Abstract

Amar ma’ruf nahi munkar merupakan suatu keniscayaan, oleh karena itu ia harus terus menerus ada. Dalam pelaksanaanya ia perlu memperhatikan beberapa spek diantaranya aspek kepemimpinan dakwah. Aspek-aspek kepemimpinan dakwah yang perlu mendapat perhatian pemimpin dakwah dalam melaksanakan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar adalah inisiator dan motivator, imbauan dan motivasi serta kompetensi dan kredibilitas. Abstract

Professional and accountable management is a probem solving of complex problems around the implementation of Hajj. Hajj management is a process of organizing or managing Hajj activities by using management functions that include planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating, so that the pilgrimage is carried out effectively and efficiently. Hajj is a process, method, and act of organizing or carrying out a series of Hajj activities that include guidance, service, protection, and implementation of the Hajj. Hajj guidance is a series of activities that include information, counseling, and guidance, on the pilgrimage. Services include all activities to provide services to all prospective pilgrims and pilgrims, from registration to returning to the country, including transportation, accommodation and health services. Protection is the efforts made by the government to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims which includes maintaining the safety of pilgrims while in Saudi Arabia and safeguarding the items of pilgrims while in boarding. Abstract

Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Wahhab memilih perbaikan aqidah sebagai sasaran awal perjuangan dakwahnya. Ia tidak memulai perjuangannya de-ngan perbaikan politik atau sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Karena aqidah masyarakat Nejed khususnya pada saat itu telah rusak, paham animisme pun masih mempengaruhi keyakinan umat. Mereka kembali ke masa Jahi-liyah, sehingga di samping beribadah kepada Allah, mereka juga mengerjakan perbuatan-perbuatan keberhalaan, berziarah ke sebatang kurma, batu tertentu, dan sebagainya yang diyakini mempunyai kekuatan gaib. Di samping itu mayoritas muslim Nejed telah dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan sekte Syi’ah yang terlalu mengagung-agungkan orang-orang soleh, sehingga keluar dari batas penghormatan sebagaimana yang diajarkan Rasulullah s.a.w.Persoalan aqidah merupakan hal yang pokok. Ia berkeyakinan bahwa jika aqidah masyarakat itu baik dan bersih, maka segi-segi kehidupan lainnya akan menjadi baik, karena aqidah adalah ruh kehidupan keagamaan yang sekaligus ruh kehidupan dunia. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan perjuangan dakwahnya, Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Wahhab menempuh cara dakwah: dakwah bil lisan, bil hal dan bil qolam. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Dakwah, Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Wahhab

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the Al-Aqobah 1 mosque of PT. Pusri in improving the quality of worshipers towards Islamic insights, which has the aim: 1) to find out what programs are implemented by the Al-Aqobah 1 mosque in improving the quality of Islamic worshipers. 2) to find out the planning, implementation and evaluation implemented by the Al-Aqobah 1 mosque to improve the Islamic quality of the worshipers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the theory of strategy management, this study uses the method of data sources and data collection. while data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data sources were interviewed by the mosque management board, including secretaries, members of the field (preaching and worship services, education and youth and youth affairs, the field of community social activities, general and equipment, and majelis ta ‟lim), TPA directors, LTTQ holders, chairpersons ACMY, ustazah TPA, daily administrators and worshipers. The results of this study indicate that the strategic management of the Al-Aqobah 1 mosque in improving the quality of worshipers with Islamic insights in accordance with the theory of strategy management put forward by Thomas and David. The program created by the Al-Aqobah mosque is an activity that starts for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. This activity is made in accordance with fields such as TPA, Qur'an House, Studies, recitation, equipment, seminars, training and others. Planning is carried out starting from equipment or facilities to teaching staff or speakers. Implementation is carried out with regard to the conditions of time and place. And finally the evaluation carried out by the management of the Al-Aqobah mosque that is every year 2 times, monthly, weekly and evaluation of each activity. Keyword : Strategy Management, Quality

Abstract

The function of the mosque is very significant to human life, so that the mosque is very crowded with people, especially at certain times. The congregation that visits the mosque most is the male congregation. Meanwhile, men are a group that is vulnerable to covid-19. This condition is a potential distribution and transmission of covid-19. For this reason, there is a need for mosque management based on health transitions during the co-19 pandemic. The aim is to prevent and break the chain of distribution of covid-19. This management incorporates elements of social conception and behavior change in relation to health determinants. This management includes: first, physical management consisting of management, construction and physical maintenance ofmosques, maintenance of mosque cleanliness, management of mosque facilities. Second, functional management which includes the function of the mosque as a place of propaganda, a place of education, and a place for socialization and information about preventing the spread of covid-19. Abstract

