Abstract

PT Indra Cipta Sentosa Lestari is a company engaged in the manufacture of electrical panel box. To maintain customer satisfaction, the company strives to produce the highest quality products. Competition that occurs in the industrial sector makes us always have to maintain the quality of the products produced. Because a good product quality will be able to fulfill the desires and needs of consumers, so it is very important for companies to always maintain product quality so that they can compete with other companies in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Therefore, companies must carry out continuous quality control activities for the products they produce. One of the causes of not achieving company goals is the quality of the products produced are not good. Less optimal use of production factors can lead to a decrease in the quality of the product produced. Data were collected by interview and observation methods, then analyzed using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools. The results showed that based on the pareto diagram (pareto chart) made, it can be concluded that the highest level of damage was in the painting section, followed by the damage level in the bending section, welding section, and lastly in the assembling section of the total production of 726. From the fishbone diagram ) found that the material factors of machines, humans (employees), environment, and methods, are the causes of product defects.

Abstract

Abstract EnglishThis study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at PT Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. The population in this study were 250 employees of PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. The sample used in this study was 175 respondents. The sampling technique used convenience sampling technique. The analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results in this study are competence has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, Grover dan tingkat akurasi model pada perusahaan pertambangan batu bara terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia peroide 2019-2022. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 76. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu dengan mengunduh laporan keuangan perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2022. Hasil Penelitian ini menujukan prediksi kebangkrutan model Altman terdapat 16 sampel masuk kategori berpotensi bangkrut, terdapat 10 sampel masuk kategori grey area, dan 50 sampel masuk kategori tidak berpotensi bangkrut. Model Springate terdapat 28 sampel masuk kategori berpotensi bangkrut dan 48 sampel masuk kategori tidak berpotensi bangkrut. Model Zmijewskiterdapat 10 sampel masuk kategori berpotensi bangkrut dan 66 sampel masuk kategori tidak bepotensi bangkrut. Model Grover terdapat 12 sampel masuk kategori berpotensi bangkrut dan 64 sampel masuk kategori tidak berpotensi bangkrut. Model Grover merupakan model prediksi yang paling tinggi dibandingkan model Altman, Springate dan Zmijewski. Nilai akurasi model Grover sebesar 92,10% dengan type error 7,90%.Kata Kunci: Prediksi kebangkrutan, Akurasi, Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, Grover

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability (Return on assets), and liquidity (Current Ratio) on financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis test that is processed using Eviews12. The sample used was 175 samples from 35 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. The sample method uses purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant negative effect on financial distress, profitability (Return on Asset) and Liquidity (Current Ratio) has a significant positive effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Underwriter Reputation, Auditor Reputation, Company Size, Proceeds, and Financial Leverage on Stock Underpricing. The population in this study were companies that made on  Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. From this method obtained 37 companies were obtained that met the criteria during the observation period. The data analysis method uses quantitative analysis.  The research design used was casual research using multiple linear regression analysis using the E-Views 12 application to determine the level of significance between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results can show that Auditor Reputation and Company Size have a positive and significant influence on Underpricing, Proceeds have a negative and significant influence on Underpricing, Underwriter Reputation and Financial Leverage do not affect Underpricing that conducts an Intial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022.

Abstract

Abstract EnglishThis study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Mowilex Indonesia. The population in this study were 310 employees of PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 210 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive convenience sampling technique. The analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor periklanan, percetakan & media terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobin’s Q) yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2016-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu perposive sampling dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama 6 tahun, sehingga diperoleh 60 data sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tottal Asset Growth berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobins Q).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi yang di Mediasi Stres Kerja dan Pengaruh Burnout terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing di PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri cabang Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart-PLS. Populasi karyawan tetap PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri cabang Tangerang dengan sampel 25 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Komitmen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing yang tidak dimediasi Stres Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing yang tidak dimediasi Stres Kerja.
