Abstract

E-Purchasing has become an increasingly common method used by governments to obtain goods and services. However, there are many legal aspects that need to be considered in its implementation. This paper carries out an in-depth examination of the relevant legal aspects in the procurement of government goods and services through electronic transactions. This research discusses the regulatory framework governing E-Purchasing, legal implications related to data security and privacy, as well as ethical issues that may arise in this process. Through careful analysis, this research aims to provide a better understanding of the legal framework governing E-Purchasing in the context of government acquisition of goods and services.

Abstract

Increasing digital capabilities is a necessity in facing increasingly complex global dynamics. This article discusses the importance of increasing digital capabilities as part of efforts to strengthen national sovereignty. In this context, the role of digital literacy in strengthening a country's national resilience is examined. This discussion also highlights strategies that can be used to increase digital literacy among citizens, including formal and informal education approaches and the role of government and the private sector in facilitating this. This research aims to provide a better understanding of how increasing digital capabilities can support a country's national sovereignty in the digital era.

Abstract

The Common Law legal system has had a significant influence on the development of legal systems in various countries, including Indonesia. This article reviews the impact that the Common Law legal system has on the Indonesian legal system. This analysis includes changes that have occurred in the structure, principles and practice of law in Indonesia as a result of interactions with the Common Law legal system. Apart from that, it also highlighted the adaptations and adjustments made by Indonesia in facing the challenges and opportunities that emerged as a result of accepting elements of the Common Law. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of how the Common Law legal system influences the development of the legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research compares the formation of a reserve component with conscription in South Korea as a strategy to strengthen national defense. This analysis explores the differences and similarities between the two systems in the context of state security, as well as their implications for national defense effectiveness. This comparison involves an evaluation of the structure, training, and community involvement in the two systems. Through an in-depth understanding of these differences and similarities, this research aims to provide better insight into effective practices in strengthening national defense.

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of Pancasila as the ideological foundation of the Indonesian nation from the perspective of Islamic thought. This analysis explores the convergence between Pancasila values and Islamic principles, as well as the implications of their existence in building national identity and national life. This discussion also involved an evaluation of the compatibility between Pancasila values and Islamic teachings, as well as their role in shaping the moral and social framework of Indonesian society. Through this approach, this research aims to provide a better understanding of the role of Pancasila in the context of Islamic thought and its contribution to the formation of national identity.
