Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to understand and analyze the influence of fintech financing on the performance of MSME’s in Palembang City. The population in this study is all MSME’s in the city of Palembang which amounts to 163,291 units. Sampling in research using nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling and snowball sampling approaches. The study used a sample of 50 respondents. The analytical technique in this study is descriptive analysis using simple regression. The results of this study are that fintech financing has a significant effect on the performance of MSME’s in a positive direction. This means that the use of fintech as a source of support for micro, small and medium enterprises will improve their business performance.Keyword: fintech financing, MSME’s performance, financeABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan fintech terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM yang ada di kota Palembang yang berjumlah 163.291 unit. Pengambilan sampel didalam penelitian menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu pembiayaan fintech berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan arah positif. Artinya penggunaan fintech sebagai sumber pembiyaan bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah akan meningkatkan kinerja usaha mereka. Kata kunci: pembiayaan fintech, kineja UMKM, keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Hotel New Resty Menara di Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua orang/tamu Hotel New Resty Menara pada bulan Januari-November tahun 2022  sebanyak 15.474 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling/probability sampling dengan rumus slovin yang berjumlah 99 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mengolah data dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh fasilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel New Resty Menara di Kota Pekanbaru. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel New Resty Menara di Kota Pekanbaru. Secara simultan fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel New Resty Menara di Kota Pekanbaru. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ketiga hipotesis diterima atau fasiltas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Hotel New Resty Menara di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of information assimetric, profitability, and firm size on the earnings management of basic and chemical industry sectors manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2016 to 2020. The sampling method employed purposive sampling and collected 33 companies for five years observations, hence we obtained 165 sample observations. Moreover, multiple linear regression is exploited as the analysis method. Based on the results, it is concluded that information assimetric and probability have positive effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, firm size has negative effect on earnings management.

Abstract

The increasing impact of covid-19, especially in the economic sector, has caused the government to impose a new policy called the new normal. This policy is expected to be able to restore business activities, including coffee shop businesses in the Bandung region, Indonesia. It is hoped that this new normal, sooner or later, will re-rotate the wheels of the economy. This current study aims to (1) identify the level of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of coffee shop business actors in Bandung in this new normal era, and (2) measure the role of entrepreneurial orientation in building competitive advantage. This research employed the quantitative method. The non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique was used to collect data from 100 respondents who were asked to fill in a questionnaire containing the Likert scale. The data were then processed by SPSS and analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of coffee shop business actors in Bandung in this new normal era are at a “high” level, and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant role in building competitive advantage by 51.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between store atmosphere (cleanliness, scent, temperature, lighting, and layout) with purchasing decisions in the learning lab of the Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Department of Business Administration. The type of this research is descriptive and quantitative. This research uses a sample of 126 respondents through questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of all customers who made transactions in the learning lab of the Department of Business Administration, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of cleanliness, scent, temperature, and layout have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. While the lighting variable has a less significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study can be concluded that store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchase decision at Business Teaching Factory di Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya, with scent has the strongest effect while lighting has the least effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on the dividend policy of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is quantitative correlation research. The type of data used is quantitative data which is panel data. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The population of this study consisted of 23 companies. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was 12 health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 – 2020. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression with the Eviews program. The results of this study are profitability and leverage have a positive and significant impact on the dividend policy of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing green marketing strategies on purchasing decisions at The Body Shop Palembang. The variables used are green product, green price, green place, green promotion, and purchasing decisions. The population in this study are consumers of The Body Shop in Palembang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique. This study used quantitative methods and data collection using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that green marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions at The Body Shop Palembang City with a significant influence of 58.8%. The results of the regression equation show that the dominant variable in this study is the green product with a coefficient of 0.430.Keywords: Green Marketing, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan pelaku UMKM dalam rangka akselerasi digital entrepreneur (digipreneur) naik kelas dan go global berdasarkan perspektif Entrepreneurial Mindset (E-Mind) dan Financial Self-Efficacy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kombinasi dan bersifat eksplanatori (explanatory research). Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pelaku UMKM di Pangkalpinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif variabel Entrepreneurial Mindset (E-Mind) dan Financial Self-Efficacy terhadap kinerja UMKM Pangkalpinang.
