Abstract

The study titled Influence People, Physical Evidence and Process Against Consumer Satisfaction Hypermart Manado Town Square aims to determine the effect on the customer satisfaction, the influence of physical evidence to customer satisfaction, how to influence the process of consumer satisfaction, how Influence People, Physical Evidence and Process together on customer satisfaction, and where the most dominant variable from person, physical evidence, and prosess to customer satisfaction Hypermart Manado Town Square.            The results showed that the variable effect of 12.8 % on customer satisfaction, pyhysical evidence variable effect by 21.8 % on customer satisfaction, process variables influence of 27.3 % on customer satisfaction, the variables, physical evidence, and process together provide the effect of 35.6 % on customer satisfaction Hypermart Manado Town Square,  the result of partial test of the coefficient of determination is obtained that the process variable ( X3 ) that are the dominant influence. Manajemen must add him to the training of employees, give more attention in terms of direct physical can be enjoyed by consumer, and should pay more attention to the end of the service to consumers Hypermart Manado Town Square. Keywords : People, Physical Evidence, Process, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

PT.Bank Papua Branch Manado realizes that In the course of Bank Papua in the world of national banking, not apart from efforts to increase the mobilization of public funds through a series of government policies in terms of banking monetary, with the target of achieving an increase in the number of customers. Looking at these conditions, all banking institutions including Bank Papua compete and compete to market savings products that can meet the needs of society.This study is categorized as the type of survey research where the information collected was obtained from the respondents by using the questionnaire as a basic data collection tool. Furthermore this research includes the type of explanatory research, where the type of research only focuses on problems that have occurred or that is happening by highlighting the relationships between research variables.From the above calculation, it can be concluded that there is influence of X variable to variable Y for 18% and the rest of which 82% influenced by other factors not examined by researchers such as interest factors, environmental factors, location factors and individual economic conditions.In suggesting PT.Bank Papua Manado Branch Office to keep improving promotional activities undertaken by him because it is good and proven, based on test results conducted in this study. Keywords: Promotion, Savings Decision

Abstract

The regional development as implementation of wide, clear and responsible autonomy is giving big scope for the regional government to develop every sector of business in Bitung City.The result showed that contribution of sub-sector bank affect Bitung Economic Growt significantly based on  = 0,01. And non bank financial institution doesn’t significantly affect the economic growth of Bitung city based on alpha level  = 0,025.The result showed that sub-sector bank have positif relation while sub-sector non-bank institution have negative relation to economic growth of Bitung City with coefficient of correlation (R) 2,685 and coefficient of determination (R2) 0,721.F-test showed that Fcount  F­table with alpha  = 0,01 (dF = 6). It means that H0 is rejected and the contribution of sub-sector bank and non-bank institution simultaneously affect the variable of economic growth with alpha  = 0,01.

Abstract

PT Air Manado originated from the worsening performance and service of Manado PDAM as a regional company owned by the Manado City government in providing clean water, both in quantity and quality to the community from year to year. Changing the management system of drinking water companies to PT Air requires that all activities and management of this company be adjusted to the system set out in the new PT law which requires the use of Good Corperate Governance standards. The above matters then encourage researchers to conduct further research on Good Corporate Governance at PT Air Manado through research entitled: Implementation of Good Corporate Governance In Management of Regional Water Company PT. Air Manado       This study uses qualitative research methods to illustrate the application of Good Corporate Governance principles based on existing facts as well as company's readiness to manage PT Air Regional Water Company. Then, the existing data collected, classified, interpreted so that will provide information to analyze the problem under study      The results explain that the role of the implementation of good corporate governance in the management of PT. Manado Water is very important to improve the competitiveness of the company in a tight global market competition. Through the implementation of good corporate governance PT. Air Manado will have the ability and power in creating growth and business development according to the target that has been planned. Implementation of good corporate governance that berintikan on corporate culture is an attitude of ethical professionalism and high moral, so that all corporate human power is no longer doing practical politics within the company, but united to improve the company's quality becomes stronger, stronger and healthier and can develop company.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, PT. Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is influence between spiritual leadership on employee performance, especially at the company PT. Ciputra International Project City Of Blessing Citraland Manado. where the respondents in the company amounted to 49 people, who are employees of the company. and in this study, researchers get a singnifikan result where there is a strong influence between spiritual leadership and employee performance. this study is excellent as a recommendation to the company to maintain the values of spiritual leadership for its employees to be applied, especially for employee. According to (Chopra, 2002) leadership and also spiritrualitas have a huge influence on the Organization as a whole. This research use descriptive quantitative research methods by using the correlation coefficient analysis approach. Then, the results of this research were obtained that support of existing theories, namely the spiritual leadership of the significant effect on the performance of employees. In conclusion, based on the results of research that the degree of spiritual leadership influence on performance of employees at PT. Ciputra International Project of the City of Manado Citraland Blessing are included in the category is strong where it is demonstrated by the results of the correlation coefficient or r = 0.798 or 79.8%. and advice to researchers next expected to be able to improve this independent variable research more deeply, through the selection of the place of proper research and research methods that are different or the same.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Employee Performance

