Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of religious figures on the religious behavior of teenagers in Kasih Raja Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, with independent (X) religious figures and dependent variable (y) adolescent religious behavior. With a population of 377 village teenagers and a sample of 79 teenagers with an age range of 12-21 years, the research used the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study showed that the calculated t value was 0.0627 and the t table value was 0.1864. This means that the calculated t value is > the t table value, so it can be said that Ho is accepted because the calculated t value is greater than the t table value. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that religious figures influence religious behavior.

Abstract

The background to technological developments is that da'wah in the digital era must utilize new media effectively. The rise of global culture and society's dependence on the media shows the important role of the media in conveying da'wah. If not utilized properly, this can affect the morals and morals of the millennial generation who are looking for their identity. This research method uses a qualitative research method that goes directly into the field or Field Research, using a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research in the implementation of digital era da'wah certainly did not run smoothly and were immediately accepted by mad'u. There are challenges or obstacles faced by the Indonesian Da'i Association of Prabumulih City, there is still a lack of human resources who are active in the use of technology or the use of tools used when making digital da'wah. In conclusion, da'wah in the digital era is very important because in this way the da'i at the Indonesian Da'i Association of Prabumulih City can maximize da'wah, not only in offline form, considering that the times are increasingly sophisticated, doing da'wah digitally is an opportunity for da'is to do da'wah.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the online marketplace Shopee is an online shopping platform that focuses more on user convenience, safety, fun and practicality by integrating social platforms. However, as times become increasingly modern, the business world increasingly tends to ignore ethics. In fact, growing competition leads to conflicting practices such as fraud, lies, non-conforming goods. Just because to get as much profit as possible. The aim of this research is to find out how buying and selling in the Shopee online marketplace and buying and selling through the Shopee online marketplace according to a review of Islamic business ethics. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The location of this research is the online marketplace Shopee in Palembang City. The results of this research are that the Shopee online marketplace provides good service for its users and allows its users to shop anytime and anywhere, as long as there are facilities to access the internet. In Islamic business practices and economics are very closely related to Islamic creeds and sharia so that a person will not understand the Islamic view of economics and business without properly understanding creeds and Islam. Then the principles of honesty and accuracy are in line with the principle of truth, the principle of loyalty is in line with the principle of justice, and the principle of discipline is in line with the principle of responsibility. So it can be said that the principles of business ethics are in place and in line with the principles of Islamic business ethics. Trust is important for consumers, it is hoped that sellers can increase consumer trust and can improve the quality of content and services provided. For consumers, before carrying out online buying and selling transactions, it is best to dig deeper or look for as clear information as possible regarding the product specifications offered by the seller. For future researchers, it is recommended to take more samples, this aims to have better data accuracy in their research.

Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of the Role of the Chairman of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque as a Da'wah Pioneer in the Community of Sedang Village, Suak Tapeh District" aims to determine the role of the chairman of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque as a missionary pioneer in the Sedang Village, Suak Tapeh District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, using a direct approach or going into the field to collect data and information related to the problem being studied, namely conducting interviews and observations. The object of this research is the head of the Al-Ikhlas mosque who is a pioneer of da'wah and is a liaison, leader and religious figure in the spread of Islam in Sedang Village, Suak Tapeh District as primary data and carries out observations and interviews with several sources such as mosque administrators and village communities as secondary data sources. Both primary data and secondary data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with six sources concerned. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the head of the Al-Ikhlas mosque as a pioneer of da'wah to the people of Sedang village, Suak Tapeh District is quite active, by implementing interpersonal roles, informational roles and decision-making roles. role) so that existing programs can be implemented well. However, the role as a da'wah pioneer, which consists of providing motivation, mentoring, building relationships, organizing communication and developing or improving da'wah implementers, is still minimal because many people are not involved in da'wah activities led by the head of the mosque and the quality of the mosque head's leadership skills in inspiring, motivating and leading the community in da'wah efforts is also lacking.

Abstract

This study discusses "Strategic Management in Improving the Quality of Umrah Services at PT. Ar-Rahmah Wisata" which is the background of this research is firstly the lack of human resources at PT Ar-Rahmah Wisata, secondly the lack of facilities available at PT Ar-Rahmah Wisata, and thirdly in the administrative process of prospective pilgrims there is a lack of synchronization of identity documents pilgrims themselves, thus complicating the process of making passports and other documents. This study aims to determine the management strategy of PT Ar-Rahmah Wisata in improving the quality of Umrah services, then to find out what are the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Umrah services at PT Ar-Rahmah Wisata. This type of research is a qualitative research, with secondary and primary data sources. With data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results obtained from this study are for the management strategy carried out by PT Ar-Rahmah Wisata in Improving Service Quality by applying the three stages of the theory put forward by Bambang Hariadi: Formulation of the planned strategy: recruiting good, friendly, and responsive and have skills, provide training to its employees, provide guidance and training to congregations, as well as provide information services and ease of payment, Strategy Implementation, PT Ar-Rahmah Wisata implements it optimally so that it can improve its service performance to the fullest, and Strategy Evaluation results of PT. Ar-Rahmah Wisata looks successful and effective, the evaluation is done by Measuring Employee Performance and re-evaluating the implementation of the previous strategy.
