Abstract

Halal label is part of the packaging on a product that contains information about the product or product sales. Halal label is an inclusion of a halal logo which aims as a statement of the halalness of the product. Product quality as the expected level of quality and control of diversity in achieving that quality to meet consumer needs. A product that has high quality will certainly give satisfaction to customers. decisions for Wardah products at muslimah PP Lubbul Labib and the quality moderates or significantly strengthens the relationship between halal labeling and purchasing decisions.          This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data and sample used was 15 people using the Slovin formula, taken by non-probability sampling with random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing          Products that have good quality are products that comply with specifications and provide satisfaction to consumers in meeting their needs. In addition, the halal label on the product is a distinctive feature for consumers as a guarantee of security in consuming the product, therefore, halal labeling and product quality will greatly influence purchasing decisions on products. In an Islamic perspective, it is necessary to include a halal label marked with halal certification. With the existence of halal certification, maslahah can be achieved and reassure the people. Maslahah in this case is maslahaha mursalah, namely the benefits that arise after the Muhammad SAW. died, and the maslahah is recognized and does not conflict with the shari'a.

Abstract

In line with rapid economic progress, in the world of banking. The main function of banking is as a collector and distributor of public funds. BMT UGT Nusantara distributes funds to the community in the form of financing products. The development of financing can cause problems that must be addressed and resolved. The author is interested in researching financing problems that are in accordance with Islamic banking science. The researcher's curiosity at the heart of the problem is the causes of financing problems at BMT UGT Nusantara and what is the solution to solving financing problems at BMT UGT Nusantara. Research Objectives 1. To find out what are the factors of default in financing at BMT UGT Nusantara head of Batuurip Jember. 2 To find out how to resolve defaults in financing at BMT UGT Nusantara head of Batuurip Jember. The approach taken in this research uses qualitative research, with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, to find out directly from the researcher's location how defaults on financing products are resolved at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Batuurip. This research concludes that the resolution of defaults that occur at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Batuurip is by being billed regularly once a week, given a time slot/extension of time, given capital back if collateral allows, and finally the sale of collateral or assets that are guaranteed.

Abstract

Making ginger chips uses the traditional way and requires patience, because the manufacture is quite difficult and requires painstaking, so many people prefer to buy rather than make it themselves. However, this is a big opportunity for ginger chip makers, especially during the month of Ramadan. One of the villages that produces ginger chips is Racek Village. The ingredients for making ginger chips themselves are almost self-harvested, such as coconut and ginger, compared to buying them at the market so that local people use their land. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be concluded that the business of making ginger chips is reducing unemployment for housewives, and can increase the economy of the people of Racek Village, besides that the natural resources found in Racek Village can be put to good use. and the existence of a ginger chip business in the village of Racek not only improves the economy experienced by the ginger chip makers, but also improves the economy of the surrounding community.

Abstract

Abstract :The application of biological agent innovation as an effort to improve the agricultural economy in Mojolegi Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency is a new breakthrough that started in August 2015. Farmers have started implementing it. Biological agents, this application is one way for farmers to overcome the expensiveness of synthetic fertilizers and also to prevent the bad effects that synthetic chemicals will cause. The negative impacts that will occur on yields and agricultural land due to excessive use of synthetic pesticides in the long term. This biological agent was first applied by Mr. Gatot Suprianto, then invited several people to participate in implementing innovation and creativity with this biological agent. As a pioneer or initial bridge that brought biological age innovation to Mojolegi Village, he did not want what he got after becoming a representative for the production of biological agents which was carried out by the Probolinggo central agricultural sector in 2015 to not be realized well. This activity succeeded in attracting the attention and interest of other farmers to follow how to make and apply these biological agents. From the research in Mojolegi Village, 3 results were obtained, namely: The Influence of Biological Agent Innovation on the Economy of Farmers in Mojolegi Village, Application and Innovation of Biological Agents in Mojolegi Village, Mojolegi Village Farmers' Views on the Beginning of Biological Agent Innovation
