Abstract

Museums are more important than ever before. They play a substantial role in people‟s leisure activities and belong to one of the most importance tourist attractions. The visitors have a strong effect on local economies, especially in touristic locations. Not surprisingly therefore more and more museums are founded usually in spectacular buildings. This research employs three dimention of service quality to understand the factors underlying tourist satisfaction of „Monumen Yogya Kembali‟.These dimentions investigated are namely Service Quality, The Appearance of the Museum and Collection Management. Sampling has been conducted at the Monumen Yogya Kembali between October 12- 25th 2015. Convenient random sampling has been employed to 100 respondent. Through a 4 point Likert-type scale, tourists‟ expectations of a perfect service provider has been compared with the practices Monumen Yogya Kembali to determine if there are any gaps. Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management‟ has been analyzed together with its effects on tourist‟ satisfaction through a regression analysis. Linear regression analysis is conducted to test the research model. The regression modelthat explains the satisfaction variable via Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management factors is tested. Accordingly, tested regression model is meaningful (F: 34,651, p < 0.001) and independent variables canexplain the 50,5% of change in the satisfaction variable. Closer analysis of the modelparameters suggests Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management variables have a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Abstract

Central Jawa Province obviously one of tourist destinations in Indonesia either nature or historical and cultural attractions. The existence of Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa also contribute to tourism in Central Jawa as attraction of spiritual tourism. The objectives of this research are to acknowledge how to access to the location of Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa as well as to recognize how are the facilities that support Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa. The methods of research being used are observation, interview and books study. Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa is resided in Jl. Tentara Pelajar, Dusun Kerep, Panjang Sub-district, Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency, Central Jawa Province. Geographically Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa is located in south slope hill of Ungaran mountain. The attraction of Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa appeals from its Mary Cave views. It is the highest Mother Mary statue in the world and its inscriptions. Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa is shaped in artificial cave with stack stone bonded with cement, sand and lime. The cave overlooks to the east and is shaded by tall tree and lush. From one of the cave there is a statue of Mother Mary Lourdes style without a crown. Viewed from the access, to object of religious tourism in Mary Cave Kerep with an area around 5 hectares or more is not stiff. When leaving from the city of Semarang the visitor can be able to grab a Yogyakarta line bus. Vice versa, when leaving from Yogyakarta select bus to Semarang, down to Ambarawa terminal. Similarly, when using personal vehicle travel to Semarang- Yogyakarta route, arrive at Ambarawa terminal bus, there is a signposts for the entrance to the tourist attraction, which is the entrance to the west and down to the ramp about 1 KM. The facilities are provided in Mary Cave Kerep Ambarawa specifically: hall, transit building, and prayer room, parking lot, shops object spiritual, church, food stalls around the area of the Cave, and accommodation, such as hotels and homestay. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan suatu negara kepulauan yang memiliki beragam suku, ras dan budaya. Keanekaragaman tersebut membuat Indonesia menjadi negara yang kaya akan potensi wisata. Potensi wisata yang pada saat ini banyak diminati oleh wisatawan adalah wisata minat khusus. Wisata minat khusus adalah salah satu wisata yang belum lama dikembangkan di Indonesia. Wisata minat khusus yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan di Indonesia khususnya di Yogyakarta adalah desa wisata yang mana Yogyakarta merupakan sebuah kota yang memiliki berbagia potensi wisata alam seperti pantai, pegunungan, air terjun dan lain sebagainya. Desa wisata adalah sebuah kawasan pedesaan yang memiliki beberapa karakteristik khusus untuk menjadi daerah tujuan wisata. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptifmenganalisis hanya sampai pada taraf diskripsi, yaitu menganalisis dan menyajikan fakta secara sistematik sehingga dapat lebih mudah untuk difahami dan disimpulkan.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada sebuah desa wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Sleman yaitu sebuah desa wisata Sidoakur yang terletak di desa Sidoakur, Kecamatan Godean, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Desa wisata Sidoakur ini memiliki potensi desa wisata budaya dan lingkungan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan desa wisata Sidoakur adalah melalui pengembangan desa wisata dengan dukungan pemerintah. Hasil dari penelitian adalah usaha pemerintah kabupaten sleman dalam pengembangan desa wisata Sidoakur melalui bantuan dana Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri (PNPM) Mandiri Pariwisata. Pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terlihat dalam pengembangan desa wisata Sidoakur yaitu usaha perbaikan, pengelolaan dan pengembangan penghijauan, SPAH (Sistem Penyimpanan Air Hujan), serta perikanan dan pertanian. Kata kunci: desa wisata Sidoakur, pengembangan, pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

