Abstract

The rapid development of information technology provides its own challenges for the tourism office of the Enrekang district in dealing with the current situation. Where the problem found is that not many people know about the various tourist attractions in Enrekang Regency, so that there is a lack of tourists visiting Enrekang Regency, we need a system that is able to provide tourism information digitally. To achieve this, an information system was created with the implementation of cloud computing with the type of service used Platform as a Service (PaaS) which can provide convenience in managing and facilitating the delivery of information. One alternative to overcome this is Cloud Computing. Cloud Computing is a service that allows users to access electronically by utilizing the internet network to create one very large computer and save resources and hardware used. Cloud Computing has also provided data security guarantees so that users do not have to worry about data loss or damage to stored data.

Abstract

Room availability information at the Bintang hotel on galesong tourist beach is still manual can only be obtained directly through the receptionist, The room booking transaction fee is still calculated manually, The making of the memorandum is written on paper. The creation of reports is carried out by copying one by one the order data, so that sometimes errors occur in the reporting of transaction information that is irrelevant, accurate and timely. The purpose of this study is to build and implement a web-based Room Reservation system at the Galesong Beach Tourism Star Hotel, Takalar Regency with the research methods used, namely System problem analysis and Waterfall model system development, UML model software engineering design, system database Using MSQL, Php coding, system testing with a Black Box approach. The result of this study is to implement a web-based room reservation information system at the Bintang Galesong Beach Tourism Hotel, Takalar Regency. Providing convenience, namely 1) tourists to find out information and room resevation online 2) the admin presents accurate, relevant and timely information about the availability of lodging rooms and processes room reservation data at the Bintang Galesong Beach Tourism Hotel, Takalar Regency.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology today is increasingly demanding the importance of information for every organization. One of the sources of informationcan support the process of administrative activities is archiving. Filing not only from organizational activities, but archiving can also received or created from the organization in the context of carrying out activities and kept as evidence of its policies and activities in the implementation of activities every organization. North Mamuju District Prosecutor's Office in carrying out duties and its activities in archiving activities, namely managing incoming and outgoing mail exit is still manual, namely by recording every letter in the book registers and their archives are stored in the filing cabinet provided so that the work process takes a longer time. From activity the work carried out in the management of incoming and outgoing letters, the author trying to provide solutions using information technology, namely: using a mail filing information system so that in work activities, employees will be faster and more efficient. Web-based filing information system developed using the Laravel framework can solve the problem Document archiving manually at the North Mamuju Prosecutor's Office because it has been has features that suit the needs of users. As for the results that It is hoped that with this information system, it will also relieve and accelerate employee performance in archiving incoming and outgoing letters to the North Mamuju District Attorney.

Abstract

The rise of vehicle users in Makassar City mostly requires maintenance and repairs when the vehicle has a problem. Searching for a location is one of the most discussed problems at this time. The number of workshops spread in Makassar City is not comparable with information about its location. In order to make it easier for people to find and reach a location from a workshop, the location search process can be done by utilizing technology from the Google Maps API where we can see the location of the workshop. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that can provide information about the location of the workshop that is still open that is around us, which later makes it easier for us to know which workshop is still open and closest to our location.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is one of the benchmarks in the progress of the nation. Educational progress affects science and technology. E-Learning is a form of education that combines motivation, communication, efficiency and technology. E- Learning is an educational system that uses electronic applications to support the development of teaching and learning activities with internet media. This study aims to design a web-based E-Learning application in schools. SMP Negeri 3 Watangsoppeng is one of the menegah schools located in Soppeng Regency where the learning process is still conventional, namely the teaching and learning process between teachers and students is only carried out by meeting between teachers and students in the classroom. The research methods carried out are observation, interviews, and literature studies. Research is carried out by analyzing objects that are used as research sources, research using waterfall methods in the development of the system consisting of system analysis, designing, coding, testing and maintenance. Application design using UML and application creation using PHP as Script material used to create website pages and Mysql as a place to store data. The results of this study aim to show that this website-based E-Learning Application is able to increase the effectiveness of learning and optimize the teaching and learning process between students and teaching staff at SMP Negeri 3 Watansoppeng.

