Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menjadi penentu daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten Batu Bara pada tahun 2014 dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Metode Pengambilan Sampel yang di gunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dan menggunakan data primer dengan kuisioner dan wawancara terhadap 50 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, pengajar, tokoh masyarakat, birokrasi, perbankan, non perbankan, dan pengusaha.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor infrastruktur menjadi faktor yang paling penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten Batu Bara dengan bobot sebesar 0,353, diikuti dengan faktor tenaga kerja dan produktivitas dengan bobot sebesar 0,328, kemudian faktor perekonomian daerah dengan bobot sebesar 0,171, faktor kelembagaan dengan bobot sebesar 0,085, dan yang terakhir faktor sosial politik dengan bobot sebesar 0,063.Kata Kunci : Daya Saing Ekonomi, Analisis Hierarki Proses

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to measure and to analyze the efficiency ratio of Bank Aceh, Bank Nagari, and Bank Sumut during 2011-2013. This study uses secondary data from financial statements that issued by each Bank and Bank Indonesia. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with 3 regional enterprises from North Sumatera, Bank Aceh, Bank Nagari, and Bank Sumut. Measurement of efficiency in this study is using DEA method and intermediation approach. The input variables used in this study are deposits, assets, and labor costs, and output variables are total credit and income.The result of this study indicate that Bank Aceh and Bank Nagari has achieved an efficiency of 100% during 2011-2013. Bank Sumut efficiency is 100% in 2011 and 2013, in 2012 Bank Sumut efficiency achieuement 99.7%.Keywords: Efficiency, Bank Aceh, Bank Nagari, and Bank Sumut, Data Envelopment Analyze (DEA).

Abstract

This study is to determine the level of passenger satisfaction with service quality in Kualanamu International Airport and to reveals the effort / strategy led by PT. Angkasa Pura II in achieving World Class Airport in Kualanamu International Airport. The method of data collection is done by questionnaires and direct interviews with informants. Analyze data using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine the satisfaction of passengers. The results shows that the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at the level of to 73.6%, which means the value is in the category are enough satisfied. This shows that passengers satisfied with the performance and service given by PT. Angkasa Pura II. PT Angkasa Pura II has done some acceleration of infrastructure develop and conduct business strategy and synergy with related units. With the infrastructure and other developments are expected to achieve World Class Airport at least in terms of service.Keywords : Passenger Satisfaction, Quality of Service, Customer SatisfactionIndex (CSI), World Class Airport

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of rice consumption in North Sumatra and to knew the role of diversification of rice, corn, cassava for food security in North Sumatra. This study uses secondary data by the method of data collection through documentation method, articles, and journals. The analysis technique which is used in this study is a descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (Ordinary Least Square). This data is processed by using Eviews 5.0. The results of this study indicated that the development of rice consumption has changed throughout the years during the period, this is caused by the change of agricultural land. Based on the results of multiple linear regressions to the consumption of rice and corn showed a significant effect in the consumption of rice, while cassava was no significant impact in the consumption of rice. However, for the diversification of food consumption has very important role, but difficult to done. Efforts are needed to support food security in community is related with diversification of food consumption, set the amount of land, infrastructure development, so that land conversion can be controlled in the next few years can be accomplished along with the increasing of population growth.Keywords: Consumption of Rice, Corn and Cassava Production, Diversification, Food Security

Abstract

This study aims to determine Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students in Medan interest of saving Islamic bank in Medan. This research is descriptive quantitative research using primary data. The variables used in this research consisted of a bank's reputation, confidence, and location as the independent variable and the interest of saving the student as the dependent variable. Sampling technique is done by simple random sampling using 100 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Medan as a sample. The Methods of data collection use a self administrated survey, by giving questionnaires. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis. Based on the results of analysis, it was found that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students' interest in saving in Islamic banks in Medan is still low. Based on the data obtained it is known that bank reputation variables, beliefs, and location affect student interest in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri decided to save the Islamic bank in Medan. The main obstacle that affects Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students' interest to save their money in Islamic banks is the location away from home.Keywords: Savings interest, Islamic banks, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri students in Medan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect and be decisive economic competitiveness in South Labuhanbatu District by using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). By using purposive sampling method, this study uses primary data with questionnaires and interviews with 30 respondents consisting of students, teachers, community public, bureaucracy, banking, non-banking, and entrepreneurs.The results from this research that the infrastructure factor becomes the most important factor in improving economic competitiveness in South Labuhanbatu District with a weight of (0,278), followed by a regional economy factor (0,275), then the labor and productivity factors (0,184), institutional factors (0,151), and the final is socio political factor (0,110).Keywords : Economic Competitiveness, Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menjadi penentu daya saing ekonomi Kota Tebing Tinggi pada tahun 2014 yang menggunakan Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP).Penelitian ini data primer dengan kuisioner dan wawancara terhadap 30 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, staf/pengajar, tokoh masyarakat, birokrasi, perbankan, non perbankan dan pengusaha.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi Kota Tebing Tinggi, yang pertama adalah infrasrtuktur fisik (0,272), kemudian faktor tenaga kerja dan produktivitas (0,239), faktor kelembagaan (0,205), faktor perekonomian daerah (0,169), dan posisi yang terakhir sosial politik (0,116).Kata kunci : Daya Saing Ekonomi, Analisis Hierarki Proses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat in Medan Baru.This research characteristic is descriptive. The data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The collecting of the primary data is done by giving questionnaire to muslims in Medan Baru were categorized as Muzakki. while secondary data are obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik, Mosques at Medan Baru, and other literatures. The descriptive analysis method by using computer SPSS 21.From 100 respondens that observed, obtained that the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat fitrah in Medan Baru is higher than the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat maal. It shown by average value for the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat fitrah is 4,84 of 5, the level is categorized as ‘Excellent’. As for the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat maal is 3,21 of 5, the level is categorized as ‘Good’. While, the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat in Medan Baru is relative ‘Good’ with the value is 3,98 of 5.Keywords: The Level of Consciousness, Zakat, Zakat Mal, Zakat Fitrah.
