Abstract

The importance of early detection of early symptoms of post-stroke depression (PSD) is to prevent psychosocial problems in stroke patients. Post-stroke depression is an abnormal psychological symptom in someone who has suffered a stroke. PSD is a complication of stroke with a prevalence of 9-60% which is characterized by mood abnormalities, self-blame, sadness and depression. PSD can hinder the recovery of neurological function and daily activities of stroke patients, thus making the condition of stroke sufferers worse. The aim of the research is for early detection of PSD symptoms and PSD intervention. Method: systematic review using the literature search method with systematic reviews (PRISMA) as the standard for conducting systematic reviews. Article searches were carried out in electronic databases such as Science Direct, Pubmed and Proquest, Google Scholar using the keywords Depression, Diagnosis, Intervention and stroke. The criteria for selected articles are 1) published in 2019-2023 2) full text 3) articles in English and Indonesian. Articles were selected according to the criteria and a total of 6 articles out of 5312 articles were obtained with PRISMA. This research found that there are many types of instruments for early detection of post-stroke depression symptoms and appropriate intervention according to the level of depression. The high prevalence of PSD is due to the care giver not detecting early symptoms of depression, which worsens the condition of stroke sufferers. Most stroke patients experience severe depression. The researcher's suggestion is that there is a need for a program to provide education to stroke patients and their families in recognizing the early signs and symptoms of PSD, so that they can prevent the occurrence of depression in both clinical and community settings.

Using the square test we get a value of 0.008. Therefore the value of p = 0.008 < (0.05) (α). In the research hypothesis that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is a relationship between parents' education level and children's dental and oral health parenting.

Health Care Professionals (HCPs) are professionals who provide comprehensive care to patients, including medical documentation. During the migration from manual medical records to electronic medical records (EMR), the documentation process can pose additional challenges and induce stress, as HCPs must adapt to a new documentation process and face the risk of errors in documentation. This situation can lead to burnout related to the migration of medical records. This study aimed to identify the factors influencing burnout among HCPs during the migration of medical records at Mitra Paramedika Hospital. A correlational study was conducted involving 67 HCPs in the outpatient unit of Mitra Paramedika Hospital. Burnout data were collected through the distribution of a modified Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 25 with the Cramer's V & Somer’s D statistical test. The evaluation revealed that the average burnout score among HCPs related to the migration of medical records was 1.86, categorizing it as moderate burnout. Factors such as respondents' age, gender, marital status, years of service, and profession had no significant impact on burnout among HCPs in the outpatient unit of Mitra Paramedika Hospital. Only educational status that significantly correlated to burnout in our study. Further assessment is required to explore another factors of burnout among HCPs during EMR migration.

Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease caused by a new type of acute respiratory syndrome (SARSCOV-2) strain. The virus is transmitted through droplets that are spread when coughing, sneezing, and talking. in Indonesian there was an increase in confirmed cases of COVID-19, which was previously 10-20 cases per week, increasing to 267 cases per week in the period 28 November- 2 December 2023. The government’s COVID-19 immunization campaign is one of its most successful attempts to interrupt the chain of transmission. The research aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and perceptions of students pursuing higher education in Yogyakarta with the completeness of the vaccines they receive. The research uses an analytical design through a cross-sectional approach. The population is all students who are studying at Yogyakarta universities. The sample obtained was 107 students, the sampling technique uses consecutive sampling. Bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square test. The research results showed a significant relationship between knowledge and completeness of vaccination (p value = 0.002) and perception and completeness of vaccination (p value = 0.014). Better educational efforts from professionals are needed so that students understand more about the COVID-19 disease and the vaccine, because the majority of student respondents already understand it and have a positive perception. This will increase awareness and willingness to get the full vaccine. Keywords : COVID-19 vaccine, knowledges, perseptions

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding means the baby receives only breast milk and no other liquids, solids, or even water, except oral rehydration solutions or drops/syrups of vitamins, minerals, or medicines. The success of exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months cannot be separated from the support and role of family, such as parents, in-laws, and especially the support of the husband as the closest person. Good knowledge is needed to succeed in breastfeeding, but fathers' knowledge of the importance of breastfeeding is still shallow, many fathers / prospective fathers do not understand the importance of breastfeeding and its benefits for babies and mothers. Father/partner is one of the most significant factors for breastfeeding success. Fathers/partners influence the decision to breastfeed children and their support influences the experience and duration of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to find out how fathers know about breastfeeding. The type of research used is qualitative. The population in this study was prospective fathers of III trimester pregnant women (32-40 weeks) as many as 84 people with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. The instrument used is a questionnaire in the form of a checklist sheet that has been tested for validity. The results obtained by most respondents or 51 (60.7%) respondents are less knowledgeable about breastfeeding, both about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for the growth and development of babies, how to provide breast milk, food to increase milk production, and complicating the breastfeeding process. Lack of knowledge of husbands challenging breastfeeding because adequate emphasis has not been given to the promotion of breastfeeding. They need a platform managed by health professionals who can help them and allow them to absorb information and apply it and feel confident and competent as an engaged parent.
