This behavior is influenced by several factors of encouragement both from outside and from within the teenager himself. One of the motivating factors from within the youth itself is the perception of the youth themselves. Perceptions about the impact of pornography are teenagers' perspectives on matters related to the dangers of pornography Objective: To determine the characteristics of adolescents based on age, age and use of the internet, as well as to determine the relationship between perceptions about the impact of pornography and the behavior of accessing pornographic sites on adolescents in RW.02, PErumahan Green Garden Rorotan. Method: This study uses a correlational study with a cross-sectional approach aimed at analyzing the relationship between perceptions of the impact of pornography and the behavior of accessing pornographic sites on adolescents in RW.02 of the Rorotan Green Garden Housing which was selected proportionally. The population of this study were all teenagers in RW.02 Green Garden Rorotan Housing with a total of 102 teenagers. The sampling technique in this study used proportional stratified random sampling, so that the sample amounted to 89 teenagers. Result: The research data was obtained using a Likert scale. The results of the study of 89 respondents (100%) showed that 23 respondents (25.8%) had negative perceptions of accessing pornographic sites and 2 respondents (2.2%) with behavior accessing pornographic sites. While respondents who have a positive perception of the behavior of accessing porn sites in the high category are 38 respondents (42.7%) and those with the behavior of accessing porn sites in the low category are 26 respondents (29.2%). Conclusion: Analysis of the chi-square correlation test obtained the -value of 0.003 (0.05), so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between perceptions of the impact of pornography and the behavior of accessing pornographic sites on adolescents. Teenagers are expected to better understand the dangers of pornography and be able to control themselves in internet access, and avoid pornographic sites.

Abstract

Background: At the end of 2019, there was a pandemic that originated from China, precisely in the city of Wuhan. This pandemic is known as COVID-19. COVID-19 is caused by SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2). When compared to SARS in 2003 and MERS in 2012, the spread of this pandemic was much faster. One of the efforts to control the pandemic that is still spreading is the COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccination is an effective prevention of disease transmission and it is the government's obligation to ensure the availability of vaccines. Those who were living in Indonesia aged ³ 18 years is a priority group receiving the vaccine. Research Objectives: The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between knowledge level and COVID-19 vaccination readiness at productive age in Sukabungah village 2021. Research Methods: This research method is a quantitative design using aanalytic research design cross sectional. The population of this study is the productive age community in Sukabungah Village, using the cluster random sampling technique. Research Results : Based on the results of statistical analysis using the chi square test , theobtained p value of 0.000 0.05 was. This shows that H0 is rejected. Conclusion : There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the readiness of COVID-19 vaccination at productive age in Sukabungah Village in 2021.

In the third trimester, complaints caused by stomach enlargement, physiological change, and hormonal changes will cause complaints to pregnant women. These complaints include back pain, leg cramps, abdominal discomfort, frequent urination, and 2sleep disturbances that are often experienced by pregnant women, even though their pregnancy is normal, sleep disorders are also often associated with depression in pregnant women. Pregnancy massage can be a solution for pregnant women who experience decreased sleep quality.Purpose: This study is a literature review that aims to examine various studies related to the application of pregnancy massage to changes in sleep quality for pregnant women in the third trimester.Method: The method of this article is a form of metadata analysis research using literature studies with the source used in the electronic database is Google Scholar using the keywords "Pregnancy Massage" and "sleep quality for third-trimester pregnant women". The articles used between 2017-2020, there are 10 national journals with 1 main or reference journal and 9 journals supporting this literature study. The discussion of literature review studies from ten jural studies can be combined and researched that pregnancy massage can provide a relaxing effect and improve blood circulation, the relaxing effect it causes makes maternal anxiety levels decrease and makes mothers relax, especially before delivery. Decreased anxiety makes the mother feel comfortable so that the quality of sleep is good and quality.

Abstract

The brotowali plant (Tinospra crispa (L.) has empirically been used for diseases such as fever, pain relief, lowering sugar levels and as an external medicine for wounds and itching. Brotowali stems are reported to be used to treat infectious diseases because they contain flavonoid compounds, saponins , tannins, glycosides .This study aims to identify the approximate compounds that have antimicrobial activity using bioautography, GCMS and infrared spectrophotometry methods. Extraction was carried out with 96% ethanol solvent by maceration method and partitioned using n-hexane and ethyl acetate. Antimicrobial activity was tested on 96% ethanol extract, n-hexane fraction and ethyl acetate fraction using the paper disc diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus substillis, and Candida albicans microbes. The results obtained showed that 96% ethanol extract, hexan fraction and water fraction did not show anti-bacterial activity. TLC results of the ethyl acetat fraction produced 4 spots with the largest diameter of the inhibition zone against microbes, so that the testing of the ethyl acetat fraction was continued with the bioautography method. The bioautography test showed that the antimicrobial activity was visible at hrf 42.8, then the extract was analyzed by infrared spectrophotometry and GCMS. Analysis with infrared spectrophotometry showed the presence of functional groups C=O, CH stretch, alkene(C=C), OH. The results of the GCMS analysis and the prediction of the identity of the peaks obtained using the database showed that the largest peak was octanoic acid, 4 hydroxy-3-methoxy vanillin, phenol, 2,4 bis(1,1-dimethyl ethyl, 2 pentadecanone, n-hexadecanoic). palmitic acid .According to the literature, 4 hydroxy-3 methoxy vanillin and palmitic acid were reported to have antimicrobial activity.

Abstract

Adolescents and young adults have been identified as a population at high risk of experiencing sleep problems and daytime sleepiness by The National Institute of Health (NIH). The student group is a group that has a fairly solid activity. In the morning most of the students got up early to prepare for class. The quality of student sleep can be influenced by several factors, one of which can be caused by the application of poor sleep hygiene. Sleep Hygiene consists of the sleeping environment, habits and behaviors that are often done before bed. Students can improve their sleep quality well if they can perform sleep hygiene activities properly. To explain the relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This research method is a quantitative design using a cross sectional analytic research design. The population of this research is active students of Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya University, using simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of statistical analysis using the chi square test, the p value of 0.005 0.05 was obtained. This shows that H0 is rejected. There is a Relationship between Sleep Hygiene and Sleep Quality for Students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya 2021.
