Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebiasaan belajar siswa dan kinerja gurudalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII IPS Ekonomi SMP Negeri 17Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 17 Padang sebanyak 225 orang. Pengambilan sampelmengunakan teknik propotional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 144 orang. Teknikanalisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif yaitu uji maksimum likelihood, ujiramsey, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikoleniaritas, uji autokorelasi dan analisisregresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji Tdan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara kebiasaan belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam mata pelajaran IPSEkonomi berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,894. Nilai koefisien inimempunyai thitung sebesar 12,472 > ttabel 1,9768, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antarakinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam matapelajaran IPS Ekonomi berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,128. Nilaikoefisien ini mempunyai thitung sebesar 2,196 > ttabel 1,9768, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansecara bersama–sama antara kebiasaan belajar siswa dan kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaanpembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi di SMPNegeri 17 Padang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 berdasarkan hasil analisis data Fhitung > Ftabel (207,223 >2,28) dan R Square 0,746 artinya kemampuan variabel kebiasaan belajar siswa dan kinerja guru dalampelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam menjelaskan variabel hasil belajar sebesar 74,60%.

Abstract

In this research study has the purposes one are: 1. Knowing the relationship between the level of intelligence of the students interest to College Continuing Studies in Class XII SMA N 11 Sijunjung, 2. Knowing the relationship between the school environment by Interest Continuing Studies Students to College High School in Class XII N 11 Sijunjung, 3. Knowing the relationship between family environment with Interest Continuing Studies Students to Higher Education in Class XII SMA N 11 Sijunjung. This research is descriptive and associative in collecting the data total sampling conducted at SMAN 11 Sijunjung. Data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: 1. There is no significant effect relationship between the intelligence of the students desire to continue the study a value of Wald statistic (2.511) < of (67.505) and sig (0.113) > α (0.10). 2. There was a significant effect relationship between the school environment with interest to Progress to Higher Education In Class XII SMA N 11 Sijunjung the Wald statistic value (2.933) < of (67.505) and sig (0.087) < α (0.10). 3. There is no significant effect on the relationship between family environment with interest to Progress to Higher Education In Class XII SMA N 11 Sijunjung Wald statistic (1.475) < of (67.505) and sig (0.225) > α (0.10).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the impact of products on consumer purchase decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman, 2) The effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman 3) the effect of promotions on consumer purchasing decisions in buying honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman, 4) Effect of distribution on consumer purchasing decisions in buying honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman, 5) impact of products, price , promotion and distribution together on consumer purchasing decisions in buying honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman. This type of research used in this study is a descriptive study associative. The population of this study is that consumers who buy a motorcycle honda, its population is unknown. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 80 people. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between the variables of products on consumer purchasing decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman. Seen from tcount (2:42)> t table (1.99) This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0093 means that if the product is increased by 1%, the purchasing decision is also increased by 1%. 2) There is a significant relationship between variable prices on consumer purchasing decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman. Seen from tcount (6:35)> t table (1.99), this is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0:49 means that if the price increases by 1%, the purchasing decision is also increased by 1%. 3) There is a significant relationship between the variables promotion on consumer purchasing decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman. Seen from tcount (3:28)> t table (1.99), this is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0:26 means that if the promotion increased by 1%, the purchasing decision is also increased by 1%. 4) There is a significant relationship between the variable distribution of consumer purchasing decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman. Seen from tcount (2:41)> t table (1.99), this is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.31 means that if the distribution is increased by 1%, the purchasing decision is also increased by 1%. 5) Variable product, price, promotion and distribution of jointly have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions in buying Honda motorcycle in CV MINA NES Edge Ivory West Pasaman with the value of F (52.04)> F table (2:47) and sig (0000) <Alpha (0005).