The existence of traditional markets that have unique functions and diversity must be preserved and conserved as one characteristic of the culture in the district of Bantul in particular because there are values that are not contained in a modern shopping center. This has encouraged the government is obliged to immediately revitalize traditional markets in order to respond to the chronic problems of the traditional market which is related to the traditional market image problem. Traditional markets imaged as a rundown, dirty, muddy, poorly maintained, and has a quality level of occupancy very rendah.Program traditional market revitalization aims to improve the performance and quality of the market Review activity Market Revitalization Pleret intended to identify the physical, economic, management, environmental and social, in order to obtain data that can be used to find out the problems and constraints faced by market Pleret development efforts as a traditional market better, formulate. Market revitalization programs and activities Pleret Bantul and provide recommendations on structuring the physical aspects, economics, management, socio-cultural environment and Pleret Pasar Bantul. The results showed that Pleret Market is a traditional market with pancawara or use the 'market'. namely a market which used 'pasara' which consisted of five days a week, namely PON‟, Legi, Pahing, Pon and Wage. And the market Pleret uses only two days is the day with the 'market' Pon and day with the 'market' PON‟ while other days by Legi, Pahing and Wage in the market Pleret not move alias lid so that the count of time efficiency, the market Pleret including market inefficient because only open 12 days a month. In an effort to improve the image and power saing Pasar Pleret, it is recommended that the market Pleret can soon turn into a normal market, business should immediately take the policy with regard to improving the management of Market Pleret, so that this market can operate optimally and efficiently, serve the needs of society, merchants increase revenue, and increase revenue (PAD) through retribution market which will eventually boost economic growth Bantul. Abstract

Wayang Beber Pacitan as a myth can be seen as a text, which contains signifier and signified. The characters in the puppet is an intermediary for people to interpret the content in Java and basic human traits. Structural analysis Wayang Beber Pacitan bring the following conclusions: First, that the structure of the three are often found in the Java community. Second, that the ideal marriage expected in Pacitan beber wayang stories are cousins once between the two kingdoms (Kediri and Jenggala), although in the Java community does not explicitly recognize their ideal mate. Third, the story Wayang Beber Pacitan is a political story that serves to legitimize the power of the kingdom of Kediri and Janggala. Abstract

Efforts to environmental conservation and management of fisheries products tend to focus on fishing compared with the chain of local values relating to the economy and the labor market. The participation of women fishers more often underappreciated. This study aims to determine the participation of women in the fishing and marine fisheries management in Bantul, with a qualitative approach, method of interview, observation, focus group discussions and documentation. The study took purposively selected locations on the coast and coastal New Depok Parangtritis, Bantul. The results showed a number of examples of environmental conservation programs fishermen ruled out the role of women in the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs. Women devote more time fishing on their domestic responsibilities, livelihood diversification choice more often limited. This limitation is exacerbated by the lack of education. Becomes important, when the purpose of development in line with environmental management and profitable position of women in environmental management. Because of this, awareness and participation of tourism stakeholders including women fishing is very needed in sustainable environmental management. This participation from the planning, implementation, evaluation of the benefit received by women fishers. Participation which originally symbolic of the study sites can be developed with intensive mentoring extension of the activities of women's groups of fishermen manifest into independent participation. Collective action fisher woman other than as a means of gathering, enriching also useful as an alternative source of business capital. Through the activities of formal, informal them, toma and extension convey the importance of preserving the environment. Efforts to add events, travel and travel product diversification initiated by the government and the private sector are expected to increase the participation of women fishing and sustainable environmental management. Travelling decision model reflect the Characteristics and type of travel .If diffierenciates and comparcs the tendencies of decison making behaviour in different situational . The Travelling decisaion is established by the different motives of each individuals and group .Where the situational factor affect the bahviour of decison making .Most of the decison making process require the involvement of bahviour in using the information like in the conteporaray decision making.one of the example is the decision to traveling . Abstract

Hearing the southern sea coast people will immediately think queenly figure, namely the southern coast guard Nyi Roro Kidul although the story will kebenerannya is still in question. Local knowledge is maintained continuity able to sustain life would be a tourist attraction and can increase the assets of government and society around. Local knowledge is a form of human effort in order to maintain, manage and preserve the indigenous culture and using his intellect (cognition) to act and behave towards something, objects or events that occur in a given space and dimension criteria to qualify as local wisdom. Qualitative research method is the right choice for this research because it aims to understand a phenomenon in the social context naturally. By having the natural attractions that are unique and distinctive and myths Nyi Roro Kidul attached, Pelabuhan Ratu eligible criteria of the tourist village and has the potential to bring assets and contribute in generating economical resources which are expected to provide benefits for the future and survival of the government and surrounding communities. Abstract

Sunday Morning market is a weekly market that is open on Sundays morning at Gadjah Mada University area. It is a place for informal traders to sell their goods. The analysis shows that there are some patterns of social networks between traders, suppliers and buyers in Sunday Morning market. The formation of social networks among traders is a horizontal network, based on kinship ar friendship. They have the same resources and obligations to be exchanged. The social relationship itself will be manifested in help each others. The social networks formed through kinship has important role to overcome social pressures, poverty, unemployment and limited access in getting economic resources. It is common in the informal trading sector, traditional management applied based on friendship, kinship or origin. The formation of social networks between traders and suppliers is such a vertical social networks, by which the socio-economic status is not worth, as well the exchanged of obligations and resources.The relation between them is patron-client relationship. Whereas, social networks between sellers and buyers is based on the network of interest, social networks between sellers and buyers based on the network of interest in each other.
