Perkembangan sektor pariwisata berawal dari dikenalnya suatu destinasi wisata termasuk aspek perencanaan, penataan, pengelolaan dan dampak yang ditimbulkannya sehingga menjadi kajian menarik para pemerhati pariwisata. Hasil dari kajian-kajian tersebut memerlukan media ilmiah untuk diketahui khalayak sebagai publikasi ilmiah, termasuk merupakan ”branded” yang menunjukkan kuantitas dan kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Melalui jurnal Destinasi Pariwisata, hasil penelitian, survei dan tulisan ilmiah populer kepariwisataan dipublikasikan sebagai salah satu upaya memberikan sumbangan dari dunia akademis kepada sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

The development tourism, is not only about refreshing but also activity of sport can be included in tourism. The impact of pandemic covid-19, has influenced the development of sport tourism in Indonesia. Yogyakarta, one of the most tourism destination, has many kinds of sport tourism spot. The reasons which can influence tourist arrival in a destination are tourists’ motivation. This research aims to know the domestic tourist’s motivation in visiting one sport tourism destination called Tankaman Natural Park in Kaliurang, Hargobinangun. This research applies the survey method and descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires, conducting the interview, and doing direct observation. The sample of this research is the domestic tourists. The research shows the motivation of domestic tourists visit to Tankaman Natural Park are dominantly fantasy motivation that the tourists could escape from their routines to seek comforts and hang out with family. And the second is to get physical activity by doing sport in tourism destination. Keywords: tourist motivation, sport tourism, tourism product

Abstract

The tourism industry is crucial to the success of initiatives to enhance government income. The tourist industry in Indonesia needs to grow since the country is home to both breathtaking natural beauty and cultural variety. Banyuwangi Regency is one of the regions helping to boost the country's GDP by attracting more tourists. The methodology of this study is qualitative. Qualitative research is a methodology that sheds light on a specific social situation by an accurate description of reality, shaped by words derived from appropriate data collection and analytic methodologies used to information gathered in natural settings. Data is obtained from primary data and secondary data. The purpose of this article is to determine the impact of tourism on the environment in Cacalan Beach in the management and development of Cacalan Beach. The results obtained are known first, the development of tourism has been very good in terms of aspect 5 A. Second, facilities and infrastructure have developed. Third, in its development, public awareness is still not optimal. Fourth, there is a clean tourism program that can preserve nature. Keywords: Tourism Development, Impact, environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism product, destination image, and E-WOM on the visiting decision to visit Melasti Beach Tourist Attraction. The study attempts to describe the effect of these independent variables partially and simultaneously on the dependent variable. These three variables are some of the main factors that determine the decision making to visit a tourist attraction nowadays. This research itself is a mixed method using an embedded design with a correlation approach. The main data in this study is quantitative data with qualitative data as supporting data. The data collection techniques used in this study consisted of surveys, interviews, observation, and documentation. The population in this study were visitors of the Melasti Beach Tourist Attraction with a sample of 100 people taken by accidental sampling technique. The informants in this study were determined through a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that each variable, tourism product (X1), destination image (X2), and E-WOM (X3) have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the visiting decision variable (Y). Based on the results of the correlation test, the independent variables have a very strong connection with the dependent variable, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.843. In general, the independent variables have 71% influence on the visiting decision variable. Keywords: tourism product, destination image, E-WOM, visiting decision

Abstract

The Jatigede Dam area is an area that has great potential as a tourist attraction in Sumedang City. This study aims to identify tourism potential in the Jatigede area and design a strategy for developing the area as a tourist attraction. This study uses a survey method through a quantitative approach, the data obtained is analyzed using a SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the Jatigede area has great potential to become a superior tourist spot in Sumedang City. However, the area is still experiencing problems in terms of infrastructure. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended development strategy is to improve infrastructure, improve promotion and marketing, and develop diverse and quality tourism products. It is hoped that this development strategy can increase the attractiveness of the Jatigede area as a tourist attraction and have a positive impact on the local economy. Abstract

