Abstract

MI Alam Luqman Al Hakim Hidayatullah Batu is one of the Natural schools in Indonesia. With that curriculum, innovation is something that cannot be avoided in interacting with the educational environment as an improvement in the learning process in schools, especially during a pandemic. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research, data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation methods to test the validity of the data by data triangulation. And data analysis techniques a) data reduction b) data presentation c) drawing conclusions. The research subjects were madrasah, waka curriculum, MI Alam teacher Luqman Al-Hakim Hidayatullah Bata. The results of this study indicate that the educational curriculum innovation at MI Alam Luqman Al-Hakim Hidayatullah Batu shows that (1) providing programs or activities in the learning process (2) obstacles that occur due to changes in the learning process due to the covid-19 pandemic (3) Solutions provided by schools namely providing a program of activities in the learning process that is creative and innovative so that children remain fun even though the learning process is at home and also provides motivation to children. His suggestion is MI Alam Luqman Al-Hakim Hidayatullah to be more creative and innovative in guiding children and in carrying out the learning process.

Abstract

This study investigates the moral condition of students, identifies the factors influencing their moral development, and examines the role of Islamic religious teachers in nurturing these morals at Madrasah Nahdhatul Islamiah Krasak. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research involves observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the findings, the study uses observer persistence and triangulation. The findings reveal several key insights. The moral condition of students at the Madrasah reflects ongoing efforts to cultivate noble character. Teachers are expected to prepare detailed lesson plans and utilize lecture methods and advisory discussions to convey the importance of key moral teachings. Each religious teacher must be well-versed in the Madrasah’s curriculum and have a comprehensive plan for imparting these lessons to their students. Support for fostering student morals comes from several sources. Role modeling by teachers, active involvement from parents, and the availability of Madrasah facilities are identified as significant supporting factors. Conversely, challenges such as the influence of online games, varying student backgrounds, and peer pressure pose obstacles to moral development. The role of Islamic religious teachers is pivotal in creating a conducive learning environment. They are tasked with ensuring that the classroom is safe, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and well-organized. Additionally, teachers are responsible for greeting students, preparing teaching materials in advance, and providing guidance and advice. These efforts are designed to create a positive and calm learning atmosphere aimed at instilling a deep awareness of Islamic values and nurturing noble character among students.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the planning, organization, and evaluation of the character education curriculum at the Al Furqon Islamic Boarding School, Kota Baru Driyorejo Gresik. This article has used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques are interviews, documentation, and observation. Observations were made by participating in observations. While the informants of this study were the head of the pesantren, caregivers, and several Ustadz (boarding school administrators). Data analysis techniques follow this model of Huberman. The result of this article is that the planning carried out at the Al Furqon Islamic Boarding School is neatly arranged and agreed upon by the leadership and the Foundation. Implementation of the agreed curriculum is carried out with the commitment of all pesantren stakeholders. Evaluation is used as a control of the implementation of whether or not the target has been achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the curriculum development and preparation mechanism used at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Busyro and explain how the curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Busyro shapes the students' character. The data sources for this research are the principal, vice-principal for curriculum, vice-principal for student affairs, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used observation notes, interview notes, and documentation. The data processing technique uses several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are 1) Curriculum planning at Madrasah Al Busyro Palang Tuban, which is planned by setting goals to be achieved; 2) Curriculum management in shaping the character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Busyro Palang Tuban by implementing Islamic and exemplary religious programs obtained from the teacher council; 3) Evaluation of the curriculum in the formation of the character of students at MI Al Busyro is carried out twice a year as a whole and for the character education itself contained in the curriculum, evaluations are carried out quarterly or every three months. The results obtained are: The curriculum used at MI Al Busyro Palang Tuban is a combination of the Curriculum of the Ministry of Religion with the Unique Curriculum of the Al Busyro Institution in which there is a flagship program of MI Al Busyro, which aims to shape the character of students. Efforts to build student character at MI Al Busyro Palang Tuban with habituation, mentoring, and continuous example are considered successful and successful.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the principal's management information system in education management at SMP Islahiyah Klenang Kidul Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Interviews were conducted with informants, namely the principal, information management staff, administration, and several teachers. The results of this article are as follows: The role of SIMPs in the field of curriculum shows that 73% of SIMPs play a role while 27% do not. The role of SIMP in the field of educators and education plays a 100% role. 3) The role of SIMP in the field of students shows that 93% have a role and 7% do not.

