Jurnal Salingka Nagari e-ISSN: 2962-9764 (Elektronik) bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual, gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian masyarakat, ilmu sosial dan ilmu pendidikan serta bidang terkait lainnya yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Negeri Padang. Ruang lingkup jurnal ini memuat artikel ilmiah dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yang diadopsi dalam berbagai pengabdian kepada masyarakat, ilmu sosial dan ilmu pendidikan serta bidang lain yang relevan. <![CDATA[This study aimed to develop a valid and practical e-modules using Flip-PDF Professional for economics lessons in high school. It was research and development that employed a 4D model which included stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Data were collected using validation instruments and questionnaires given to students and teachers. Descriptive statistics with mean and percentage were used to analyze the data. The results show that the e-module is valid for economics learning and it is highly practical for economics learning, with teachers rating 84 percent and students rating 92.24 percent.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of work facilities and financial compensation on employee performance at PT Amanah Insanillahia Tanah Datar District. A questionnaire was used to collect data. This study's population consisted of all 171 employees of PT Amanah Insanillahia, with a sample size of 64 people. In this study, Simple Random Sampling was used as the sampling technique. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was used with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 applicants. According to the study's findings, (1) work facilities have a significant impact on the performance of employees at PT Amanah Insanillahia, Tanah Datar Regency. (2) Financial compensation has no discernible effect on the performance of PT Amanah Insanillahia, Tanah Datar Regency employees. (3) Workplace facilities have a significant impact on PT employees' work motivation. Tanah Datar Amanah Insanillahia Regency (4) Financial compensation influences the work motivation of PT Amanah Insanillahia Tanah Datar Regency employees. (5) Work motivation has a significant impact on the performance of PT Amanah Insanillahia Tanah Datar Regency employees. <![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the CIPP-based Teaching Campus MBKM program at SDN 010 Melayu Besar. This type of research is an evaluative study with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was taken based on the key informants, namely the principal and all 7 teachers as well as the Teaching Campus students at SDN 010 Melayu Besar and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained is processed with descriptive evaluative. The results showed that the implemented program was the numeracy literacy learning component with an average of 3.95, the teaching component and helping educators with an average result of 4 and the technology adaptation component with an average of 3.29 which means that the implementation of the Teaching Campus program at SDN 010 Melayu Besar as a whole is running very well.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) the effect of creativity and entrepreneurial learning on students' enterpreneurial interest at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai, 2) the effect of creativity on students' enterpreneurial interest at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai, and 3) the effect of entrepreneurship learning on students' enterpreneurial interest at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai. This study's population consisted of students from classes X, XI, and XII. The Slovin formula was used to select 230 students for the study, and the proportionate stratified random sampling technique was used. The data is classified as primary data. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique used in research. The findings of this study, (1) Creativity and Entrepreneurship Learning have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai, (2) Creativity has a significant effect on students' enterpreneurial interest at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai, and (3) Entrepreneurship Learning has a significant effect on students' entrepreneurship at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai.]]>

<![CDATA[This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality perceptions, price perceptions and brand trust on Samsung smartphone repurchase decisions among Padang State University students. In determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula. With a total sample of 93 people taken using proportional random sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Padang State University students. The analytical method used is path analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the perception of product quality on the decision to repurchase a Samsung smartphone, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the perception of price on the decision Samsung smartphone repurchase, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between brand trust and Samsung smartphone repurchase decisions, (4) there is no influence between perceived product quality and repurchase decisions through brand trust, (5) there is no influence between perceived price on repurchase decisions through brand trust.]]>

<![CDATA[Direction of the aim of this study is to investigate the factors that have an effect on the income of fishing communities in Air Bangis, including working capital, fish prices, time spent at sea, and prior experience working at sea. A cross-sectional cross-sectional quantitative analytic field survey is this kind of research. The traditional assumptions of the data's normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity were tested prior to the use of multiple linear regression statistical tests in the analysis of the data. Working capital, fish prices, length of time at sea, and work experience at sea all had a 46,8.7% impact on fishermen's income, according to the R Square value of the results. This discussion provides a conclusion working capital variable has a significant impact on the income of fishing communities, that the fish price variable has a positive impact on fishermen's income that isn't too significant, and that the length of time spent at sea and work experience have no significant impact on fishermen's income. It is suggested to fishermen that they increase their fishing capital and gain access to more useful information in order to increase their income.]]>

<![CDATA[This study's objectives are to determine the effect of work discipline and occupational health and safety on employee productivity at PT Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya, determine the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee productivity, and determine the effect of work discipline on employee productivity. This study employs a quantitative methodology for its investigation of causal and associative relationships. Respondents used were 84 employees at PT Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya Sijunjung. The analysis of the data consisted of a descriptive analysis, an inductive analysis based on multiple linear regression, the testing of a hypothesis, and the testing of a determination coefficient. At PT Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya Sijunjung, the findings indicated that both work discipline and occupational health and safety have a significant positive effect on work productivity, that work discipline has a significant positive effect on work productivity, and that occupational health and safety has a significant positive effect on work productivity. Therefore, in order for the company to achieve its productivity goals in an appropriate manner, it is imperative that employees always maintain compliance in complying with every regulation. Additionally, it is hoped that the leaders of the company can keep open communication and relationships with the employees because this will have an effect on the productivity of the employees while they are at work.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how to apply an effective management pattern at the Carocok Beach tourist attraction. This research method is qualitative with the type of field research. Research informants were determined using the snowball sampling technique. Data collection with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data using the Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of study show the management of the Carocok Beach tourist attraction has been carried out well and can increase the income of the surrounding community, but not optimal. This can be seen from the problems that occur in the Carocok Beach. Such as lack of cleanliness, illegal levies, traders not well organized and the price of goods is relatively expensive. For this reason, an effective management pattern is needed at Carocok Beach. The ways that can be done are (1) improving the arrangement of the Carocok Beach, (2) making entrances and exits of tourist objects, (3) making a schedule of tourist visits, (4) completing supporting facilities for the tourism activities, (5) improving performance security guards, (6) conducting tourism awareness trainings, (7) involving relevant agencies in the management.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction on PT ANS Bus transportation services on the Padang-Jakarta route. The population in this research are consumers who use the ANS bus and the determination of the number of samples using the Purposive Sampling technique with the consideration that consumers make Purchase Decisions for ANS Bus services on the Padang-Jakarta route. The data used is the type of primary data that is processed through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who use the Padang-Jakarta ANS Bus route. The results is (1) Service Quality had no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Price had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (3) Price had a significant effect on Service Quality, (4) Service Quality had a significant effect on which has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (5) Price has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (6) Purchase Decisions has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, (7) Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions as a mediating variable, (8) Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions as a mediating variable.]]>
