Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study uses an associative descriptive research method with a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The population in this study were the teachers in the Vocational School Business School in Tangerang City and the sample taken by all the teachers in the Vocational School Business School were 47 teachers. Based on the results of research calculations The results of this study indicate in the F test (simultaneous) that the level of motivation and compensation significantly affects teacher performance with a sig value of F 0,000 <0.05 and an F value of 11.221. The results of the t test (partial) showed that the level of motivation significantly affected teacher performance with a sig t value of 0.001 <0.005 and a value of t arithmetic 3652, and compensation significantly affected a teacher's performance with a t value of 0.001 <0.005 and a t value of -3.736. so, it can be concluded that the level of motivation and compensation influences teacher performance both simultaneously and partially. While the determinant coefficient value of the variable obtained R square value of 0.338 shows the contribution of the influence of the independent variable (motivation and compensation) to the dependent (teacher performance) means that motivation and compensation on teacher performance in schools has an effect of 33.8% while the remaining 66.2% is influenced by other variables which did not include within the scope of the study.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan pendidikan di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian komparatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen dan diberikan kepada 302 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data berdasarkan karakteristik proses pembelajaran, dosen, akademik, atmosfer, dan lingkungan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap karakteristik proses pembelajaran, dosen, akademik, atmosfer, dan lingkungan sosial berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Namun untuk karakteristik akademik secara signifikan terdapat perbedaan antara mahasiswa Program Studi Ekonomi dengan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen dan untuk karakteristik proses pembelajaran, dosen, atmosfer dan lingkungan sosial tidak terdapat perbedaan antara Program Studi Ekonomi dengan Program Studi Manajemen.Kata Kunci : Proses Pembelajaran, Dosen, Akademik, Atmosfer, dan Lingkungan Sosial

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study whether or not the use of WhatsApp social media on entrepreneurship learning achievement in SMK Mandiri 02 Balaraja. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent design. The sample consisted of an experimental class of 37 students and a control class of 32 students and the technique of combining data using test instruments, student learning behaviors, teacher teaching behaviors and questionnaires. The form of the test consists of 5 questions and the instrument test has been done. The results showed that there was no significant influence in the use of WhatsApp social media on learning achievement of entrepreneurial craftsmanship, while the results of students' perceptions of WhatsApp learning media through questionnaires could be concluded as "good" results, the lowest scoring results were 55 and the highest total score was 75 and in the control class had the lowest total score of 50 the highest score of 65, and the results of the teaching behavior assessment of teachers showed a total score of 69 so that it could be related to the results of the criteria being "sufficient".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the two variables, namely the presence or absence of the relationship between teacher competence and the learning environment with learning outcomes in the Vocational High School, Lab Business School, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative multiple regression method, with a sample of 93 students. The instrument of collecting data on teacher competence and the learning environment (independent variables) uses a questionnaire in the form of student personal data and learning outcomes (the dependent variable) uses a student's personal data questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that between teacher competency and learning environment only teacher competency variables significantly contribute to improving learning outcomes. it means that the higher the teacher's competency, the student learning outcomes will increase in business economics in the Vocational School Business School, Tangerang City School year 2018/2019.Keywords: teacher competence, learning environment and learning outcomes

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine whether there was influence of work status, ethnicity, lecture time and number of family members on academic achievement in the Teaching and Education Faculty of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang Islamic University both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative multiple regression method, with 124 samples taken using perposional random sampling of Teaching and Education Faculty students with a population of 180 students of FKIP UNIS Tangerang. Instrument for collecting data on employment status, ethnicity, lecture time, and number of family members (independent variables) using questionnaires in the form of students' personal data and academic achievement (dependent variables) using the student's personal data questionnaire. The results showed that job status, ethnicity, lecture time had no significant effect on academic achievement while the number of family members had a significant effect on academic achievement at FKIP UNIS Tangerang.Keywords: Job Status, Ethnicity, Lecture Time, and Academic Achievement.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine whether there was any influence of gender, learning achievement, teacher characteristics, family characteristics and school characteristics on the interest in selecting economic subjects at UNBK. The study decided to conduct a descriptive research design using logistic regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study was 129 students and data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The result of this study was to determine whether there was any influence of gender, learning achievement, teacher characteristics, family characteristics and school characteristics on the interest in selecting economic subjects at UNBK. The study decided to design The results of this study indicate that gender, learning achievement, teacher characteristics, family characteristics and school characteristics. From the six variables at least continuing to college, family characteristics and school characteristics have a significant effect, meaning that the probability of choosing economic subjects in twelfth grade students of Social Sciences at SMAN 18 Kabupaten Tangerang is significantly influenced by these three variables.Keywords: Family Characteristics, Gender, Learning Achievement, School Characteristics, Teacher Characteristics

