Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and psychology towards on purchase decision of laptop in students environmental of Krida Wacana Christian University, Tarumanegara University, and Trisakti University West Jakarta. Samples in this study amounted to 210 people collected from student respondenets of Krida Wacana Christian University, Tarumanegara University, and Trisakti University. Based on a statistic test using SPSS software for windows version 19, showed that brand image, brand trust, and psychology simultaneously (F test) have a significant influence towards on purchase decision. Based on t test, the results of study showed that brand image has a positive influence and significant towards on purchase decision, brand trust has a negative influence and significant towards on purchase decision, and psychology has no influence towards on purchase decision.Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Psychology, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research investigates whether foreign ownerships are associated with Firms Value and Dividend Policy. Research was conducted on 99 manufacture Firms that are listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (Jakarta Stock Exchange) from 2010 to 2011. Quantitative analysis were conducted by regressing Tobin’s Q proxies firms value, Dividend Per Share and cash dividend to foreign ownerships. This research finds evidence that foreign ownership has significant effects to firms’ value especially foreign ownership with majority ownership with 50% ownership or more which is robust in pool regression and fixed effect regression. While effect foreign ownerships to dividend, proxy foreign ownerships which affect dividen per share and cash dividend remain the same but significancy lesser than to firm value.Keywords: Foreign ownership, Tobin’Q, DPS and Cash Dividen

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Purpose of financial management is to maximalize wealthness of shareholders with improving companies value includes intrinsic value and market value. To reach the target of financial management with improving revenue. On improved revenue every years mean that company profit growth experience. When company have increase profit growth the intrinsic value and market value will be increase too. Analysis method is about relation between variable and this research using coefisien correlation (r) and simple regression linier (β). The purpose of this research is to know about relation between profit growth (X) using growth of EBIT every years toward growth of intrinsic value using earning multiplier method and growth of market value using price earning ratio. Research periods that is started in 2006 until 2011, with take two sample used companies, they were PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and PT Mayora Indah, Tbk. This research established that using coefisien correlation (r), profit growth toward intrinsic value growth have a forceful relation are 0,787, and in simple regression linier obtain equation Y1 = 0,166 + 0,255X that showed profit growth toward market value growth that using coefisien correlation (r) have a very low relation are 0,190 and in simple regression linier obtain equation Y2 = 0,176 + (-0,575)X that showed profit growth have negative influence toward market value growth in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. All in the same with PT Mayora Indah, Tbk that using coefisien correlation (r), profit growth toward market value growth, have a low relation are 0,207 but in simple regression linier obtain equation Y2 = 0,099 + 0,502X that showed profit growth have positive influence toward market value growth. The result research showed that profit growth have a relation toward intrinsic value growth and market value growth but negative influence in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk and positive influence in PT Mayora Indah, Tbk.Keywords: Profit Growth, Intrinsic Value Growth and Market Value Growth

Abstract

ABSTRACTConsumers consider many factors before making decision to purchase a certain product. One of the considered factor is the brand trust in the mind of consumer. The brand trust can be created if the brand can fulfill the need and satisfaction of the customer consistently. As a result, the consumer is always confidence with the any products of the trusted brand. The brand trust is very important factor in creating the loyalty of the consumer in purchasing any product from the trusted brand. The objective of the research was to determine the influence of brand trust MacBook Apple to the loyalty of the customer. The data from 100 respondents of id-mac community were analysed by using a simple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the brand trust of MacBook Apple’s customer has a positive significant affect on customer loyalty. Therefore, it is adviced that MacBook Apple Manufacturers should increase the after sales service in order to maintain the customer’s loyalty.Keywords: Brand Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction to behavioural intention and service quality to behavioural intentions for customer. Sample used in this research is 150 respondents, which respondents is university student that have been used products and services from a bookstore. The data has analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). It has been discovered that there is only two out of three hypotheses are accepted. Here are the result of those three hypotheses: 1.Service Quality has significant to Customer Satisfaction, 2.Customer Satisfaction has significant to Behavioural Intentions. 3.Service Quality has not significant to Behavioural Intentions.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Behavioural Intentions
