Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Sustainable Development is a global and national commitment to improve people's welfare, which includes 17 goals until 2030. The main goal emphasized by the SDGs is "No Poverty" or "eliminate poverty". Poverty is closely related to vulnerability. Vulnerability itself is a condition that arises due to the inability to meet needs so that it can cause the emergence of new social problems in life, so the study of poverty is often referred to as an "eternal study" that is ongoing and needs to find a solution. The aim of this research is to see how much influence the Human Development Index and Open Unemployment Rate have on the number of poor people in Lamongan Regency. This research uses time series data which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the Human Development Index (HDI) has asignificant influence on the number of poor people in Lamongan Regency. Meanwhile, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) has no significant effect on the number of poor people in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the financial ratios Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA), Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (EBITTA), and Book Value of Equity in the Altman model when predicting financial distress in companies listed and delisted on the IDX during the period 2018-2023. Financial distress is an event in which a company experiences financial difficulties that can lead to bankruptcy. This study uses secondary data generated through the company's annual financial reports listed on the IDX. The analysis method used is multiple discriminant analysis (MDA) to identify the probability of each financial ratio in the occurrence of financial distress. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for financial managers and investors when anticipating and managing financial risks, as well as contributing to academic literature related to financial distress prediction. In addition, this study also shares an overview of the effectiveness of the Altman model in the context of the Indonesian capital market during the period analyzed.

Abstract

Livestock is one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. One form of economic sector that can be established is Yudho's Farm laying hens farm. This final project is an implementation report of the business design implementation. The establishment of Yudho's Farm business was motivated by the unrest faced by consumers regarding the increasing price of eggs and the unstable quality of eggs. In addition, the problems faced by the author are difficulties in terms of maintenance and cost efficiency. Chicken care is quite difficult and quite expensive, such as the cost of vaccines, medicines and maintenance costs if the chicken is sick. With the existing problems, Yudho's Farm intends to make an innovation, namely the use of organic herbs. Based on previous research, it shows that the use of organic herbs in chickens serves to maintain chicken health, increase productivity and improve egg quality. In addition, the impact felt from the use of organic herbs is that it can save operational costs because the herbal ingredients used include natural ingredients that are easily available and cheap and can replace the function of vaccines. Yudho's Farm is located in Cilacap, Central Java. Observation and data collection were carried out by observation for 6 months. Yudho's Farm product distribution is carried out offline to the community and orders can be made online through social media, namely whatsapp. Marketing is done through sales to grocery stores to reach consumers. The problems faced during the implementation of this business are delays in product preparation and marketing to consumers due to limited human resources and inadequate capital.
