Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Analysis of macro economy, risk profile, to firm performance and value of the firm in Coomercial Banks go public listed in Indonesia stock exchange. The sample used in this research is 44 companies with 3 years observation from 2017-2020 This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The population in this study is the Public Foreign Exchange Commercial Bank Companies listed on the IDX. Thus the number of samples in this study were 44 banking companies listed on the IDX. The results showed: Macroeconomic impact on company performance at the National Public Bank Foreign Exchange, Macroeconomic affects the value of the company on the National Public Bank Foreign Exchange Go Public, Risk Profile impacts on company performance at the Go Public National Bank, Risk Profile impacts on company value of the company at the National Public Bank Go Public Financial Performance affects the value of the company at the National Public Bank Foreign Exchange Go Public

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of macro economy, risk profile to firm performance and Financial Distress in Conventional Bank foreign exchange go public listed in Indonesia stock exchange at pandemic covid 19. The sample used in this research is 44 companies with 1 years observation from 2019-2020 (Covid-19). Analysis of research data using Desriptive Qualitative. The results showed: Macro economy has a significant effect on firm performance and also significant effect on Financial Distress. Risk Profile significant effect on firm performance And have significant effect onFinancial Distress, firm performance significantly influence the Financial Distress

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR, and BOPO simultaneously and partially have significant influence toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).Population were the foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks. Sampling technique is purposive sampling so that the selected Bank were Himpunan Saudara 1906, Ekonomi Raharja and bank Mayapada International. Data collected by the methods of documentation and analysis were performed by linear multiple regression analysis technique.Results shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR And BOPO simultaneously have significant effect toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) ratio on foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks. Partially BOPO ratio significantly has a negative effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) ratio. Meanwhile LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR and FBIR has a possitive effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio On foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks. On the other side APB and PDN have negative effect but insignificant toward CAR ratio on foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Go Public Banks.

Abstract

The purpose of IBM activities for this community is to provide business management assistance and appropriate technology for Small Businesses engaged in coffee powder in Carangwulung Village Customary Hamlet, Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang Regency.  The target of this PKM activity is the owner and business manager in the field of coffee called Kopi Adat. The problem faced by This Customary Coffee SME is the low ability to manage the business without any planning, organizing, bookkeeping, and evaluation. In addition, there is also no proper marketing strategy only selling around the location; besides, the coffee milling process is still done in the rental place, so mix with other people's coffee because it does not have its mill. Looking at the situation above, we have done transfer of knowledge and mentoring to carry out management functions, provide coffee milling technology, develop and execute marketing strategies so that products can sell well so that there is business sustainability by providing understanding and mentoring to manage the business well, improve product quality with TTG and be able to market products so that they can achieve benefits in improving well-being. Existing owners and labor and there are a sustainable in their business. The initiator of the activity and partners have carried out activities, namely the handover of coffee milling machines, training and mentoring of business management and financial bookkeeping, and marketing products to sell in the market

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information and results of banking business developments during the 2019-2020 period of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, seeing that the function of banking as an intermediary institution is seen from financial performance, namely capital, assets, management, earnings, and liquidity. Where capital is measured by (CAR), assets is measured by (NPL), management is measured by (ROE), earnings is measured by (BOPO), and liquidity is measured by (LDR) then the implications for the value of banking companies. The sample used in this study were 43 companies with 2 observations in 2019-2020. The data analysis of this research is the dependent sample t test (paired sample t-test) and then develops it with the financial ratio data owned so that it becomes a link between the variables in the study. The results showed: CAR between before and during the pandemic (Ho rejected, H1 accepted). The results of the H2 test show that there is a significant difference in bank performance, as measured by NPL between before and during the pandemic (Ho rejected, H2 accepted). The results of the H3 test show that there is an insignificant difference in bank performance, as measured by ROE between before and during the pandemic (Ho is accepted, H3 is rejected). The results of the H4 test show that there is a significant difference in bank performance, as measured by BOPO between before and during the pandemic (Ho is rejected, H4 is accepted), of course this fourth hypothesis is not accepted if it uses a high level of confidence. And the results of the H5 test show that there is an insignificant difference to bank performance, as measured by LDR between before and during the pandemic (Ho is accepted, H5 is rejected) and the implications for the value of banking companies are that performance affects the value of banking companies.

