Abstract

framework can be defined as a “semi-complete” appication which can be reuse and specialized to produce many application in a specific domain.Building a framework is different from building other kind of software. It needs a special method. This method combines domain engineering and hot-spot driven framework development. Domain engineering is aimed to develop family of system in a domain, which is also suitable to developing framework. This writing also presents study about tools used in domain engineering such as feature modeling and domain specific language (DSL). The proposed method also using hot-spot driven framework development to identify hot-spots and frozen-spots of the framework by using tools such as hot-spot card and framework construction principle (FCP).Chosen case study for implementing the proposed method is scheduling domain. Scheduling was chosen because scheduling is a well-defined science and has many literature so is relatively easy to understands the domain. Scheduling also has many variety spots which is suitable to be implements as framework.Key word: reuse, domain engineering, hot-spot, frozen-spot, scheduling, flexibility.

Abstract

This research quality eksperiment with different extracted of lipid microalgae Tetraselmis chuii dan Nannochloropsis oculata from two places from sea water and  brachis water  with  pH and salinity to be different. Culture to do for eigh day just process extracted to do for ± three day. Extraction of lipid that had been done using chloroform : methanol (2:1) . product research can to be different  growth and pregnancy womb content of lipid  that can to do with use sea water media and brachis water media. The result of the research have found that % total lipid will obtained more when growing by using brackish water medias that is obtained counted 15,9 % for the Tetraselmis of chuii and 17,51% for the Nannochloropsis of oculata, while if using sea-water media only obtained 14,8 % and 16,3%. This matter is influenced by some factors like temperature, light intensity, and salinitas of pH.

Abstract

A research was done about the using of morings (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) seed dusk in overcoming of coli bacteria on water well. The purpose of this research to know effectiveness of the using morings seed in water preparation. Samplewas taken from water well of lodging which contain coli bacteria that exeed from limit threshold that was >1600 cell/100 ml water. Water well is given treatment with use morings seed dusk that was measured, amount to 0,05 gram,0,1 gram, and 0,15gram. Then morings seed dusk was mixed with little water until have the shape of paste. Paste of morings seed was mixed into 200 ml water, after that water was filtered by gause material. Filtrate was gotten that mixed into 2 liters water and was stired during 15 menits, then keeped quiet during 2hours. Higyenis water was gotten that taken amount to 100 ml for evaluation as bacteriology with metode of Most Probable Number (MPN). The output after the treatment with morings seed dusk at first water well, decrease of bacteria amount limit 1,2 cell/100 ml water. The output of experiment showed that water well was processed with morings seed save to be consumed by peoples.Key words: morings seed (Moringa oleifera Lamk.), coli bacteria, caporite.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know effect of introduced Bacillus spp. as probiotic on the performance of broiler. This research carried out at Laboratory of Poultry Production, Laboratory of Husbandry Pshyology, and Laboratory of Chemichal Husbadry Nutrition Faculty of Husbandry Hasanuddin University, Makassar. This research was based on Randomized Complit Design (RCD) with four replications and treatments, each replications consist of four day old chicken (d.o.c). Treatments were consisted of fourth: (1) Basal feed (negative control) (2) Basal feed + zinc bacitracin 50 mg/kg feed (positive control) (3) Basal feed+ Bacillus spp. with 50 mg/kg feed (8x108 CFU), and (4) Basal feed + Bacillus spp. with 60 mg/kg feed (11.2x108 CFU). Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance and continued by test Duncan. The result of this research, Bacillus spp. as probiotic significantly effect of feed consumption, wight again, and feed conversion (P<0.05). Bacillus spp. can use as probiotic into poultry feed for decrease used antbiobitic to improve broilers performance.Key words : Feed Consumption, Weight Gain, Feed Conversion, Probiotic, Bacillus SPP.

