Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously and partially have significant influence toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Population were the On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. Sampling technique is purposive sampling so that the selected Bank were PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk ,PT. Bank UOB Indonesia, Tbk , PT. Bank. Data collected by the methods of documentation and analysis were performed by linear multiple regression analysis technique.Results shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have significant effect toward CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. Partially LDR ratio significantly has a positive effect on CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks and Partially BOPO ratio significantly has a negative effect on CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. Meanwhile IPR , NPL, and PDN has a positive effect but insignificant toward CAR  ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. On the other side, APB, IRR and FBIR have negative effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks.

Abstract

This research explains one of the factors that sales promotion, brand image and perceived values which felt with intervening variable word of mouth against the customers decision using of credit card bank CIMB Niaga. Questioner distributed to 120 respondents in Surabaya and surrounding areas. Data analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) used to analyze the relationship between the variables examined. The result shows that variable sales promotion, brand image have a positive impact to the decision of the customers , while brand image also have a positive impact against wom in influencing the decision of the customers, but WOM has negative impact against decision to used credit card.

Abstract

Data collected by the methods of documentation and analysis were performed by linear multiple regression analysis technique.Results shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR And BOPO simultaneously have significant effect toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) ratio on foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks. Partially BOPO ratio significantly has a negative effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) ratio. Meanwhile LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR and FBIR has a possitive effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio On foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks. On the other side APB and PDN have negative effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio on foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks.

Abstract

Financial Capability is become the main topic in this study. The firts aim of this study is to analyze and measure financial capability of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) owner with superior products. The subjects of this study are MSME owner in Madiun Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Financial Capabilty measure by Funding Decision, Proft Sharing, Investment Decision and Financial Performance. By using triangulation method, this study found that Fincancial Capability of the MSME owner still on low level. MSME's funding decision is limited and not supported by third party like Bank. MSME's profit sharing is good for MSME's development. But their perception about business development is not right.  MSME's Investment decision perception about land investment is wrong.

Abstract

This Globalization era led to the development of various field. One of the development is visible si the field of transport. One of the menas of transportused by the public at the time was a bike. Today the bike has been converted as a means of sport. For some young people often used as a hobby. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Advertising and Perceived Quality for Purchase Intention Polygon Bike in Bojonegoro. Independent variable that supports this research is Brand Image, Advertising and Perceived Quality, mean while its dependent variable is Purchase Intention. The size of respondent in this research were 100 in Bojonegoro.Sampling technique used in this research is Judgement Sampling Technique Analysis used is multiple linear regression and using analysis tool of SPSS version 16.00. The result of this research is Brand Image, Advertising and Perceived Quality has significant and positive influence on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The January Effect occurred as a result companies that have a strategy to improve it is financial statements. The company will sell stocks that have low values at the end of the year and sell shares favorable to attract investment back at the beginning of next year. January Effect the anomaly that serves low stock Return occurred in December and the highest Return ing January. The purpose of this research was to examine whether there is a phenomenon January Effect on Effect Indonesia Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange in Period 2011-2013The variables used in this study are the Return, Abnormal Return and trading volume activity. This research was conducted at the company that is static between years 2011-2013 were in a group LQ45 and SSE50 samples that meet the criteria. The model used is the determination of the sample with purposive sampling method. The tools used are Test One-Way ANOVA and Paired Sample (t-test). The results of analysis showed that look Abnormal Return  stock and Return  there is a difference between January to January in addition to the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange by using One-Way ANOVA, while the Paired Sample (t-test) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange there the difference between January to be for January. And for testing of trading volume activity, The January Effect does not occurred in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The determination of capital structure policy becomes important in the hotels, restaurants and tourism industry in Indonesia. This industry environment has a fairly high business fluctuations because the product that being offered is a product that requires a large capital. The firms in this industry which in have capital intensive, but also have a quite high business risks. On the other hand, firms also need to take care of the capital structure that will be used. It is the goal of this studies so that it can be the information for the firm to determine the optimal capital structure. The results of this study are simultaneously factors managerial ownership structure, asset structure, liquidity, business risk, dividend policy, the size and profitability of the firm has no significant effect on the capital structure of the firm, while only partially profitability factor that showed a significant negative effect on capital structure. This means there is a tendency of firms in this industry in Indonesia to use funding from internal sources to finance its business expansion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of each-each variable, trust, security, perceived risk, and awareness to adoption e-banking on bank BRI customers in Surabaya. The process of data collection used convenience sampling method by purpose taking customers that used e-banking BRI in Surabaya. From 90 questionnaires distributed, there were 90 questionnaires returned. The method analysis used the program Spss 16.00. The result showed that three proposed hypothesis was accepted except two hypothesis relationship between security to adoption and perceived risk to adoption had no significant relationship. The management implication and suggestions for the banks as e-banking services providers were also discussed at the end of this research.

Abstract

Identifying financial distress condition is important because it can be an early warning system before bankcruptcy. This condition can be predicted using models that have developed by many researchers. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the effect of the return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover towards condition of financial distress in service sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2009-2014. The data analysis technique is logistic regression. The sample consist of 60 data observed of the firms with positive earning before tax for the two consecutive years and 60 data observed of the firms with negative earning before tax for the two consecutive years. The result of this research shows thatreturn on asset significantly affects to condition of company financial distress. Whereas debt to equity ratio, current ratio and total asset turnover do not significantly influenceto condition of company financial distress.So, companies should pay attention to productivity in the future to maintain the effectiveness of the management.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia terkait dengan gaya hidup ramah ling-kungan telah mendorong berbagai industri untuk merevolusi produk dan layanan agar sesuai dengan transformasi gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak penelitian menguji perilaku pembelian produk ramah lingkungan yang telah dilakukan oleh ba-nyak perusahaan dalam berbagai industri. Namun demikian, penelitian terhadap trend perilaku pembelian atas produk ramah lingkungan atas bermacam industri belum dilakukan. Artikel ini mencoba memahami strategi pemasaran ramah lingkungan yang diterapkan oleh banyak perusahaan dari berbagai industri dan trend perilaku pembe-lian ramah lingkungan secara menyeluruh atas produk atau layananan yang ditwar-kan oleh industri-industri tersebut. Artikel ini juga mencoba mengajukan strategi pemasaran besar untuk produk ramah lingkungan yang bisa diterapkan oleh berbagai industri untuk konsumen Indonesia. Kemampuan untuk mengkaji perilaku pembelian produk ramah lingkungan di Indonesia secara keseluruhan akan sangat bermanfaat karena Indonesia memiliki segmen pasar yang sangat luas. Artikel ini juga berguna untuk menciptakan satu pandangan atas strategi besar pemasaran produk ramah ling-kungan yang bisa diimplementasikan oleh bermacam industri yang menjual atau be-rencana untuk memasarkan produk ramah lingkungan di Indonesia.
