Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices.
First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number.
The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

The statements of the problem are (1) How is the student’s perception due to teacher’s ability in teaching on 2nd in class administration office education program at Palebon Vocational School Semarang (2) How is the student’s perception due to the class management toward students’ learning achievement on 2nd class in Vocational School Palebon Semarang?, (3) How is the student’s perception due to teacher’s ability in teaching and class management toward students’ learning achievement on 2nd class in administration office education program at Palebon Vocational School Semarang, the objectives of this research are : (1) to analyze the student’s perception due to the influence of teacher’s skill in teaching toward learning achievement on 2nd class at Vocational School Palebon Semarang. (2) to analyze the student’s perception due to the influence class management toward learning achievement on 2nd class in Vocational School Palebon Semarang. (3) to analyze the student’s perception due to the ability of teaching and class management toward learning achievement on 2nd class administration office education program in Palebon Vocational School Semarang. The population of this research was students of 2nd class in office administration program with the number was 60 students. Result of study showed that the ability of learning and class management was in a good category. This can be seen from the percentage of 61,7%. Teaching and class management was 58,3%, it was a very good category. Thus, The research gave a significant contribution towards learning achievement with multiple regression analysis: from the a regression analysis equality Y = 4,937 + 0,020 X1 + 0,024X2. The percentage effect of teaching ability towards learning achievement according determination coeficient value is 32,4%. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that student’s perception by the ability of learning was in a very good category for 61,7 %. Besides that, the influence of teaching ability and class management was 10,3%. Thus, it is suggested that teachers should improve their teaching method, and can apply the teaching equipment and media. Key words: management class, teacher’s ability in teaching

The objectives of the study are to improve the quality of learning for Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (Business Feasibility Study), to improve students’ spirit in learning, to improve lecturers’ skill in developing learning model and media and also to improve students’ achievement in learning. This study was class action research consists of three cycles. Result of study showed students’ achievement was improving on each cycle. Students’ learning completeness before applying Learning Cycle method was 0%, after applying Learning Cycle method; students’ achievement after final test was 94%. Students’ interest, activeness and relationship in learning process with range 1-4, the result was good (3.2). Result of observation related to lecturers’ skill in managing the learning process which used map concept method with range 1-4 showed a good result with average of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3 was 3.2. That score was the average of all aspects investigated on three cycles. Based on result of study, it was suggested that for lecturers of Business Feasibility Study subject to apply Learning Cycle method in teaching-learning process. This method was approved to improve students’ ability to analyze the case and understand the concepts of Business Feasibility Study. This was because students are given opportunity to do research in the field related to the topic and then find the problems that will be discussed in the class. Thus, students are usual to think critically and analytically to face a case. And finally, students can find the topics concepts. Moreover, result of study can be applied for other subjects because this study gives the positive impact. Key words: The Quality of Learning, Business Feasibility Study Subject, LearningCycle Method

This reserach aim to know the perception of management student economics faculty about service quality to satisfaction. Raised ;there is positive influence and significance between reliability and satisfaction with coeffecient regression 0.737, there is positive influence and significance between responsiveness and satisfaction with coeffecient regression 0.572, there is positive influence and significance between emphaty and satisfaction with coeffecient regression 0.954, there is positive influence and significance between guarantee and satisfaction with coeffecient regression 0.162 there is positive physical evidence and significance between reliability and satisfaction with coeffecient regression 0549. Based o this research , the faculty management must give attention to emphaty variablebecause this variable can be influence the student satisfaction. The objectives of the study areto know whether there are any influence of laboratory facilities and learning motivation toward students’ achievement in Computer Accounting for XII grade Accounting’s Students in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang or not and to know the percentage of it.Population of this study was all students of XII grade Accounting Program in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang, the number were 82 students. The sample was all population involved Class Accounting I and Class Accounting II. Variables were laboratory facilities and learning motivation as independent variables and learning achievement in Accounting Computer as a dependent variable. Collecting the data used questionnnaire method and documentation, then analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis and double- regression technique. Result of study showed there was a significant influence between laboratory facilities and learning motivation toward learning achievement in Accounting Computer, with regression equalityY = 23,540 + 0,503X1 + 0,178X2. From the data analysis, it was obtained Fhitungwas 150,299 higher than Ftabel = 3,112. It mean that hypothesis that statedthere was a significant influence between laboratory facilities and learning motivation toward learning achievement in Accounting Computer was accepted. Meanwhile, determination coefisien for R was 0,890 that showed that both laboratory facilities and learning motivation can influence learning achievement in Accounting Computer for 79.2%.Based on the result above, it is suggested for the schools to create a sufficient computer laboratory facilities and supporting books so students will get easy to study and can improve students’ achievement learning, for teachers and parents to give motivation for students so they can be motivated to study in improving learning achievement. The objective of this study is to measure and obtain the empirical proof that concerned to the effectiveness and significance in applying Teams Games Tournament learning model that was presented in teaching learning process in Economics Mathematics subject in improving the students’ learning ability. This study used 3 cycles and involved 67 students from the 1st semester of regular class, Accounting Education Program, S1 Degree on Accounting Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. Result of this study was to apply Economics Mathematics through Teams Games Tournament model learning in Quadrat Function Topic with the sub topics were Demand Function, Supply Function, Market Equilibrium, Tax and Subsidy Influences to improve the students’ ability and skill in teaching learning process. It was seen that score average from 11 teams from Cycle I, II and III was getting increased about 60,11%; 87% and 96,88%. Therefore, that result has obtained the target because the students who got the score higher than 70 were more than 80 %, thus this teaching method can be said successfull. The objectives of this study are: (1) to improve students’ understanding in Accounting Computer subject mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Komputer Akuntansi, (2) to improve students’ skills in Accounting Computer subject. The subject of this research is accounting students of education program that take accounting computer subject. This research is class action research consists of 3 cycles. The given action in the first cycle according to the result of beginning reflection. In every cycle consists of 4 stages that are planning, actuating, observation, and reflection. This research reached standardized indicator that 70% students have minimum score that was 71 (B). It showed that the application of cooperative learning jigsaw type can improve the students’ ability in a computer accounting subject.  Key Words : Cooperative Learning, Jigsaw, the students’ understanding, creativity