Orphans have a special rank with Allah SWT. Whoever takes care of them and builds them up, Allah will reward him greatly. However, the problem of orphans still leaves a problem that has yet to be resolved. In fact, they are among the children who will become the nation's successor who have the right to receive care, guidance and education like other children. So as a social institution assigned to care for and foster them, the orphanage is expected to be able to answer these problems. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through a management approach. This study aims to determine how to internalize the values ​​of da'wah management in the care and guidance of orphans at the Hj. Maryam Al-Asy'ariyyah Wonosobo Foundation. The results of this study indicate that the form of care carried out by the administrators of the Hj. Maryam is to use three forms namely teaching, reward and persuasion. While the form of coaching that is carried out is a form of mental, social and skill development. The internalization of the values ​​of da'wah management carried out by the administrators of the Hj. Maryam, namely by implementing the four functions of da'wah management, namely takhthith, thanzim, tawjih and riqabah as the principles of nurturing and fostering foster children so that they can run effectively and efficiently. First, tahkthith carried out by the administrators of the orphanage Hj. Maryam is to arrange daily activities of foster children and make long / medium and short term plans. Second, the Thanzim that is done is by arranging the management structure so that it is in accordance with the job description and there is no overlapping of tasks. Third, tawjih is done by motivating, guiding and establishing relationships with foster children. Fourth, the riqabah that is applied is by directly supervising every activity of foster children and conducting an evaluation meeting every three months between administrators.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research methods, which in processing the data in the form of numbers. In this study, the regression variable (X) of work motivation and variable (Y) of performance aims to determine whether motivation has an effect on the performance of educators and education staff at the state vocational high school 1 Palembang. Motivation at work can have an impact on the performance carried out, this motivation can affect the behavior of each individual at work to get maximum work results. In this study, the data was processed through a questionnaire with the number of respondents totaling 87 people, both from educators and education staff with civil servant and non-civil servant status at SMKN 1 Palembang. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a statement of 30 questions. The variables in this study are motivation as the independent variable (X) and performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data collected was then analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique by testing the test hypothesis (T) and the coefficient of determination (R2). To prove the decision-making using the SPSS For Windows Version 25 application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that motivation affects the performance of educators and education staff at the Palembang 1 state vocational high school seen from the t-count value (2.965) which is greater than t- table (0.677742) with a significant level of 5% this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the percentage of the effect is 36.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

This research is entitled Optimizing the Routine Recitation of Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang as Community Empowerment Effort in the Field of Islamic Insights. This study aims to determine: the background of holding routine recitation, optimization of routine recitation, constraints of routine recitation, opportunities to advance routine recitation, and implementation of routine recitation management at Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang. This research is a field research with data used in the form of qualitative data. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses three kinds of analysis stages: data reduction, data display, verification and conclusion drawing. This analysis is commonly called the Interactive Model Analysis based on Miles and Huberman's theory. The results of the study found that the background of holding routine recitation at Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang is: lack of Islamic knowledge in the mosque administrators and the surrounding community, as an effort to manage mosque management, the mosque as a place of Islamic civilization. Efforts to optimize the routine recitation of Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang can be done by: utilizing existing facilities, using thin books, a combination of study methods, consumption, attendance lists, congregational social media groups, inviting well-known preachers, inviting the public direct, and gradual delivery of material. Some of the obstacles to the routine recitation of the Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang mosque are: short time, lack of public interest in learning, financial problems, busy management, technical constraints, and differences in schools. Then there are several opportunities to advance the routine recitation of the Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang mosque: domicile of the mosque on the side of the main road, the number of housing around the mosque, the strong commitment of the speakers, the strong commitment of the board, optimization of youth and mothers. Meanwhile, the implementation of routine recitation management at Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang through four management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the marketing mix on the decision to purchase CNG gas for CNG vehicles in Palembang City, and to determine which variables are dominant in influencing it. The results of this study indicate that the overall marketing mix variable influences purchasing decisions, with the product variable value of 17.9%, the price variable of 19.7%, the distribution channel variable of 34.4% and the promotion variable of 32.5%. Of the four marketing mix variables as a whole affect purchasing decisions with a correlation value of 68.5%. Overall, the marketing mix variables affect purchasing decisions, but the distribution channel variables have the greatest influence on consumers in making purchasing decisions. This shows that consumers' desire to use CNG gas is strongly influenced by the location of the SPBG. The more SPBG locations, the higher interest in vehicles using CNG will be.