Abstract

As a central lab where students majoring in Computer Science, informatics engineering laboratory manager often face problems in conducting lab. Problems faced by students who do not like the discipline in following lab and lab equipment often lost in the computer lab. Based on these problems, the aim of this study is to minimize the preparation of the case - that by restricting access rights of students who get into the computer lab informatics techniques. To achieve that goal, then do step - a step which consists of type of research, system design, implementation and testing of the system. The type of study is a quantitative descriptive research research that systematically describes the condition of the fact of the object of study, while the design of systems using Delphi programming language with database DbIsam. The testing method using Blackbox method that focuses on the functional requirements of the software. With the application to be built, then the lab manager can more easily monitor and supervise lab activities. Abstract

This research aim to to analyse the potency of each subdistrict region  and marketing prospect in Regency Morowali which can be developed as area agropolitan. Analysis method used[by assessment of availability and requirement iprastucture of pursuant to SPM, then calculating  regional potency according to subdistrict by LQ analyse, and determination analyse of klasifikasi subdistrict clasificated according to its development by using determination method of DPP in KTP2D that came from Department Kimraswil. This research Result, 10 subdistrict region from 13 subdistrict can be developed as region agropolitan. While according to development of area agropolitan as much 3 area covering development of area of agropolitan Bungku, Kolonodale And Beteleme.Supporting  the agropolitan area in Regency Morowali still be limited and non meaning that the concept cannot be conducted. Key word: region, resources, developed,agropolitan

Abstract

This study aims    to  investigate   the factors affect the material and structure of the  house, and also the age of the building has a strong influence on the durability. Degradasi of Structure and house material not yet reached the simple house endurance standard    (20 year). So this research aim to identify the factor influencing durabilitas of structure and simple house material. This research take  house type 36 in Perumnas Bumi Tamalanrea, Chief Of Village Tamalanrea, Subdistrict Tamalanrea, Town Makassar. Population as much 2342 house and sampel selected in group as much 117 house from 18 block . Data analysed statistically in the form of tabulation traverse. Interpretation opened by joining analysis qualitative and kuntitatif of] scale ordinal. Abstract

The research was conducted by taking a sample of 25 pieces of cell phone. Mobile radiation intensity measured electromagnetic waves are receiving phone calls. Measurements were made by placing two headphone in a different room with a range of ± 20 meters. Tool used to measure the intensity of radiation of electromagnetic waves emitted by mobile phone radiation is a measure C32-QX5. Values were collected before phone calls and performed on two conditions after receiving the phone call is a normal condition and the condition of the loudspeaker. The purpose of this study was to determine the intensity of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by mobile phones with different brands and types and determine their effects on health.Results showed that all cell phones that have measured the intensity of the radiation was still safe to use because it has an average radiation intensity 6 mW/cm2, which limits the intensity of radiation that can be tolerated by the body is equal to 10 mW/cm2. The use of mobile phones continuously for one hour a day in the ten-year timeframe, estimated the value of the intensity of radiation received by the body tissue will exceed safe limits.Key words: Intensity Radiation, Measures Radiation, Mobile phone and Health Risk

Abstract

Presentation of data commonly used frequency tables, but for categorical data, the table used is the contingency table, it is a table in the form of rows and columns and can be used for two or more variables. As with the variable type of vehicle, age, and education level in the case of traffic accidents of Makassar in 2011. If the case stated in the table is included in the category of three-dimensional contingency table, then the appropriate analysis use is an analysis of the log linear analysis, it is techniques to determine the cause dependency category. The parameters of the log linear models estimated using Maximum Likelihood. Test used is the Goodness of Fit test aims to determine independence between variables with the statistical Chi-Square test or Likelihood Ratio. Furthermore, the selection of the best model using backward Elimination matode which basically uses the principle of hierarchy. In the estimation of log linear models for three-dimensional model has several estimators corresponding to such possible models: estimator for model (X, Y, Z) is 𝑚 𝑖𝑗𝑘= 𝑛𝑖.. 𝑛.𝑗. 𝑛..𝑘 𝑛…2, then the other estimators in accordance with their respective models. The produced analysis of log linear analysis of traffic accidents in the city of Makassar in 2011 is a model of interaction between the types of vehicles with Last Education and age of the rider with driver education last driver.