Abstract

Islamic banking is an alternative banking service for Muslim customers who want to choose non-usury and minimal risk banking services. However, the comparison of market share, total core capital owned by Islamic banking with conventional banking is one of the challenges for Islamic banking to maintain its business continuity the period of 2016 – 2020. The design of this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, supported by secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority and the company's official website. The object of research involves Islamic corporate Governance and intellectual capital, corporate financial performance and business sustainability. The population of this research is 14 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016 – 2020, with purposive sampling technique, namely companies that publish annual reports including sustainability reports consecutively during the 2016 - 2020. The analytical technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with a level of confidence 1.96 which is stated significantly between variable relationships. The results of data processing are in the form of models, journals in reputable international journals, HKI and providing input for policy makers about Islamic banks, for the Islamic banks internal policy and all the investors in making investment decision.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat ini adalah memberikan Pendampingan manajemen Usaha dan teknologi tepat guna bagi Usaha Kecil yang bergerak di bidang peternak sapi di Banyu Urip Gresik. Permasalahan utama adalah dalam upaya memenuhi ketersediaan pakan hasil potongan rumput yang berkualitas dan melimpah sulit diperoleh, sehingga banyak bahan sisa dan menurunnya kesehatan sapi tersebut. Terdapat sisa pakan rumput gajah 0.6 pikul atau 24% yang relatif banyak dan terbuang tidak dimakan oleh ternak. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan utama pembelian mesin perajang rumput pakan ternak sistem pisau 4 blade horizontal. Kegiatan tersebut disertai dengan analisa permasalahan, perumusan solusi dan evaluasi hasil secara berkala. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebuah mesin peranjang rumput pakan ternak sapi berukuran 1200:800:1000 mm berpenggerak mesin bensin 7 Hp mampu mencapai kapasitas produksi 600 kg/jam. Mesin perajang ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas perajangan rumput pakan ternak sapi dari 70 kg/jam menjadi 600 kg/jam dengan ukuran relatif homogen 90%.  Menyusun serta menjalankan strategi produksi agar ternak mampu terjual dengan baik sehingga adanya suistanability usaha dengan cara memberikan pemahaman dan pendampingan untuk mengelola usaha dengan baik, meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan TTG dan mampu memasarkan ternak sehingga dapat meraih keuntungan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemilik dan tenaga kerja yang ada serta adanya berkelanjutan dalam usahanya.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of formulating a mapping of Human Resources in order to support the development of tourism in Cupak Jombang village. This research was conducted using a descriptive method to obtain a map of Human Resources consisting of identification of gender, age, educational background, work experience and competencies possessed by the people of Cupak Jombang. Data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for the community to support the growth of tourism villages in Cupak Jombang. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents in this study were 49.65% male and 50.35% female, aged 20-70 years, on average had secondary and lower education and most worked in agriculture and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, respondents have competence in the field of business and business of mat craftsmen, and they are experts, because this work has been occupied for a long time and requires special expertise. They were very enthusiastic when their village was developed into a tourist village and are willing to play an active role and take part in their respective fields. They also want some training in managing a tourist village, and other training such as planting and caring for agriculture, marketing training, culinary, catering and so on. because this work has been occupied for a long time and requires special expertise. Abstract

Tujuan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat produktif, yang mana untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut dilakukan dengan menerapkan solusi pada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu berupa:Pembuatan mesin pencacah multifungsi dengan menggunakan 2 saringan. Dengan adanya mesin ini diharapkan proses pencacahan rumput baik rumput hijau maupun limbah pertanian dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuatitas pakan ternak. Dengan kapasitas mesin yang dapat mencacah rumput sebanyak 5 karung per jam, dalam 8 jam kerja menghasilkan 40 karung. Hal ini sangat memungkinkan dapat mensuplai kebutuhan pakan ternak dengan baik. Jika diestimasikan ternak dapat menghabiskan 15 karung per hari, maka kebutuhan pakan ternak dapat tercukupi.Penyuluhan pembuatan pakan ternak alternatif menggunakan proses silase dari limbah pertanian. Guna mencukupi kebutuhan pakan ternak pada saat musim kemarau diperlaukan pakan ternak alternatif, salah satunya menggunakan limbah peternakan yang jumlahnya melimpah di Desa Kebondalem. Proses pembuatan pakan alternatif ini diawali dengan mencacah limbah pertanian menggunakan mesin pencacah rumput multifungsi. Kemudian rumput hasil cacahan di tambahkan urea. Kemudian dibiarkan selama 24 jam. Setelah itu jemur, dan angin- anginkan selama 48 jam dan hasil amoniase dapat diberikan pada ternak.Memberikan pelatihan Manajemen Usaha khususnya di bagian Financial Sehingga peternak Di Desa Kebondalem menjadi berkembang dan mengalami kemajuan.

Abstract

PT. Indo Bismar adalah perusahaan distributor IT yang menjual dan melayani barang-barang elektronik. Pada bagian pemasaran khususnya pada bagian penjualan produk terjadi permasalahan penurunan jumlah penjualan. Dan salah satu caranya adalah dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran harus dilakukan secara efektif agar penjualan dapat meningkat. Kegiatan pemasaran umumnya berfokus pada produk, penetapan harga, kebijakan distribusi, dan metode promosi, yang dalam hal ini dikenal dengan bauran pemasaran. Kegiatan bauran pemasaran memegang peranan penting bagi kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk meninjau strategi pemasaran PT. Indo Bismar dengan acara Gebyar Vaganza. Kemajuan ini dinilai sangat bermanfaat sebagai strategi pemasaran bisnis yang juga dilakukan oleh PT. Indo Bismar. Penggunaan E-business, E-commerce, social media, social chat bahkan advertising sangat mendukung PT. Indo Bismar dalam promosi, pemasaran dan penjualan. Hasil dari artikel ini menemukan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk pada PT. Indo Bismar. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran kepada pelaku usaha bahwa penerapan media sebagai strategi digital sangat efektif dalam menjalankan bisnis.
