was developed based on the Schneiders’s theory (1964) and a self-regulation scale which was developed based on the Schunk & Zimmerman’s theory (1998). The data obtained were then analyzed using Product Moment and Regression Analysis. From the results of data analysis shows the value of Sig. is 0,000 (p < 0,05). These results indicate that self-regulation has a correlate with self-adjustment in adolescents. It means, adolescents who have good self-regulation will have good self-adjustment, so they are expected to be able to participate in activities at school without obstacles.

Discipline scale there are 36 items with reliability of 0,898, self-awareness scale there are 34 items with reliability of 0,911, and self-adjustment scale, there are 36 items with reliability of 0,891. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. From calculation results, F value is 31,532 with p = 0,000 (p ˂ 0,05), so there are is a very significant correlation between self-awareness and self-adjustment to discipline of using health protocols in the new normal era. Thus self-awareness and adjustment affect individuals in applying the discipline of health protocols.