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence the activeness of students in the organization and learning motivation on student achievement in SMA Negeri 7 kota Tangerang. This research is a research using a quantitative method approach. The population in this research were students in SMA Negeri 7 kota Tangerang who participated in the organization's activities. The samples taken were 131 students with a sampling technique that is saturated samples using the Solvin formula. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews. The instrument in this study was in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression. From the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: (1) the activeness of students in organizations does not affect learning achievement as indicated by the significance value of 0.510 more than 0.05. (2) students' learning motivation has no effect on learning achievement, this is indicated by a significance value of 0.556 over 0.05. R2 value of 0.125 means that 1.25% of student achievement is influenced by student activity in the organization and learning motivation. While 98.75% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: student activeness in the organization, learning motivation, learning achievement

Abstract

The world of beauty is currently developing quite rapidly. Awareness of an appearance is considered very important, both for women and the adam as supporting the appearance. An interesting phenomenon in this study is that Calysta Skin Care Clinic for the past few years has been in the second position in mastering market share among some of the closest clinics in Sukabumi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategies on consumer buying interest in Calysta Skin Care Clinic in Sukabumi City.The design in this study uses a survey method with a descriptive approach and associative methods. The population in this study were all consumers of Calysta Skin Care Clinic in Sukabumi City, the samples used were consumers who came to the Clinic in 2018 using the Slovin formula approach. For statistical analysis and relationship analysis used Pearson product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used t test.Based on the results of research that has been done it can be seen that the marketing strategy has a very positive effect on consumer buying interest. By comparing tcount with ttable (6.682 < 1.986), it means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so the research hypothesis proposed in this study is proven that the marketing strategy influences consumer buying interest. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of marketing strategies on consumer buying interest is 32.7%, while the remaining 67.3% is influenced by variables not examined outside of marketing strategies including customer perception, service quality and store atmosphere. It is expected that the next research needs to consider other factors, not only limited to marketing strategies, because there are other possible variables that have more significant influence on buying interest in the consumer.

Abstract

His study aims to determine the effect of the Think Talk Write Learning Model on Economic Achivment in the Class X IPS at SMAN 24 Kabupaten Tangerang Academic Year 2018/2019. the research used is eksperiment methods. Sampling is done by Simple Random Sampling .Technique with the sample studied is 78 students from 2 sample. This study uses the research .: Think Talk Write method. Dependent variables: the Economic Achivment, research instruments using multiple choice tests. The research instrument was first tested in SMAN 24 Kabupaten Tangerang to 39 students. Test instrument by validity test, reliability test, t test. Test the validity of the instrument calculated using biserial point correlation formula obtained 20 valid questions from 20 questions tested and reliability with the formula KR = 20 obtained a value of 0.896> 0.6 indicating that the problem is reliable. Before the data is analyzed first, the requirements test, namely the test for normality and homogeneity by using SPSS, shows that the two classes are normal and homogeneous. After that, it is continued by testing the hypothesis with the SPSS Independent Sample Test system showing thitung> t table (2.731> 1.992), which means that Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that there are differences in the average on Economic Achivment in the experimental class with the control class. which means the Think Talk Write model has a significant positive influence on economic achivment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cost of education, the involvement of parents, peers and work opportunities on the decision to choose an economic-commerce education study program at UNIS Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative multiple regression method, with a sample of 114 students FKIP Economic Education-Commerce. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling using a questionnaire method. The results showed that between the variable costs of education, the involvement of parents, peers and work opportunities, there was one variable that showed a significantly positive result, namely the peer variable. That is, the higher the peer variable, the decision to choose a study program will increasingly increase in the FKIP Economic Education-Commerce at UNIS Tangerang.Keywords: Education Costs, Parental Involvement, Peers, Job Opportunities, and Decisions to Choose Study Programs.