Abstract

Jumlah tenaga kesehatan yang ada di rumah sakit islam faisal Makassar sebanyak 384 orang yang terdiri dari tenaga kesehatan dokter, perawat, bidan, apoteker, asisten dokter, perekam medis, analis kesehatan, radiografer, ahli gizi, fisioterapis, sanitas, atem, fisikiawan medik, farmasi klinik. Proses evaluasi penilaian kinerja dilakukan dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu cukup lama, perhitungan nilai kriteria tidak menggunakan bobot yang baku serta proses penilaian tidak transparansi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendukung keputusan evaluasi kinerja tenaga kesehatan untuk pengusulan kontrak menggunakan metode TOPSIS pada Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar dan untuk mengukur keakuratan metode TOPSIS dalam proses perhitungan nilai inputan kriteria pada aplikasi. Teknik analisis permasalahan menggunakan kerangka PIECES dan metode perancangan ssrem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language dan metode perhitungan penilaian pada aplikasi menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode TOPSIS berjalan efektif sehingga memberikan penilaian yang akurat dan cepat serta mudah untuk menentukan hasil perhitungan nilai dalam evaluasi kinerja tenaga kesehatan untuk pengusulan kontrak

Abstract

SPP payments still often experience problems such as data collection and payment information processing which is done manually where record reports still use the ledger, making work neglected and spending a lot of time and financial energy in searching student data and archiving. In the current technological era, there is a need for innovation in the use of technology in the world of education to help school financial administration so that data collection and payment information processes run effectively and efficiently. In this journal, we will discuss the design of a web-based SPP payment information system. This design aims to assist the finance department in recording tuition payments and as a means of informing payments to parents of students/guardians. The research method used is the Zachman Framework method. This website helps the finance department in recording SPP payments and parents / guardians get payment information every month.

Abstract

The activity of keeping ornamental fish using an aquarium is still very popular with fans. An important factor in maintaining ornamental fish in an aquarium is the timing of feeding the fish. Therefore the author aims to create an Internet of Things-based automatic fish feeder control and monitoring system. The type of research used is a combined research (mix method) using blackbox testing, the results of this study are a prototype system where when The RTC is set according to the fish's feeding demand schedule, the Nodemcu commands the servo motor to open the fish's feeding valve, and the ultrasonic sensor detects the remaining food in the storage tank. The received sensor reading data will be sent to Telegram as an information display media.Furthermore, the data used was 5 trials with an average of 1 gram of feedissued.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a logistics delivery service company. This company has several types of delivery, namely inbond (delivery for within the city), national delivery, and international delivery. In supporting its business processes, PT XYZ has many branches and many shipping vendors spread across the islands in Indonesia. However, the business process is quite complex and has many intersects with other vendors. There are still many work activities that are carried out manually, including printing and pasting airway bill numbers, reporting delivery problems which are done through short message applications, vendor registrations that still use physical correspondence. To overcome the problems that exist at PT XYZ, it is felt that there is a need for an enterprise architecture that can align organizational goals, business processes, existing applications, and the technology used. Therefore, this study aims to design an enterprise architecture using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method through the Preliminary phase, Requirements Management phase, Architecture Vision phase, Business Architecture phase, Information System Architecture phase, and the Technolghy Architecture phase. Later the results of this research will produce a blueprint that can be proposed to be implemented at PT XYZ.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang sudah cukup lama beroprasi. Tetapi pada bagian absensi dan keuangan, dalam mengolah data gaji karyawan baik menghitung atau membuat laporan gaji masih menggunakan Ms. Excel serta belum terintegrasi antara absensi dan penggajian sehingga kurang maksimal dalam pengolahan data. Hal ini menyebabkan dalam proses evaluasi karyawan sangat rentan terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mendukung proses absensi dan penggajian. Untuk dapat merancang sistem diperlukan sebuah model arsitektur enterprise sistem absensi dan penggajian agar dapat meminimalisir kegagalan sekaligus dapat menerapkan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan Zachman Framework karena mampu memberikan aspek dan sudut pandang yang mampu membantu proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Kata Kunci: Absensi, Penggajian, Arsitektur Enterprise.