Abstract

Sulitnya perekonomian yang dialami masyarakat baik pendatang maupun warga asli Kota Manado membuat mereka memilih salah satu jenis usaha di sektor informal, dengan modal yang sangat kecil untuk menunjang kebutuhannya, salah satunya menjadi pedagang asongan. Secara umum, pedagang asongan adalah pedagang yang menjual barang dagangannya dengan menawarkan (mengasongkan) dagangannya secara langsung ke konsumen dan tempat untuk jualannya tidak tetap alias berpindah-pindah (di angkutan umum, bis, terminal, fasilitas pendidikan, dan lain-lain).Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini, Kota Manado yang mengalami peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja lebih banyak tidak memiliki penghasilan tetap yang umumnya beralih pada bidang sektor informal demi memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Sehingga untuk melihat kegiatan maupun aktivitasnya tersebut perlu dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini.Teknik pengumpulan dan pengolahan data menggunakan dua cara, yakni dengan metode analisis tabulasi deskriptif, untuk mengetahui karakteristik pedagang, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan efisiensi usaha digunakan rumus analisis pendapatan usaha, R/C rasio dan Uji Mann-Whitney.Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian ini sebagai sumber pemikiran para stakeholder dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tenaga kerja informal di Kota Manado, dan sebagai referensi bagi pengembangan ilmu di lingkungan akademis terutama di bidang kewirausahaan.Kata Kunci: Pedagang Asongan, Pedagang Kaki Lima

Abstract

This research is based on thinking on several factors that influence consumers to buy in car dealers. With the growing efforts of the automotive industry today the level of competition among automotive industry is increasingly competitive, each dealer has a strategy in persuading the customers to choose and / or buy a car. Due to the innovation of marketing strategy changes and from the supporting factors such as; give Attention, desire analysis, ad image, techniques to increase attractiveness. And interesting advertising support will make consumers take a decision in buying at Astra international (Daihatsu). This activity was held at PT. Astra International Daihatsu branch Manado in order to know the relationship of these factors affect consumers to buy. Besides, this research is expected to be input to the leadership of PT. Astra International Manado and is a contribution in marketing and advertising strategy. Data collection using the instrument in the form of questionnaires / interviews, observation and document studies, and for data analysis using quantitative methods. The results of this study to answer the hypothesis there is a significant relationship factors that influence consumers to buy, with a determinant indicates 49.92% which means that the increase or decrease in customer savings depends on those factors are strong enough 0.7066%, the remaining 50.08% is another factor. Positive linear functional relationships of 1: 0.7378 scale means the increase in advertising will affect the increased purchase decision of 0.7378Keyword : Advertising, Costumer Decision

Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2004 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 menetapkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) menjadi sumber penerimaan daerah yang berasal dari dalam daerah itu sendiri, yang dapat mendukung APBD untuk membiayai pengeluaran daerah. Tujuan PAD, memberikan keleluasaan kepada daerah dalam rangka pelaksanaan otonomi daerah sebagai perwujudan asas desentralisasi.Permasalahan penelitian adalah sumber dari hasil penerimaan PAD serta kontribusinya terhadap APBD. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar (%) penerimaaan PAD serta kontribusinya terhadap APBD. Urgensi penelitian apakah penerimaan PAD serta kontribusinya terhadap APBD derajatnya, sangat kurang, kurang, cukup, sedang, baik dan sangat baik.Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah pendapatan yang diperoleh daerah yang dipungut berdasarkan peraturan daerah, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah adalah rencana keuangan tahunan pemerintah daerah yang dibahas dan disetujui bersama oleh pemerintah daerah dan DPRD yang ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Daerah.Metode penelitian merupakan metode deskriptif dan eksplanatoris survey dengan pendekatan keterpaduan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Tujuan jangka panjang diharapkan peneliti ini berkelanjutan (multiyear) dengan target seluruh daerah di propinsi Sulawesi Utara dapat diteliti PAD dan APBD karena sangat bermanfaat kepada pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat di daerah. Keunggulan penelitian ini bersifat orisinil.Kata Kunci : Penerimaan PAD, Kontribusi APBD

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in PT. Buana Oto Mandiri company, which there is a lack of public communication or communication to the public in the company's introduction and understanding of corporate image. The purpose of this study is to know the marketing communication whether there is influence on the image of heavy equipment rental companies at PT. Buana Oto Mandiri. Lack of public communication will have an effect and create a lack of trust from consumers in using the services of the company as a result will impact on the image of the company will decline. Therefore, it is necessary to have good communication to the community. Attractive and efficient communication will create trust by the public public to the company. And in the end there will be an increasing demand of heavy equipment rental services offered by the company. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative research method by spreading questionnaire 75 respondents who become sample in this research. The data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. And writer’s data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistic, consisting of simple correlation coefficient and regression done by using program SPSS for windows version 23.0. The results showed that there is a significant influence between marketing communications on corporate image at PT. Buana Oto Mandiri and this means the work hypothesis or alternative hypothesis accepted. This means there is a positive influence between marketing communications to corporate image with a level of influence of 30.3%. For suggestions, companies are expected to maintain marketing communications because of the company's influential image in order to improve leasing. Keywords: Marketing comunication, corporate image.