Sababay Winery is a company that produces, processes, and introduces local Balinese wine products through gastronomy and wine tourism in Bali which is currently popular with foreign and domestic visitors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perceptions of domestic visitors towards the local wine products of Sababay Winery as a form of gastronomy tourism in Bali. The research method used is a mix methods concurrent embedded approach which is predominantly qualitative with qualitative and quantitative data. Methods of collecting primary and secondary data in this study through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a total sample of 75 respondents. The technique of determining informants used a purposive sampling technique with consideration of the position of the informant in the company, with a total of two informants from the company Sababay Winery. Based on the results of the questionnaire using the Likert scale showed the perceptions of domestic visitors towards the local wine products of Sababay Winery on three aspects, namely, cognitive aspects (price, packaging, marketing, promotion, and competitiveness), affective aspects (taste, aroma, texture, body, aftertaste, and compatibility of food and wine pairing), and conative aspects (level of desire to buy and rebuying Sababay wine products, as well as motivation to buy Sababay Winery Tour tour packages) in this study on average showed positive results of domestic visitors' perceptions of Sababay local wine products, with the lowest score of 4,07 from a score of 5, to the highest score of 4,32 out of a score of 5, which is still in the Agree to Strongly Agree category. Abstract

Social media is a digital technology that is useful as a forum to share various tourist opinions. It influences perceptions towards tourism destinations. This perception can contain information needed by other tourists and tourism destination stakeholders to make decisions. This study aims to identify and analyze tourist sentiment based on perceptions on Instagram regarding the Klayar Beach in Pacitan Regency and identify responses and strategies for destination managers. This type of research is a descriptive analysis research using a qualitative approach. The techniques used for data collection in this study were observations and interviews. Data was obtained from tourist comments on Instagram social media regarding the Klayar Beach Pacitan Regency. The data used in this study were obtained from the Instagram account @pacitanku from June 2021 to June 2022. The tourist perception data was then processed using RStudio with the R programming language. The opinions on Klayar Beach can be classified the natural beauty of Klayar Beach, Access to Klayar Beach, Tourist Experience, Revisit Intention, Disappointment, Klayar Beach Facilities and Infrastructure. Furthermore, the results of media content to social media managers, trying to meet the needs of tourists and taking advantage of tourist participation in Klayar Beach marketing promotions. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the resilience strategy of the co-working space business in the Canggu Tourism Area against a crisis. Meanwhile, to analyze the data in this study used the four-function adaptive cycle concept application. The data used in this study is qualitative data obtained from primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that there were two stages in the four-function adaptive cycle that were not passed by co-working space business in the Canggu Tourism Area during the crisis, namely the growth phase and the conservation phase. Meanwhile, two other stages, namely the release phase and the reorganization phase, were passed during the crisis. The results show that during the release phase there were various problems that arose, starting from a lack of capacity, prices that were too high, as well as member safety and comfort. Meanwhile, in the reorganizing phase, the resilience of the co-working space comes from member loyalty which is built from various means, such as listening to members complaints and providing the best service that create word of mouth from the member itself. Abstract

Lengkong Culinary Night has become one of the popular tourist attractions due to its diverse culinary offerings. This research focuses on the potential of culinary tourism as a tourist attraction. The research aims to serve as a reference for readers to explore the potential of a place as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used in this study is qualitative and descriptive, and data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The participants in this study include managers, vendors, and visitors. The data collected is analyzed and described based on the 4A aspects of the tourist attraction and a SWOT analysis is conducted. The results indicate that there is great potential for culinary tourism to be developed as a tourist attraction, and sustainable culinary tourism development can be applied. Abstract

The attraction of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo is one of the attractions that is currently pursuing marketing activities. The lack of promotional media as a means of marketing products and the lack of market from among tourists make the attraction of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo less well known by the wider community. The importance of marketing strategy is as a means of introducing, communicating, and marketing the attractiveness value of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo to be directed and effective. Therefore, this research is important to be carried out and aims to determine the internal and external factors of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo, so that the right marketing strategy can be known for the attractiveness of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The resulting marketing strategy is the result of a SWOT analysis obtained from the identification of attractiveness conditions that result in the SO strategy, namely creating an image of the attractiveness of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo as a quality attraction and maintaining and improving the quality of attraction to be able to attract visitors to make a return visit. ST's strategy is to create innovations that attract more tourists and create a brand image to create tourist confidence in the attractiveness of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo. The WO strategy is to improve the quality of tourism human resources and improve the quality and service facilities for tourists. The last strategy is WT strategy, namely increasing the promotion of the attractiveness of Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo through social media as well as the construction and provision of tourism supporting facilities.