Abstract

Kemiskinan adalah kondisi dimana seseorang atau keluarga tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti makanan, pakaian, perumahan, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh pendidikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kota Padang, 2) Pengaruh kesehatan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kota Padang, 3) Pengaruh pendapatan perkapita terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kota Padang, 4) Pengaruh pendidikan, kesehatan dan pendapatan perkapita terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kota Padang. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Padang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder, dengan jenis data time series tahun periode 1998-2012 yang diperoleh dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di kota Padang, (Sig = 0,003 < 𝛼 = 0,05 dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 3,868 persen. (2) Kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di kota Padang, (Sig = 0,115 > 𝛼 = 0,05) dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 1,713 persen. (3) Pendapatan perkapita tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di kota Padang, (Sig = 0,805 > 𝛼 = 0,05) dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 0,253 persen. (4) Pendidikan, kesehatan dan pendapatan perkapita berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di kota Padang secara bersama-sama (Sig = 0,010 < 𝛼 = 0,05) dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 52,9 persen.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the characteristics of management accounting information systems on managerial performance in PT Bank Rural Tanah Datar. The population in this study is the manager at Rural Bank PT Tanah Datar with a sample of 36 respondents. The sampling technique used is the total sampling. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that is done then partially can be seen that the management accounting system which involves a series of broadscope, timeliness, aggregation and integration has a positive and significant influence on managerial performance of PT BPR in Tanah Datar, where significant levels <0.05 alpha . Then simultaneously broadscope, timeliness, aggregation and integration in the management accounting system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance in PT Bank Rural Tanah Datar with significant value of 0.000 <0.05. From the research, it was found that broadscope, timeliness, aggregation and integration in the management accounting system had 81.2% influence on managerial performance in PT BPR in Tanah Datar, while 18.8% is determined by factors other than broadscope, timeliness, aggregation and integration in the management accounting system in this study. This result is known from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.812 (81.2%). It is expected that the results of this study can serve as a reference for further research. And for researchers who want to examine the managerial performance of BPR manager suggested linking with other variables apart from broadscope, timeliness, agggregation and integration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze : 1 ) Influence Sense on purchasing decisions , 2 ) Feel Effect on purchase decisions , 3 ) Influence Think of purchasing decisions , 4 ) Effect of Act on purchasing decisions , 5 ) Effect Relate to the purchasing decision . This type of research is descriptive associative . The population was at Pecel Lele Lela customers in the city of Padang , the population in 3892 with a total of 97 samples . Data analysis techniques : a descriptive analysis , test specification models , the classical assumption test , multiple linear regression analysis , the coefficient of determination ( R Square ) and hypothesis testing . The results showed that : 1 ) There is a positive and significant effect between Sense on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 5.501 t count > t table at 1.661 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . 2 ) There is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions among Feel with regression coefficient of 2.240 tcount > ttable of 1.661 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . 2 ) There is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions between Think koefiesien regression value of 2.037 t count > t table at 1.661 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . 4 ) There is a positive and significant effect of the Act on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 2.368 t count > t table at 1.661 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . 5 ) There is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions among Relate kefisien regression value of 5.068 tcount > ttable of 1.661 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh modal terhadap produksi industri perabot di Kabupaten Sijunjung, 2) Pengaruh tenaga kerja terhadap produksi industri perabot di Kabupaten Sijunjung, 3) Pengaruh modal dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap produksi industri perabot di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif berbentuk hubungan sebab-akibat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 industri. Teknik analisis data: analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif, yaitu uji maximum likelihood, uji ramsey, uji normalitas, uji multikoleniaritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinan (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara modal terhadap produksi industri perabot di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Dimana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,127 > ttabel sebesar 1,697 dengan nilai signifikan 0,042 <= 0,05, 2.) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara tenaga kerja terhadap produksi industri perabot di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Dimana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,567 > ttabel sebesar 1,697 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 <= 0,05, 3.) Signifikan dan positif secara bersama–sama antara modal dan tenaga kerja terhadap industri perabot di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Dimana diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 36,953 > Ftabel sebesar 3,30 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 <= 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang:(1) Dividen payout ratio terhadap prospek saham (Price Earning Ratio). (2) Rate of Return terhadap prospek saham (PER) .(3) Pertumbuhan dividen yang diharapkan terhadap prospek saham (Price Earning Ratio). (4) Dividen payout ratio , Rate of Return, dan pertumbuhan dividen secara bersama – sama terhadap prospek saham ( Price Earning Ratio) . Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausatif. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di BEI hingga penelitian ini dilaksanakan, yaitu per 31 januari 2013. Sedangkan sampel penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 21 sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t statistik dengan tingkat α sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: (1). Dividen payout ratio berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap PER pada perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2009-2013. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian bahwa nilai thitung (4,224) > ttabel (1,6599) artinya Ho1 ditolak Ha1 diterima. Koefisien regresi dividen payout ratio adalah sebesar 0,084 artinya jika dividen payout ratio meningkat 1% maka price earning ratio akan meningkat sebesar 0,084 kali. (2).Rate of return berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap PER pada perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2009-2013. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian bahwa nilai thitung (3,303) > ttabel (1,6599) artinya Ho2 ditolak Ha2 diterima. Koefisien regresi rate of return adalah sebesar 0,241 artinya jika rate of return meningkat 1 satuan maka PER akan meningkat sebesar 0,241 kali. (3). Pertumbuhan deviden berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap PER pada perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2009-2013. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian bahwa nilai thitung (11,921) > ttabel (1,6599) artinya Ho3 ditolak Ha3 diterima. Koefisien regresi pertumbuhan deviden adalah sebesar 0,733 artinya jika pertumbuhan deviden meningkat 1 satuan maka PER akan meningkat sebesar 0,733 kali. (4). Deviden payout ratio, rate of return dan pertumbuhan deviden berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap PER pada perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2009-2013. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian bahwa nilai Fhitung (91,277) > ttabel (3,087) artinya Ho4 ditolak Ha4 diterima. Persentase pengaruh , Dividen payout ratio, rate of return dan pertumbuhan deviden terhadap Price earning ratio pada perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2009-2013 yaitu sebesar 73,1%, dan sisanya 26,9% . Saran dalam penelitian ini antara lain: (1) bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar mengadakan kajian yang lebih luas dengan menambah periode waktu dan model penelitian, (2) bagi perusahaan agar lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan pemegang saham, (3) bagi investor disarankan sebelum berinvestasi sebaiknya memperhatikan faktor-faktor fundamental, risiko dan fuktuasi harga saham.

Abstract

Data analysis which used in thisresearch analysis path by using SPSS version software 16.0.Result of this research indicate that intensity and creativity learn to have aneffect on positive and signifikan to motivation learn, with Fhitung 111,851 withsignifikan0,000. For the creativity of, intensity learn, and motivation learn to havean effect on positive and signifikan to result learn class student accountancy of XIIIPS SMA Country 2 Sijunjung, with Fhitung 116,093 with signifikan 0,000.Pursuant to result of this research, hence suggested to is optimal result learnstudent require to be the make of to creativity, intensity learn as well as motivationlearn student.