Abstract

The purpose of this study in general is to find out the activities of the teaching staff management process in increasing professional competence at SMK PALAPA Mojokerto. This research uses qualitative research and case study design. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. In data analysis, the researcher used Philipp Mayring's content analysis approach and Mills & Huberman's approach. The substantive findings of this study are (1) Curriculum Management and Competency management expertise in learning programs for both teachers and students (2) Student management in order to improve student competency skills of students majoring in TKR in forming students who are ready to work through additional activities and practical hours; students are given Islamic religious values such as reading walqiah, BTQ, praying in congregation so that the quality of education really meets what is expected both for the students themselves and when they work amid society. (3) Facility and Infrastructure Management. School facilities and infrastructure are one of the components in the school system. therefore its existence must be in harmony with other components. in increasing the competency skills of the PALAPA Mojokerto Vocational School students provide additional hours for students and increase field work practices for students so that they are able to be competitive and able to keep abreast of existing developments. Because besides us working with several MOU companies such as PT, CV, the school has also created a Special Job Exchange (BKK) which is an institution formed to support the competency skills of students majoring in TKR.

Abstract

In the context of education, teachers play a critical and decisive role in the educational process. It is expected that multiculturalism and an awareness of its values should be integral to a teacher’s approach. Teachers must possess multicultural awareness and competence, essential for promoting multiculturalism within society, particularly for teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). PAI teachers are expected to embody and model multicultural behavior so that religion becomes a guiding force in the development of multiculturalism within the community. This article examines the multicultural behavior of PAI teachers in the school environment as a normative foundation for the development of multicultural education in schools. This study employs a qualitative approach, specifically a case study focusing on PAI teachers in the Mojokerto district. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, which were then analyzed and validated. The results of this study indicate that the multicultural behavior of PAI teachers is rooted in several factors: behavior motivated by feelings, behavior based on habits, behavior guided by ethics, norms, and values, behavior driven by goals, and dialogical multiculturalism.

Abstract

The article aims to find out and analyze the strategies of caregivers of Al Falah Islamic Boarding School, Pacet, Mojokerto, in developing entrepreneurial economic independence education for entrepreneurs. This article uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis uses reduction, data encoding and verification. Checking the validity of the findings is done by extending observations and triangulation methods. The results of this article are 1) The Strategy of Islamic Boarding School Caregivers in Independent Economic Development for Santripren at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School, Pacet, Mojokerto, using the following methods: a) Doctrination of students through a religious learning process, b) Adjustment of the field of expertise of students according to interests and talents by selection, c) Establish partnerships and cooperation with external parties, d) Incorporate independent economic entrepreneurship education in extracurricular activities of pesantren, e) Free education fees for students, f) Santri are required to have savings in Islamic boarding schools, g) Establish job training centres.

Abstract

This study analyzes curriculum evaluation management in implementing the Merdeka Belajar program at Sekolah Penggerak SDNU Mutiara Insani Mojo Kediri. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka at SDNU Mutiara Insani Mojo Kediri has been implemented effectively and under sound evaluation principles. Curriculum evaluation is conducted periodically, involving various stakeholders, and the results of these evaluations are used to improve and develop the curriculum continuously. These findings suggest that evaluation management has positively contributed to enhancing learning quality at the school.

Abstract

This research is based on developing thinking skills and developing jenga educational games based on the theme of my hero. The purpose is to analyze the needs, validity, and practicality of the development of thinking skills-based jenga educational games based on the theme of my hero. The type of assessment is research and development using the A.D.D.I.E. model (Analyze et al., and Evaluation), but only up to the 4th stage, namely implementation. Data collection is done using direct observation and interviews with fourth-grade teachers. While interview guidelines, student questionnaires, validation tests, and practicality tests are presented as instruments. The data analysis technique used is a mix method, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative data. This research produced thinking skills-based jenga educational game media on the theme of my hero. This jenga educational game media was made and validated by three expert validators, namely design experts 90% (very valid), language experts 87.5% (very valid), and material experts 85% (very valid), then practicality was carried out by students to obtain a very practical category. The resulting product thus meets the criteria of validity and practicality, so that the jenga educational game media produced is said to be feasible and can be used.
